Poor customer service, I showed the owner a couple of designs and he responded by saying it will take too much time! Then he continued to vape and carry a personal conversation on his phone. Im happy I didnt give them my money.

I had a wonderful experience when I came here for an embroidery on my lab coat. The girls were super friendly and helpful. The one girl I believe her name was Melissa (please forgive me if I’m wrong) was great she does the embroidery and is usually there in the evenings. She was beyond great. She measured the length and width new exactly what I wanted showed me on her computer and had it done the following day. I was amazed and super impressed. I actually overheard another customer praising her on work she did on a T-shirt. The place gets an A+ from me will definitely be back if needed. Great team there!!

He lost my graduation stole, and made me wait over an hour to compensate me. I still didn’t get back. He seemed to do well with other customers, so I don’t think he’s a bad guy. I just won’t be returning.

OMG I absolutely love this place! They made me a shirt for my sons football team in a snap! Turned out awesome! And customer service is so nice and helpful! Yasemin helped us so much from the minute I walked in the door! She is the sweetest! I will definitely be back next week to get a hat made and definitely be buying more shirts in the future!!! Highly recommend!

The store is horrible. I got something and realized it was faulty immediately. I asked them for a return and they did not. The staff was rude and also the product was smelly. I say go online and buy this stuff. This stuff is bad and they dont care for their customers.

Ive been there 4 times and the last 3 times they screwed up shirts. The last time they kept messing up so I left. They were more concerned about the alerts on their cell phones. I dont understand how they have positive reviews but they hardly get it right and on top of that they have my logo saved. Those girls arent trained properly

Emily provided me with great customer service. Also she helped create a design for my daughter party theme. She did an amazing job I love the the designs. Emily took her time and was very patient with me and i appreciate that. Thank you so much

I was in the mall look for a place to make custom shirts for my business I walked into CAC and they were a little busy but the lady helped me within 5 minutes helped me with a design for my shirt and van lettering came out great!! I just hoped the price was a little better

I love this store. They’re super professional, do great, work, and I always have a pleasant experience when I stop by. My favorite feature is that they’re quick. I get my shirts printed on demand and never have to stress. I would highly suggest using them for your printing needs.

Horrible experience .... the girl taking care of me wasnt listening to a thing I said or wanted couldnt answer my questions about the print. Once it was printed and the issue i knew was going to happen happened ... the print was too small ... then they said they would charge me for both prints if I wanted it redone!!!!! Nope sorry wont be coming back here!!!!

I came here to order 5 bday shirts. Thursday night around 7. The woman with her non employees but seemingly security boyfriend who should not have been there if he wasnt an employee continuously complained about being left in the store alone. Apparently her coworker Melissa was gone for a long time. When she finally decided to acknowledge me, she gave me a clipboard. Told me to write what I wanted. We verified the sizes, I picked the font. Bam! She said come back in 1 HOUR. This was 7:15p. I return 20min later than expected. Just to ensure a ready product. I get back and there is a line of other customers. What do I see, the shirts I picked with no work done. I ask about my order. The missing staff member told me that the other person didnt start my order. That there was a process that I was needed for. I mentioned to her that the process she spoke of was already done (font picking..etc). I am amazed at the unprofessional treatment I received today. How dare you? How about taking the phone number of the customer when the order is placed so that issues like this dont arise. Assuming you feel like doing your job. I hope this treatment isnt reserved for your black customers only.
