My parents have brought from No Stuff Appliances for over 20 years. I actually have a washer and dryer they brought about 20 years ago. They both were used when my parents bought them. I needed a new refrigerator so I tried Lowes and Home Depot, but they were way too expensive and delivery was over a week away! I needed one right now! I cannot rave about this place more. We bought a washer and dryer from them almost two years ago, and this last week we had our dryer go out. We gave them a call and they had a repairman out the next day and he had it fixed in no time. He was SO sweet, and incredibly patient with my one year old who kept trying to bring him books to read and running around his feet upon his arrival and as he was trying to leave. And then, a few days later our dryer went out again. We called them back and they said that they’d have someone out as soon as they had an opening in the schedule, which didn’t end up being for two days which they apologized profusely for even though it was really no trouble. Yesterday they came out to do what I thought was a repair service, but they ended up just replacing our whole dryer, absolutely free! Harry, the owner, said that with the part that was broken on the dryer it had seen its final days and would have just kept going out, so they replaced it for us! And, the same repairman actually remembered my daughter’s name.We’re a military family, but as long as we live in Norfolk, all of our furniture and appliances will be bought through No Stuff. Absolutely, hands down the best service I have ever been given. You cannot go wrong with No Stuff.

I purchased a washer and dryer here over 11 years ago and never had any issues at all throughout all of those years. When my dryer stopped heating a few weeks ago it couldnt be repaired so of course I went back to No Stuff to get a new dryer. Service was just as great as I remember. Me and my mom went in and found a brand new dryer in less than 10 minutes. Very reasonably priced and it is currently being set up in my home. My Mom and Dad have owned and managed real estate for 20+ years. As you can imagine they’ve need to replace a few appliances over the years. This has always been the only place they will purchase their appliances from. I have been buying appliances here for about 10 years. My washing machine, dryer and refrigerator are all bought at No Stuff Appliances. They offer free delivery and removal of the old appliance. The prices are fantastic and quality is great. Nothing I have purchased here has had any problems. I only buy new stuff when I want to upgrade. Love this store and you will too.

This place is awesome! I was going to have my washer fixed but then I stoped by and I got a new used one and it is great. The people are so very nice and helpful. Then when they brought the new washer to my house they showed up on time and then tested the unit completely to make sure it worked for me. Great place can’t say enough good thing about them.

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE DRYER I PAID FOR. I bought a new Maytag Washer and used Kenmore Dryer for $650. He had the price on the washer at $550 and price on dryer was $225. Mr. Cole said hed sell them to me for $650. I agreed and paid for them in full. Upon delivery later same day I noticed the dryer was not the same one I bought. The vent grid inside this one has rust and the knobs have a rubber coating that are sticky - obvious signs of heat exposure. Mr. Cole was called and he told me if I had an issue with it I could exchange within the 90 day warranty. Mr. Cole shouldve immediately had his deliverymen go back for NICER DRYER I PAID FOR and took the cheaper dryer he sent! Re the washer - after 3 weeks I noticed no cold water coming out when selected COLD WASH - it was completely HOT. After checking the hoses it was obvious his deliverymen hooked it up backwards. Im no expert but I think I can match red to red and blue to blue. Both units work - Im happy with the washer but NOT with the cheaper dryer he decided to give me rather than the one I paid for. I HATE touching the nasty sticky knobs every time I use it. Will never go back or recommend his service. NOTE: I also gave him my old working dryer yet he still played the switch game on me and did not make good on the sale after I called him out on it the day it was delivered.

All I can say is amazing and thank you!!! When I called this company this morning I was not expecting to get the outcome that I got. Right now my family is struggling very bad we are barely sliding by and when the washing machine broke to be honest it was heartbreaking. I called this company this morning to see if they maybe had a cheap washing machine I could get for $50 or less or if there was a possibility of having my machine repaired for $50 or less. The gentleman I spoke with ask me what my budget was and I told him the predicament that we were in and how we havent even paid this months full rent yet. The gentleman on the phone ask me what my washing machine was doing after I told him he said dont worry about it I will send someone out either today or tomorrow to fix your machine. Of course I expected him to tell me its going to cost me $30 for the repair or more but no instead he sent someone out here to fix my washing machine the same day just a couple of hours after I called and it was free of charge. Of course this brought me to tears and I had to thank him and the Lord for really looking out for us today. The two gentlemen who came out and fixed my washing machine not only were so nice and funny but they also cleaned my washing machine for me. Hands down this was the best experience that Ive ever had with any kind of appliance company. So again thank you for helping my family today and God bless you.

I was in and out in literally 20 minutes the office manager Jerry was great. He sold me an amazing stackable washer and dryer and helped with some issues that I was having in regards to how it would fit in my home. The sale, delivery and installation plus tax was all configured into the price! Lowest price in the region and the owner was also outstanding and helped me out as well. He heard I was moving into my first home and gave me new dishes! I was through the moon with that!! Love this place! I’d recommend them to any and everyone!

Do not use them. They are unprofessional and rude. They are crooks, that make appointments and show up hours later with no notice and take hours working on the appliance and then say they cant fix it. PLEASE use someone else!!!

No stuff appliances is a little gem. We found the establishment on Google while searching for new appliances. We became consumers on 17 February 2018. The quaint African American owned business has a large variety of new and used appliances. We decided to purchase a brand new Kitchen appliance set: stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave range, as well as a washer and a dryer. The prices were unbeatable!
