830am appointment. No coffee AND hour- hour and half wait for an OIL CHANGE.I understand a walk-in, but a freaking appointment?!!Only reason im leaving a 2 star rather than 1 is because they have a nice massage chair.*start to finish took 53 minutes. Ill upgrade to 3 stars.

They really do take customer care to the next level! I wasnt expecting to get an inspection done for at least a few days (thats what all the other places said); yet Acura got me in same day with oil change and car wash. They checked up on me, made sure I knew what was going on, and were timely (only about an hour and a half). Great place.

I bring my vehicle here often. And I would give them 5 stars before today. I realize every time they said they did my tire rotation, it’s always my front tires that the worse ones. Got my two front tires replaced where else a couple months ago, brought my vehicle here again for oils change and tire rotation. When I pick up my vehicle, I realize they did not do my tire rotations AGAIN! I pointed it out this time at the front desk and the lady refunded me my tire rotation money. What if I didn’t say anything today? Pretty sure it’s not the first time. And other than this, their service is good. Keep this in mind!!

Diagnosed the issue, ordered parts, and repaired my vehicle in less than three days. I had a faulty moonroof on my Lincoln MKS. It simply wouldnt close properly. Cavalier Lincoln, who I normally used for repairs, was charging $190 to diagnose the issue and the $190 was not applied to the cost of the potential repair. $190 just to see if they could fix it! I had an idea what was wrong, so I brought my car to Acura. They too charge a diagnostic fee, but its applied to the repair. Quick turn around and amazing communication that potentially saved me more damage later on. Thanks!

I dropped my car off to have it inspected, oil change and i knew the windshield wipers needed to be replaced and i wrote that on the envelope for the wipers at 745am today. I get two calls and a text saying my car is ready around maybe 9am. I replied i will pick it up around 1pm. I get there and they charge me for the oil change . I told them it should be since i bought the car from priority. Then they charge me 47.00 for the wipers . Who charges 10.00 for the inserts it says on the receipt. Heres the kicker for the 1 star they didnt do my inspection. No one said sorry they just looked at me and said u can wait 30mintues to have it done or just bring it back the next day! Not only was i on my lunch time since i had to stay because my ride left so i was docked at work for the time i had to wait! O thank you Acura Priority for the great experience! I hope you get the same type of service everywhere you go from now on until you all learn what good or even great customer service is.

Not a person to leave negative reviews this is my 1st.. I was so dumbfounded today by what happened. I had to take a minute to write this review. I came in with a vehicle in mind, my Credit Approval from CapitalOne with my potential terms all laid out. Even checked online to see if the vehicle was still there (it was and is still listed). Drove across the bridge during rush hour (1 hour).Was greeted at the door by 3 salesman. I told them I did not have an appointment. One says we can make this fast takes my pre approval terms with the vehicle listed and says “You don’t want that”. Hands it back.. didn’t try to help me further and ushered me right back out the door (5minute interaction) It was not an Acura I was there to see but a low priced SUV so I assume the commission was not worth the time or energy to help me. I was apprehensive about heading in there to begin with. This was not the experience I was expecting...... happened at 4:15 Friday Nov 20.Update: I went to another dealership and actually purchased an Acura RDX AWD. Hopefully have a good service experience at Hall Acura...

Bought a car here three years ago, have loved every bit of it. The oil changes & inspections for life, etc. I have also always received phenomenal service until this week. Paid a $100 suspension diagnosis fee to be told that I should replace the front struts for almost $800. Declined. I later read through the report to find that the mechanic found that the struts were not leaking or showing any signs of damage. They even checked off to be in good condition on the inspection report. So not only did they recommend I spend $800 on something that didn’t need replaced, I wasted $100 on a diagnosis to not even be told what’s wrong with my car. Will be taking my business elsewhere

Very professional staff and had loads of fun during the entire process. I went before they opened and they helped me immediately. I drove a few of their cars on that day and in one of them the head mechanic actually rode with me to answer a few questions. Maurice was kind and patient with me even though I ate his girl scout cookies! Rich was wonderful as well. They both went over the car I purchased being I had never owned an import, made me aware of the priority way/warranty, and a review later that day about a car with so much technology. Great experience we did a majority of the purchase before we even got to the dealer. Our salesman Mike Lea was helpful friendly and has a passion for making sure he listens to the customers wants and needs which is key for me.. that is key for me honestly I have a short fuse when it comes to dealers and can get aggravated easily.The General Manager Andy Miller is awesome as well. Andy has great patience and really wanted to make sure he took care of us. Rich (in sales) and Clif (service) are more helpful, friendly, and customer service oriented than many other dealerships. A huge thanks to these two for making my Acura buying and service experiences great!Rich (in finance) needs to tone down his up sell pitch and be less condescending. My experience with him was about 2 stars!Rich in sales made up for it with a huge effort on multiple occasions (10 stars to him!!!). My mother has a brand new car that she took to have the oil changed. The very next day her car wouldnt start. Shes never had any other problems with her car. She complained. They towed it back to the dealership only to deny her and insult her intelligence. She simply requested that her car be returned to her in the condition she brought it to them in. These people didnt do right by her and she has no recourse. She opted to buy and install her own battery as she didnt want to give this business any more of her money. Hopefully that will return her car to the way it was before she took it to them and she will not have to be bothered with these people again. She asked me to write this review.

I NEVER leave reviews online but this dealer was so bad I had to leave one. I scheduled for an oil change, and when I came in my advisor, Clif, was on his phone and was not very welcoming. He told me the price for the oil change and to wait but did not guide me where the waiting room was. After the oil change he told me that “there was no discount” because I chose full synthetic and marked up the price even tho we had an agreement on the previous price and I signed it. To top it off, after getting ripped off, he gave me the keys and the receipt without telling where my car is until I had asked. Worst dealer I’ve been to, do not go here! I even got better service at Honda.Not to mention they didnt put the right oil weight for my car and did not reset the maintenance light on my dashboard.

I went to this dealership to purchase a new wheel lock key which, if you dont have your previous one available, requires they find the correct key that matches your vehicle out of the arsenal of keys they have available. They were fairly busy and I didnt have an appointment yet because of the seeming simplicity of my request, they hopped right to it. They had multiple associates making a swift and diligent effort to find the correct key to no avail. The service manager, John Carrey, (forgive me if the name is incorrect) came to the rescue and dug into the archives to find the fitting key. He then gave me the key at no cost, as it was an old extra, and wished me a great day! I was stunned and most grateful. All the associates were friendly and the service manager went above and beyond to help complete the task. I was so impressed, it crossed my mind to stay and let them take care of some work I planned to have done but the wait time would have been in excess of 2 hours. I normally dont leave a review but, if no one knows what Ive been through with this dealership then the problem wont be solved. I recently bought a 2014 highlander from there. Idk why I couldnt get the same vehicle across the street from the Toyota dealership first red flag. Second of all the car was supposed to be thoroughly checked and serviced. I can tell that wasnt properly done. I had to come back to pick the car up only for them to detail it and not actually check. I had to take it to a reputable Toyota mechanic shop just to get the minor things done. Not to mention I had the car for 2 months and already need new tires. In other words go to a place that actually cares about their customers car and safety

Great experience here, came for service, decided to switch the reason for my visit last minute which was no issue for their staff. Everyone was very kind and I thought pricing was reasonable. Very upfront about issues and recommended I return to place of purchase to have issues corrected since it was under warranty vice having it completed at their dealership. Serviced car very well(inspection & oil change) .People are very friendly.The only negative this time was service specialist actually brought me receipt and a funky fobSaid my car was great that they did not rotate tires bc # were fine and she left. I walked out expect to find my car where she pointed nearby.,With my keys inside but did not.So I flipped over inspection report to seems Im receipt with Somebody elses name. Then looked at the fob she handed and realized it was a nice remote clicker for an acura.not my Ford.Ginally after that. Resolved had to wait an addl 40 more min for my car. Generally speaking they are thorough and have never had any problems in previous service appts since 2015.Recommend them as honest reliable tech.

Worst customer service ever! Save yourself a headache and buy a car elsewhere! There service center would not schedule a simple battery service. They said it would take 2 weeks to schedule! We were in for service on Tuesday, August 14, 2018. The service was great and done in a timely manner. But the person who sent out the reminder correspondence needs to be consistent in the writing. For example, in both places for the date of reminder should have been Tuesday, August 14, 2018 and not just August 14, 2018. Putting the day and date is completed information and more professional.

I had running boards installed on my MDX and the service was excellent.I had my free state inspection, free oil change and a recall done and was very satisfied with the service. They offer free state inspection So here is the scam they got going with that. Last year they rejected my state inspection over motor mounts that I got repaired a few years prior which would have cost about $500. I took it somewhere else and it passed. This year I still did not get the motor mounts done and it magically repaired itself and there is something else wrong with it that now costs about $900. Of course I took it somewhere else and of course there isnt anything wrong with it. Not to mention they cracked my windshield and refused to pay for it. 2020 update so a year ago my boyfriend against my advice took his car there because his airbag light was on and they took over 2500$ from him to fix it he continued to have problems and the airbag came back on soon after it was “fixed” we called several times and was told had to give them more money to diagnose again (we already had paid for the diagnostic prior to them “fixing” the car). So I take his car to Another Acura dealership to get another mechanic to look at it because I had about enough of priority at this point and to know surprise the same thing we paid for priority to fix is the reason that the airbag light is on. So I called and left a message for the manage because I was livid and still no response. ****** For the first time they have taken accountability for their work. Apparently there is a new manager in the service department. Someone actually listened to me and took the time to try and find out what the issue was and fix it without charging me extra. Although I had a horrible experience previously I will say that the fact he took responsibility and fixed the problem gives me confidence enough to at least give 3 stars. I am still on the fence if I will give them another chance if something else goes wrong but I am happy to know that they will stand by their work.

We recently bought a 2018 RDX, the sales staff and other assisting staff were very friendly and patient. They took time to make sure we got the car and everything we wanted. Not a great experience for me. It was all about priority Acura not me as an customer. I wanted a vehicle from another priority which was in Springfield va. Not that far away. I was told by lionel (the salesman) that he couldnt make that happen. They tried selling me vehicles that was overpriced. Just not a great experience. I went to priority Toyota in Hampton and they took care of me in just a little under 30 mins.

Overall Im thoroughly happy about my purchase, and the service at Priority Acura. The shuttle service is a God-sent! Mrs. Donna took good care of me. I’ve been a loyal customer of Acura’s for 10 years plus. However, the last 2 visits have been a disappointment. Neither appointment did l receive my complimentary car wash after asking for one.The service guy gave me some lame excuse. The second visit, l ended up having to take it back the next day because of an oil leake. Overall l was not pleased with the service and my time was not a priority...

For a major corporate run dealership, this place is run like a family owned place.I purchased a 2015 V-6 Accord, new from the Honda dealership down the road. The place I purchased my Accord is ok but getting an appt there a week in advance is, at times difficult.Priority Accura is accessible service is great.Ill definately keep them in mind next time Im in the market for another car.
