I had a delivery from Wegmans earlier today and the whole bag and the little bags inside spell of extremely strong odor of mildew. In the trash they went & now I have to find another one for my daughter for her school lunch snacks

I love this store location they have it going on. Things are presented very well and in good quantity. This is a much different store than the Moorestown location about 12 miles north up 295. The only downside is the parking lot it can get very busy and jammed. Because the store is in a very popular area with popular stores, restaurants and a large Townhome, Condo and apartment complex you can walk to.

Wegmans is my favorite grocery store. The store is always clean, the hot foods are delicious, and bakery is amazing. Try their cheesecake and thank me later. Also, the quality of their produce is unmatched.

Wegmans is the best supermarket around. It is a great food shopping experience. Everything you need and want in one store. The produce and meat are fresh. The prepared foods are a good quality. And, the cheese selection is beyond any expectations. The store has fair prices and is clean. The staff are professional and helpful. The lines can be long but it’s worth it. If only there were a store in Philadelphia.

Excellent experience. My daughter and I were able to get in and get what we needed and get out very quickly!!! The prices were very reasonable and the employees were very nice and professional.

I decided to take the drive to Wegmans in Cherry Hill and was so glad I did. I love seafood and was very disappointed with the place I went to yesterday.I needed one more piece of fish for my dinner tonight. Their seafood section was displayed perfectly and so very inviting!! I didnt have time to look at the rest of the store, but the section I saw was dressed to the nines!!! There were places to eat. The seafood section will even cook and sell you food!The seafood section are split into two sections. A fish section and a section for crab legs, shrimp, scallops and more with each having smiling, pleasant employees that were quick and happy to help me.There was a meat section right next to it that had some real large meats that looked great for grilling. I wish I had the time today to really look at them as well.I am most definitely will be going there again and again!!***UPDATEI finally got a chance to go back. I really love this place!!! 😀 The store is so large! I will have to set aside a couple of hours just to look at the rest of the place. This time however, I was able to take a few pictures of which I have added with this update.I will update again after going the next time!

I just want to say that, if offered, I would take the job of reading all those reviews and summarizing them. to make it easier for the new person coming here to get an accurate description. When going to self check out if you’re black Just know that the customer service willWatch you as if your a criminal….. she literally will stop everything she is doing to watch you. And it’s ANNOYING!!! If your going to do that DO IT TO EVERYONE!!!!!!Of course i send my neighbor in and she is white and the same associate didn’t blink !!!!!! We both watch each other we bought the same thing but the only difference was our skin ……. The seafood counter has nice people to help with orders.

Oh Wegmans!! Wonderful place to shop. They always have the freshest fruits and veggies! The store is always clean and well stocked. I love the wegmans shop app. You can shop, scan your items and put them in your bags. Once you get the the self checkout you simply scan the barcode pay for your items and go on about your day! I tried the crab legs today and whoa!! They are superb. A great size and full of meats! A must try! 😋😋😉

Absolutely huge beautiful grocery store head and shoulders above shoprite & acme but the prices are as well.

Most unfortunately everything has changed at this Wegman’s. All that made it the great store it was is gone. Moreover, the management are clearly aware and completely disconnected from the obvious. Sad!

I went for the first time yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Excellent selection, I used to live in Florida and I must add your company is a step up from the Publix Supermarkets they have down there. Some items cost more than ShopRite, but not many. Very clean store, excellent employees everyone was very polite.I met Regina in the isles, she is retired but works part time, she informed me how she loves the family own company and how they are very accommodating with her schedule. Dane (red hair) was patient with me when I asked him numerous times the locations of items I wanted to purchase. Plus Don in the Deli was extremely helpful when selecting my choices of lunch meat.With that said, I am happy to be a new customer, that goes without saying I will be back! :)

Stay away.from the strawberries. Bought a large container and the next day most of them were spoiled. Driscolls puts a few fresh ones on top and the rest are mushy. Definitely hit or miss in getting g good fruit here

They had such a wide range of items that is not usually seen in your common grocery store. They have a separate area for keto diet supplies. It was really helpful for me to not go around different aisles reading nutrition facts. Everything they had in the keto collection is worth trying. They also had plant based items section as a separate aisle. If you have a Wegmans next to you, definitely visit them. I am sure they have something for every diet out there.

As of June 22, 2021 they are still moving everything around. You will need to reorient yourself during this change. Even workers are a little confused today (bread moved to gluten free area). Pricing good as usual, and the selection of vegan items keeps me coming past the other stores to this Wegmans.

Wegmans standard place which is an elite status grocery store. Prices are fair and wegmans brand items are above name brand quality most of the time. Produce, fish, and meat are all fresh. The building is clean and super organized.So why 4 stars? There were no maple breakfast sausage patties, only links (which are delicious as well). This is the third wegmans where I could not find this product and it may be discontinued but I considering this is such a iconic wegmans brand item that makes all my breakfasts restaurant quality. Until I find this back on the shelves, I have no choice but to leave it at 4 stars.

It is always a delight going to this store to get freshly cut flowers, especially roses. The assortment of flowers with their sweet aroma is like paradise smack in the middle of the Cherry Hill. 3 for the overall store; particularly for the hot food. Theres s I little for vegetarians or vegans, so thats not helpful.5 for the fact that Wegmans has a good beer and liquor store across the mall. Its surprisingly good to the size and well curated.

I come to the CH Wegmans at least once a week for a decent amount of my food and kitchen supplies. I have read the reviews regarding their family size chicken being overly chewy and I haven’t experienced this issue until today. It was like trying to tear apart rubber. I don’t see myself returning here for chicken after this. Very unfortunate

This is a great Wegmans with a great assortment of all types of groceries. This location has a nice section with Latino ingredients not available at the Mt Laurel Wegmans.

I occasionally use Instacart to do our weekly shopping from the Cherry Hill Wegmans when I have heavy clinical responsibilities (doctor) The last two weeks we have had terrible experiences. Last week out food was damaged/melted. This week we placed an order at 10 am for a 5-6 pm pick up. At 6 they had not even started shopping and when we received our groceries after waiting for 1 hour in the parking lot with 3 kids in the car, they “substituted” more than half our list and couldn’t fulfill other orders. Wegmans and Instacart blamed each other and only offered us $10 compensation.I would not recommend Instacart or the Cherry Hill Wegmans Instacart shoppers

I really like Wegmans, they carry a lot of products than other stores carry. You do pay higher prices for that but it is a nice trip once and a while. Store is very clean too.

They kerp getting worse, not better like the first 3 years wgen they opened. Food in pre pare is not fresh or nice looking and prices are too high

One of the best places to use Instacart pick up services. There are not a lot of the usual fees like at other stores and the shoppers here are knowledgeable about the products you have selected.

A+ for reasonably priced plants and bouquets. I specifically drove here from downtown Philly to check out the plants, and was not disappointed. They have a variety for $4 each, which is half the price youd pay elsewhere for these. The store was also huge, with everything you could possibly want. I also really enjoyed there was self check out since I only had two items.

Ask for Elaine Curcio, one of the most helpful and accommodating employees. Went above and beyond her duty to help me find what I was looking for and suggested items for those I couldnt find. Had it not been for her suggestion, I would have left feeling empty. On the contrary, I left Wegmans feeling fully satisfied. What a great team!

One stop shopping. Very good quality and the staff are very friendly and eager to help. Great but can be expensive. Lots of variety of prepared foods. You can put together a meal with prepared meats and sides.

I love Wegmans for their fresh bread fresh produce and cheese selection. They have so many great things that you can make appetizers with. For normal things such as like ground beef sour cream Etc, you can go to other supermarkets for much cheaper. But Wegmans has the best bread ever!

I went to Wegmans yesterday morning (062521) and got an unpleasant surprise. There had been a massive reshuffling of the aisles resulting is serious confusion as to where many items are located. Even some of the employees were confused.I know why the management did that: they want customers to roam around and perhaps see items they hadnt seen before. In other words, the change was potentially good for the store, but ignored customer convenience. This is especially annoying to the elderly.

I love shopping my groceries in this store. The turn around of food and all grocery items are so fast that you have no issue about old stock especially on can foods. The whole food area has variety of fresh produce and also the store lay out is well organized and easy to find.

I have not yet walked around the entire store. Its large. Has an elevator to the second floor where you can purchase food and sit in a chair with a table. They have banking and ATM but dont recall the name of the bank. Bakery fresh goods. Pharmacy. Large produce section. I hear they have items not found at other stores. My favorite part was the floral department. I took those pictures a week or so before the Philadelphia Flower Show. I did notice a slight increase in prices. But, look at where you are at!

I like shopping here, you can get some really nice high end items. It wouldnt be my go to though, its a little pricey, but oh the cheese selection!

Small wonder its rated the #1 grocery chain in the U.S. They just do everything better. Everything. Even the self checkout system is better, with a lazy susan bagging arrangement. Whole Foods is a joke compared to Wegmans. Same quality, far less pricey, no pretense. One side is like going to a series of small shops - like bakeries, fish markets, etc. Plus the most incredibly diverse produce section Ive ever seen. They other side, a thoroughly stocked, easy to navigate traditional supermarket - but with staff around who know where everything is and are eager to help.

Prepared foods selection not as good as it used to be.

They have good food at Wegmans but they switched the store around too much and move things so once you get used to where they are then they move them

In June, 2018: The soda pop ice machine was broken downstairs & upstairs. Also no diet pop in the machine downstairs. The soda pop in the upstairs machine was warm. The worker fixing it was not nice at all, & only 1 machine was being fixed. The cashier was wonderful. Let me exchange my cup for a bottle of pop. The bakery had no coconut donuts. The store had no sponge candy. This store does not make or sell sponge candy nor does it make coconut donuts. I was not impressed at all. It was also dark. Thumbs down. The corporate office in Rochester needs to send someone down to this store to improve the quality asap... I cant wait to get back to Webster, n.y. to go to my 2 wegmans that sell sponge candy & coconut donuts. We just went back on the way back to Philadelphia from Atlantic City. Again, both soda pop machines in the market cafe had. No ice!!! The cashier did not apologize for my being inconvenienced. She barely even looked at me. Thank goodness the same cashier from the other day walked up & let me get 2 bottles of pop instead of the cups. But the 1st cashier gave very poor customer service to me, & no ice in the 2 drink machines again was poor form. Corporate needs to get down here & raise the quality of this place. The only saving grace was the 2nd cashier from the other day coming to the rescue (otherwise I was in for a long wait for a manager) & the very low food prices (compared with San Francisco, where I live) & high quality of the food here. You cannot beat a wegmans sub! That was what i specifically came here for today. I got the combo, which is a bargain. Wegmans should realize people go out of their way to shop there. I came from California via Philadelphia & then Atlantic City, on my vacation twice within 1 week. Its a huge disappointment when customer service falls flat & when machines do not function. You must do better Wegmans. On the way out i saw the manager & told her of my 2 visits ordeals. She apologized & so did the man that she was standing with. They said theyd address the problems & acknowledged that wegmans reputation rests in a large part with its customer service, along with the quality of their products, including having their machines in working order. I brought 2 donuts home to San Francisco & just ate them. Im back on June 27th, 2019. They made me a stellar sub. Sandwich at 7;30 am! Nice staff. On 6/27/19: Gwen, in the bakery, was wonderful! WONDERFUL! She was going to make me a coconut donut fry cake, but the timing did not work out. I bought Archway brand molasses cookies! You cannot buy that brand in sf, ca. If you shop there, try Gwens coconut donuts! A Wegmans standard but brought to you (made by) your lovely Wegmans Baker, Gwen. Make sure you thank her for bringing you that variety of donut, which you did NOT have in your store before Gwen decided to add that to the donut offerings in her bakery!

Wegmans is good but most of the prepackaged food is a little pricey.

It has an tendency on getting very packed here so I recommend coming in the evening hours I like stopping in for there baked goods.

Wegmans is the ideal grocery store because the staff is happy and so well cared for by the people in charge. Its easy to navigate and they have literally everything. Not only do they have everything they also have the organic choices for everything. Their sushi section is amazing, they have fresh seafood sections, and the produce is extensive. I went to day before Thanksgiving and it was busy but manageable because the staff is just so well prepared.

Used to be great meatball sandwich. Now they heat the meatballs after they cut them in half to make the sandwich look fuller. Then they heat the meatballs with a little sauce and put them on the bread which is now very chewy.

Wegmans wasnt bad. Still not as good as whole foods or Kings but this was a nice location. Good service here. Prices were high and quality didnt seem that good on some of the foods. Hot foods was definitely lower quality stuff.
