If you go to this Kay Jewelers ask for Dina! Actually before going to any Kay Jewelers make this location in the Cherry Hill Mall your first stop and ask for Dina. She is absolutely amazing and will make your visit worth the while. She knows her stuff! I purchased my wife’s engagement ring back in 2016 and have been going to Dina since. She made the entire experience amazing for my special day!Dina is very welcoming, patient, and if there’s something specific that your looking for that’s not in store she will literally call across the world to find it! Dina’s customer service is what I expect when entering any establishment. Each experience I’ve had whether it was to purchase jewelry, or to have it cleaned and inspected it’s been nothing short of amazing.When ever my wife and I are at the mall we stop in to see Dina and she makes sure that we have been keeping up on our jewelry cleaning and inspections and doesn’t hesitate to take a look. We are always greeted with a very welcome smile and hello. It has never been a dull moment working with her. Thank You for always making my visit so special!

Great experience with sales associate Dina. Was very up front regarding interest in information about engagement rings and determining appropriate size and she went through everything from color to clarities to different styles and walked us through all we needed to know. When the time is right we will definitely be back, because of her!

Dina is amazing. How did you find her and you need to duplicate her level of excellence to all your Kay Jeweler locations! I absolutely was thrilled with my time there. She takes her time to sanitize in between visitors in consideration of the pandemic and she takes her time with each client, answering their questions, and giving her undivided attention. Even when there is a small line, she gets you in and out without you feeling rushed, and it feels like a family visit. I had a great time recently coming in to get my bi-annual ring cleaning as my husband purchased my engagement/wedding rings from Kay Jewelers. He was also looking through the Bulova men watches and Dina answered his questions about model numbers and types. It was a very satisfying experience and I am glad we were able to meet with Dina at this mall.

Today I was given outstanding service by Dina she is the best. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable . She took her time showing me things and I didn’t feel rushed. She helped me pick out the perfect earrings. I will definitely be going back in the future.

I came into the store just to look around while doing some after Christmas returns (12/30) , I was greeted by the sweetest lady Dina! She was an Angel! She even complimented my hair. I was having a rough day and it was nice to see a smiling face & I’m glad Dina was there to assure me of the amazing sales! I will only purchase from her next time I go! Thanks Dina! :)

STAY AWAY!!! This place is like the Home Depot of the jewelry world. Cheap and easy, but no one knows anything about the products they are selling. Their “Lifetime Warranty” requires 6 month check ups for your jewelry. Basically making your warranty null after 6 months. You can’t trust a company who knowingly sells cubic zirconia’s as diamond’s and their employees can’t tell the difference.

I went to the Cherry Hill mall location recently. I was in the mall and decided to have the woman check to see when was the last time my jewelry was inspected. She seemed like she was going to help me but then another employee in the store told me they weren’t doing inspections and when I asked her why she said because the employees are getting sick from touching other people’s jewelry. So to me that was just an excuse to not inspect my ring. I proceeded to tell the woman that makes no sense and you clean your hands after you touch anything. She had an attitude which in turn caused me to have attitude. I turned around to walk out the store and she repeatedly said wow, like she was amazed at what I said and apparently annoyed. The next day I called corporate to complain. She apologized and they stated that they technically are not inspecting jewelry until January 2021 and you know, that is all the woman at the Cherry Hill Mall store had to say and that perhaps you can go to another Kay jewelers for the inspection. Her stating that employees are getting sick from touching other people‘s jewelry just threw me for a loop because it sounded so stupid. Anyway, I ended up going to another location and the woman inspected my ring without hesitation. She was so pleasant.

My fiance and I stopped in the store yesterday to inquire about upgrading my engagement ring band. We were the only customers in the store and the girl working begrudgingly got up from her seat in the back to help us. After hearing our request, she scrolled on the tablet in silence for a few minutes not explaining what she was looking for or asking us any questions. When I asked if I was able to see different band options from the ring band I currently had she explained that all of their vendors were currently closed that did those orders and that I should check back in February and that type of request could take 2-3 months. We are getting married in May so this timeline was a little concerning. When I mentioned our timeline, the sales girl suggested that the photographer could photoshop my ring band to look yellow gold as I was looking for.... Needless to say we were very upset when we left the store, today we visited the Burlington location and received wonderful service. They are able to do exactly what I wanted within a reasonable timeline.

The lady refused to do an exchange for me. An anklet I wore once broke, I only had it for 2 weeks. I went to another Kay’s and they did it with no problem. Older white lady was rude.

I went there to look for another item for my wife and ran into probably one of the best sales reps out there (Dina) From the moment i walked in i was greeted very nicely and was shown the best customer service. Dina found out what i was looking for even when i had no idea lol. When i told her i had no idea she didnt get discouraged or make me feel like i was wasting her time she helped me pick out a great necklace for my wife. I write this review because i am the manager of a car dealership and meet and see a bunch of people everyday both customers and my employees. In my 13 years of being in sales i believe she is one of the greats!! When someone gets an employee like her they need to hold on to them for as long as they can because they make there store and managers look great. Thank you again to Dina for making this the best experience. 1 last thing she explained to me that i could apply for a Kay card etc (i did and used it for my purchase) but she was very knowledgeable about it and fully explained it to me. Thank you again and i hope her boss sees this and recognizes her for her great job.

Absolute worst customer service. They had my wifes ring for 3 weeks to get soldered together (V band). It came back the first time with stones falling out, so they sent it back out. I went to pick it up a week later and this time when it came back, the engagement ring wasnt lined up with the wedding band, it was noticably crooked!The assistant manager sided with her shop and told my wife and I that it wasnt a new bridal therefore it wasnt of importance. They told me to deal with what I got or wait 3 more weeks for the shop to fix their second mistake.A wedding ring becomes a part of someone. When its gone 6 weeks because of the jewelers mistake, it is unacceptable.Wont ever come back to this store, Gloucester Township outlet has much better customer service.
