I love that they have gone back to their expanded options. I missed a lot of their go-tos during the pandemic.The soaps were the oldies - but goodies. All the bath bombs were in. Great selection of shampoos, lotions and other goodies.Staff were great. Store is beautiful and well organized. The free samples are back!Go shop! Buy stuff thats good for the body and planet.

Ordered online to pick up from here, and it couldn’t have been a better first experience with the store. The merchandise is expensive but seems quality, and the service is fantastic.The associate who helped me made it a breeze to exchange an incorrect item for the correct one before I even got to the store, offered to gift wrap my items with the reusable gift wrap I purchased for them, and included some free samples of other products, even a beard wash, which I never would have guessed they’d have in the candy scented bath store.It’s a pain to slog through the mall, but if you live in the area I’d still highly recommend it. And your girlfriend (or yourself if you like candy scented bath stuff) will be very thankful you did.

All their products are beautifully handmade, cruelty free. I absolutely love their handmade beauty masks, mouthwash tabs, lip scrub, shower gel, soap, bath bombs, BASICALLY EVERYTHING!! I totally recommend. Great workers too!!

Tonight I went to the Cherry hill mall and shopped with my sister for some goodies! As we walked into the store, a lush associate was trying to tell another customer that he needed to wear a mask and she asked him plenty of times. The guy wasn’t complying and he was getting angry and aggressive. The associate was the only sales person on the floor. My sister and I were the only ones in the store while this was guy was in the store arguing with her. He eventually left. The associate handled it professionally and stuck to your stores policy in order to keep everyone safe. I feel so bad for her because she ended up getting tearful but she was grateful that we stayed because she felt unsafe or uneasy about the situation. She was wonderful, and she deserves a raise.

Drove 20 minutes to get here to buy a shampoo bar I had been eying to find out that they closed early that day because they were short staffed. Had to drive 20 minutes home just to have to come back another day and try again. I feel that’s poor management. In retail, people call out and stuff happens, you need to have enough people hired with open varied enough availability to get shifts covered and if truly necessary, as an owner or manager, be ready and to come in to cover from time to time. Super frustrating experience.

I met Andrew yesterday while I was having a mini emotional meltdown. He was so sweet, caring and helpful. He talked to me and help put me at ease and gave me some of the best words of encouragement that a stranger has ever given to me. I will come back again amd again jist hopefully to see his amazing self again. He deserves a raise, a massive raise

Lush takes Covid-19 seriously. We waited in line to get in because Lush only allowed the NJ maximum number of people in the store at one time. When we got in the employees were very helpful, showed us where certain products were and recommended products for gifts. Great job.

I visited Lush in the Cherry Hill Mall on Wednesday, September 18, 2019, with my sister and Goddaughter (Addison.) Ashley, and Taylor immediately saw the excitement and interest Addison had in washing her hands and playing with the soaps. They both had took turns, showing her the different stuff. She was having the time of her life and they went along with it. They were so kind and made her whole day by just paying attention to her. I’ve never had a bad experience at any of the Lush locations but this one was by far one of my favorites.❤️❤️

Most amazing store. I go there every time I am in the mall, all of their skin care products work wonders. Everything is cruelty free, natural and handmade. The employees can help you find products for every single one of your individual wants and needs. They will give you samples if you want to try anything before you buy it. Absolutely my favorite store no doubt.

Working at Lush would be my dream job. The store located in the Cherry Hill Mall is filled with beautiful scents you can smell as soon as you enter. The staff are amazingly kind, and treat customers more like friends. They introduce themselves, quickly offer samples and make conversations. Their products are finely crafted and I enjoy using them time after time. Lush is perfect for grabbing a gift, or treating yourself :)

Will never be buying from this location again. The employees are so rude to me and my friend every time we go in. My one friend has a lot of allergies and they didn’t care at all!! She was asking for samples that way she could see if she had a reaction or not. And one of the samples that was given there was hardly any in there compared to normal amount samples and he said that you guys get no more samples in a rude tone. And I hardly even had any.Employees are so rude here. I will be calling corporate.

Out of all the lush locations this one is my favorite! The team members that work there are just great. I personally have talked with Kat and Denise, and they were so great and helpful as well as accommodating!

If you havent been to this location in a while (like in the past two years), you should go, for sure! The storefront is MASSIVE. Like, its big enough to actually walk around the store with more than three people. They did a beautiful job on the reno.

Excellent customer service from the first time I walked in the door with my daughters. I want to give a big thanks to the Lush staff today from the young lady who played bubbles with my littles ones, to the other young lady who explained the store layout to me, to Catrina who sampled a face mask for me AND my two daughters, to closing out my purchase with Dominic (apologies if I am misspelling any names). The service there is absolutely the best and they let you try so many products. The scents of each product is to die for and there is so many things to choose from. The experience is very cool and so amazing. The prices of each product is very reasonable. All of their products are natural and they help fight animal testing. Love this place changed my skin! If you have acne prone skin tea tree water spray, grease lightning treatment and the cosmetic warrior face mask will change your skin. Favorite lotion is sleepy makes your skin feel so soft and hydrated. And the bath bombs are my daughters favorite thing!

Im a huge fan of Lushs products to begin with and since they moved to the new space its even more enjoyable to shop at this location. The employees are super helpful and nice and not judgmental so its a good atmosphere. Theres also sinks with running water everywhere that they encourage you to try out their soaps so you dont miss out on anything you might like.

Every single employee at this place that I interacted with (which was nearly all of them) was absolutely amazing. I have never felt so at ease talking to random employees at a store before. I love it!

First time at this store, i love it. i bought an organic powder deodorant that really works. its a great store if you are done with all the chemicals in our products. they will let you test anything you want and they would give you samples of whatever you want to take home.

This is one of the largest Lush stores Ive been to. The young lady who helped me was so unbelievably nice, it legit made me want to spend more money. She went above and beyond to help me and chat about Lush. So happy I went to this store over the one in philly. .

The people at Lush, NEVER FAIL to make me feel welcome and looked after. Even after I was popping in and out for hours at a time and just reading item descriptions then leaving, they were friendly and accommodating. And when I accidentally dropped/knocked over a container of lotion the staff was quick and efficient in getting it taken care of. But beyond JUST Amazing service there is a vast selection of all different products, from cosmetics and hair dyes, to bath bombs and bubble bars, even solid versions of things you thought were impossible like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and as I most recently discovered BATH OILS. Every item has clearly been made with both care and a touch of whimsy to both aide and pamper whether in your daily routine OR just having a little me time. There are periodic bathbomb demonstrations as well as demonstrations of a few other products. Truly a personable and refreshing shopping experience that makes you feel great as a customer.

Ive shopped at many Lush stores for many years and have been to the Cherry Hill store numerous times already, but I have to say that when I was there the other day, I had the pleasure of dealing with the greatest young ladies and gentlemen that are employed there! I know Im not remembering all their names, but Alyssa, Maggie, CJ, and I believe Kate, were just the BEST!!!! They were all so patient and listened to all of my issues and what types of ingredients and products I was looking for and made suggestions and recommendations on what products would be best for me! And I have no idea how they do it, but they know every detail about every product, and if you have been to the Cherry Hill store, that is ALOT OF PRODUCTS!!!! I really felt it was important to acknowledge these employees in every way possible so that any and every one in upper management who reads these reviews knows how amazing the staff members are at every Lush store, but particularly at the Cherry Hill store! The products are all ways natural help the earth. A lady that works there was very kind and answered all of me and my aunts questions. She also helped us better understand the products and what they are used for.

Walked in because the store doubled charged my friend for an already $40 body wash. Upon entering we were bombarded with frantic excitement because unbeknownst to us they had forgotten to bag a container of soaps that she bought. On top of that we were treated to how the cashier was at that very moment crying in the back room over her mistake. All around one bizarre and confusing experience. Sloppy, yes but quite fun in hindsight.

One of my favorite shops to visit they have a lot of cool and interesting personal care items like bath bombs and balms, lotions, shampoos, conditioners and grooming potions for the guys. I just wish they werent so pricey even for a small amounts of product.

I never really liked this store but they moved to a bigger space in the Cherry Hill Mall. Now with the extra space its so much more enjoyable to shop here. They have some cool products & some of the soaps smell good enough to eat, all smell amazing.

The employees are always willing to help, and have always been good at listening to what I ask and recommending what product is best. Its pricy, but the products Ive tried are great and last a good while.
