Love this place! They always have a great variety of clothes and shoes/accessories for everyone plus awesome novelty items!

Its kind of small for an urban outfitters. Extremely overpriced for the same clothes you can get anywhere... and theres not a lot of new products or merchandise. Had the same merch from 4 months ago. Just OK store but my teen loves it.

They have nice clothing and the prices arent bad at all. The staff was really nice too.

Tried picking up order via curbside pickup. After having signed in twice and waiting 32 minutes I had to go and park my car and go inside to get order.

There not as nice as they use to be but I still like it. Nice sales too

I love urban outfitters for their style and how they accept all genders. However when I went into Urban today, 2/17 I must have walked by 10 associates while I was browsing and not one of them said hi to me at all. I thought to myself well it’s a pandemic maybe that is having an effect but then I went to go ask for an associates help that was fixing some hangers by a mannequin. He looked right at me and literally kept moving around a mannequin to avoid me. Idk I feel like even a little kindness goes a long way. Just a very weird experience.

I love the store. I absolutely do. However, they dont carry clothes for women size XL. Which steers me to just accessories and perfume OR looking for something cute I can get by with in the mens department.

I like to shop from them on-line better

Be careful what promo codes you use. I used one from retail and my order excepted it but did not take off from total. I called customer service and the representative said put the order thru and ask for the promo code. She said it would be manually put thru. Well guess what? Never came off. Now the order is paid without the promo code taken off. And I have a feeling I’m not going to get the money back.

My teen kids love shopping at Urban Outfitters. And I particularly love their mens sweaters!

Definitely a store for the younger crowd.not a huge selection.

Racks and tables are usually neat and tidy. The service is good when you get to the desk, not once do I see anyone on the sales floor asking customers if they need anything, though. But that’s probably my only downside, everything else is great, and the store is run well. Need more sales though! So expensive haha.

I feel like this store has so much potential, but every time is go in its a bit messy and disorganized, which really discourages me from wanting to browse the store. Also, just a heads up, you cant try on clothes here right now.

Yesssssss. You can truly score some great deals here. The sales associates are very nice and helpful. And theyll even help you with online orders, i.e... the order didnt fix, you didnt like it, or just want to exchange/return it! Also you can access the mall from the store, and that alone can save you the hassle of moving you vehicle from spot to spot. And dont forget to visit the upper level of the store! They really do have something for everybody there. Over all I just love them ..♥️

Strange but nice clothes

I like the clothes they have here. Everything is really trendy and it gives you that effortless look. The downside is that the clothes are really expensive. For example, while I was here, I was looking at a plain, cropped t-shirt. I was going to buy it, but it was almost $40, which is an insane price for a simple t-shirt.

I love the fashion sense and I bite my clothes from there a lot I would like to tell them to keep up the good work and keep up the sign closing that they have

Urban Outfitters is my absolute favorite store. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the clothes are gorgeous and high quality, and the store itself just has a great layout that is aesthetically pleasing and just as trendy as their clothes. Highly recommend!

The employees are always friendly and helpful even though they dont look like they would be. Super expensive normal prices but if you shop on the sales racks you can get good deals.

Entrance from inside the mall was closed 30 min before closing , which would affect sales .

I was very pleased with the in-store customer service. However, when the manager attempted to order a product for me online to ship to another state they charged me taxes. Ive never had to pay taxes on clothes in my home state of N.J., If your billing address is a tax free state you dont pay taxes on the item(s) even when sending to a non-tax exempt state, thats always been my experience.The manager allowed me to purchase in store tax free and shipped to Maryland. Their online system sucks #crooks #classactionsuit

Took my daughter here (she just had to go!) and many other NYC attractions (no, this isnt an attraction) for her birthday. I cant say I was impressed with anything in the store. Most of it was the same as any low end department store with inflated prices, because you know, you have to pay for the name... The quality of most if the merchandise was low end. Nothing special. Just their name sewn into garments youd find in Boscovs, Marshalls, or anywhere else. The layout of the place was interesting, the decor was urban to say the least, but the prices for what you could get, ...nope.

Overall, its ok. They wouldnt make an exception to their return policy for me, so I wont be going back to their store anywhere in the future. The store itself is pricey! Needs more accessories. Felt crammed no where to walk in there. Not my style.

Urban outfitters is an obscenely over priced fashionably, trend obsessed, bohemian demarcator store. The Navajo nation is still boycotting the store for using its religious symbols to create some sort of fashion.

I saw a few nice pieces, but I wasnt interested in paying 85 dollars for a cute pair of pants. To each its own.

Its a typical urbanoutfitters smaller than the one in King of Prussia but pretty standard size not a very large clearance section pretty good home section fairly big boys and girls section.

Boring. Not rememberable.
