The quality of their clothes is awesome they wash really well.

The store is nice but the employees are rude and very very unprofessional. I was going to buy a $100 sweater and because the employee was so rude I walked out… I couldn’t deal with a personal like that…

I went shopping there with my mother today and a few other family members and I noticed something was off as soon as the woman (tall, skinny, black hair) who lets people in greeted us with attitude. Our time shopping there wasnt very enjoyable because she kept following us everywhere as if we were going to steal something and kept rolling her eyes at us. I decided to leave with my other family members while my mom paid everything so the other people waiting in line could come in the store; According to my mom as soon as we left she made a rude comment saying, “all that and they didnt even buy anything.” I was LIVID once my mom told me that because we had my mom pay so other shoppers could come in and either way she should have better customer service.

Love this store they are a little pricey but its worth it if you life quality and style. The stores associates are helpful...

All my clothes is from this store, every worker here knows me, and they treat me with the most respect. Thank you guys.

Not gonna come back to this store. Manager (Tall BLK Dude) is totally Rude dont know how to talk. If this Branch want more business then they need to get rid of this guy...

I just had the worst shopping experience ever. The manager was extremely rude, he was commenting behind our back and when I told him that I didnt like your behavior, he was like okay okay. He didnt even had the decency to apologize. How can someone be so rude working in a customer service. I had a bad experience with him earlier too, the same manager.I entered the store smiled at him and said hi, he didnt smiled back at me and didnt even said hi. I like the store but only hecause of thar arrogant manager I am never returning back. He completely ruined our shopping day.

I received a gift of a t shirt for Christmas . Shirt looks great and is still wrapped and in the box. Only thing and a big thing is I just need it in a better size. I called and came in with it and they refused to help me with just a size exchange. Now I go to say Kohl’s and this isn’t an issue there. My sister got me this as a gift and lost the receipt and took the tag off of course , since it was a gift. I have the box, bag, n never wore it. I just think this is nuts considering other retailers never have an issue with this . Now I’m stuck w a shirt I can’t wear because it’s too small.

Been a frequent customer for many years, know the fashion patterns, always contempt with the service. Strong believer in you get what you pay for. Never had a problem.

Staff is so Rude and Ridiculous and threaten the Customers saying they will not help .... Very HEAD Strong .....Are they doing any Favour to us by working in AX? Top Management may need to step and change the Staff .. if not they may loose the customer Big way ...
