Always willing to try new products yet never seem to run out of room for the regular favorites. Their ready-made foods are great, their holiday catering outstanding. Employees are knowledgeable and always ready to help. Not as overpriced as comparable stores. The Ravitz family concentrates on the Market. Not the glitzy, glittery, phony super stuff. Though Ive never met them, they make me feel like Im at home. Thanks!

Generally good but dont get any of the about to expire specials. Prepared food selection is ok. Prepared soup need better lids since they tend to dissolve before I get home. Plastic lids that fit the containers are available.

Horribly organized. Called customer service while in the store to locate something and I was told that they didn’t carry it (even though I had purchased it here before)... when I told customer service person that I was in the store- she refused to tell me what aisle she looked in (because she didn’t look). Luckily- the kid working the carts (should be given her job) walked me to the specific item I wanted. Either make the store more organized or hire competent people to answer phone...

Customer service is definitely lacking. I was at the store the morning of July 10, 2021 and picked up several items including a pack of bowl and basket chicken wings for the grill. When we got home and started taking the bags out of the car, you could immediately smell the rancid chicken wings (enough to literally make you gag). The sell by date on the package was 7/12. No big deal, things happen. Went back to the store immediately after getting home (bit of an inconvenience), and the older lady with long grey hair working customer service was absolutely miserable. She questioned me on whether or not they were actually bad (said it could just be the packaging. Trust me, I know rancid meat), never once apologized for the inconvenience, and handed me the money back without saying a single word to me. I’m not asking her to jump through hoops, but to allow someone like her to work in customer service is a disservice to this store which has historically been our go-to in the area.UPDATE: Apparently Shop Rite has had issues with Bowl and Basket Chicken for a little bit now (saw other recent reviews regarding this problem). Why would you not address this IMMEDIATELY instead of continuing to let your customers purchase RANCID chicken and risk the chance of your customers becoming gravely ill??!!!!

Their produce is something lacking for sure. One day it’s ok and the next it’s subpar from other sellers in the area. The prices are average to above average.

I here was here on July 14th in the checkout line with my mom. I can tell that you people need better training for new employees because one of your new employees didn’t know how to process a gift card. That wasn’t the part that bothered me. He refused to help the elderly woman behind us with her groceries which wasn’t much. She couldn’t lift the packages of water bottles because she was shaking. He didn’t even call for help to help get her groceries out to her car. I helped her bag her groceries and brought them to her car. She thanked me and said that I was a nice kid. This employee has to be about 16 or 17 years old.

Its got great products you wont find anywhere else its just overpriced.

I like this ShopRite, but nearly every time I shop from there - whether in person or through Instacart - theres an issue with expired food on the shelves. I just received a grocery order this morning and got light cream that expired on December 29 of 2020. TWO WEEKS EXPIRED DAIRY!!! This is all the time. Decent place to shop, but check your dates!!!

Worst place ever. There lunch meat department has a lot to be desired you have to order through a machine it does not pick the correct item the employees are rude they do not help you they give you the wrong things they do not tell you they are in a frigerator waiting for you when do you go to tell the manager of your dad experience she is as rude as the employee. I will drive out of my way to go to a different ShopRite. Totally disgusted with this one!

The deli counter system is really the worst possible solution. Forcing customers to use a kiosk to order and then wait 20 minutes just to receive 1 out of 4 things you ordered and be told everything else is not available really sucks. At the least you could have offered a substitution of a different brand of meat rather then just saying your out of turkey, salami, and ham.

Always the best fresh produce, steaks, etc. You name it and they carry it! Chala bread, etc, fine selection of holiday items. Open until 10 during the week, maybe can increase on Friday/Saturdays in future, but, open at 7am , so normally i can get there. Try this location. People are friendly. 5 stars

I had never been to this Shoprite despite driving by it every day on my way to work. I was pleasantly surprised. Shelves were well-stocked and the store was neat and orderly.

Hugh store so you must have a list so that you cover the basics. I usually go there for bargains. I dont live there, just passing through.

There arent many good things to say about ShopRite. Obviously, I cant complain about pricing, but the actual service is downright terrible. They must not get paid enough to ACT like they care.

Well stocked, Theres no floor clerk and its hard to find help for assstance. Shoprite on Evesham Road in Cherry Hill has higher prices compared to other local stores that carry organic, kosher and better products. I still like them if Im in the areaThey really should cut the prices or have better sales.

My local store, usually find everything I need at this location with the exception of some cuts of meat being unavailable some days. Plenty of self checkout lanes and they move quickly, but for the sake of yourselves(employees) and the customers, please stop having little gatherings at the head register of the self check out lanes. If I want to finish my small checkout and grab a scratcher from the machine I have to bob and weave through a 5 person conversation every time. Break it up and find something to do!

This is one of the only Shoprites around that usually has everything I want. Store is clean and organized. Great selection in veg section. Only downside is that it can get busy during peak times.

This place literally feeds all of the East Side and Voorhees. The staff is dedicated to making sure customers have constant access to fresh food. The produce is fantastic and COVID guidelines are in place to make shopping as safe as possible. Great job guys!

This store is wonderful. The associates are so nice and helpful. During this challenging time, they sanitize your cart when you enter. The store is neat and very clean and also they have a special check out just for seniors. Its great!

Decent store but too congested.Inside and out.. my last visit found a mass of folks.. too dam many congregated in the produce dept... I immediately ran for another section of store.. and never returned to the produce area again.. poor crowd management here in the covid era .. ok otherwise .. and I try to go odd ball hours.. only to find there are others advantaging these off hours even more now too.. yikes!

Great selection and the prices are good but the set up is a bit confusing, I got lost trying to find a couple simple things like Milk. The isles are small too its hard to social distance here but besides that its a good store.

Meats empty as always. Couldn’t find where they even keep the racks of ribs, asked customer service if they even sell them, because I couldn’t find the label and got “what you see is what you get” response from some chick. This is why you people make minimum wage🤷🏻‍♂️.

Good place to shop good selection of products.

The owner and staff of this store do not care about your health. This store does NOT enforce the temporary law of wearing face masks during the pandemic. My family was here between 7:45 and 8:15pm on 6/30/2020 and a woman talking loudly on her phone walked all around the store without a mask. As she passed us she said into her phone Im in here not wearing a mask. Oh well! She walked by several employees, none of whom said anything to her. If you want to stay safe during the pandemic do not come here.

As many people are probably doing right now, we are trying to limit our trips to food stores and do larger shops less often. When we realized that we brought home meat that was expiring the next day, Shoprite refused to credit or provide us with fresh meat.

Employees are helpful and pleasant. Check out line moved efficiently.

Great customer service !!This review was pending from March 2015. I live in the area and needed some cardboard boxes for my move and one of my friends suggested this place. I called them and they told me to pick up next day morning and they kept lot of boxes. I realized that I needed more boxes and went next morning also without a call. One of the reps really went out of the way and emptied eggs full of cartons into the shelves and gave me 6 boxes right away. I appreciated his effort but sadly I noted his name and misplaced my notes. I really wish I remember his name. Anyways, Thank you Shoprite for the wonderful customer service. I was never disappointed at this location. Great customer service. Keep up the good work.
