WARNING: DO NOT EVER go to this jiffy lube!!! I went in for routine maintenance to my car in December 2020 and they put the incorrect rear differential fluid into my car (which only had 20,000 miles on it). Less than 2 weeks later, the car broke down. It cost me over $5000 to fix the damage that jiffy lube did to my car and jiffy lube has refused to reimburse me. I had previously come here for 3 years. I’m so very disappointed in this business and want others to be aware.Update 8/2021: I emailed the email address they provided below 3 times and never received a response. I was never reimbursed for my complaint through jiffy lube website either. I’d stay far away from this place!!!!

Jiffy Lube is an easy and accessible way for me to maintain my vehicle, and the staff is always an absolute pleasure. Most locations are great, but most recently the crew at Marlton Pike W in Cherry Hill, NJ left an impression on me. They are honest and kind in their guidance, experts in service, and rather than ever feeling taken advantage of, I feel taken care of.

So far this year, I have taken my truck 2x to Jiffy Lube at 2023 on West Marlton Pike in Cherry Hill NJ and now my car I just purchased in August. I brought in my car because the service is excellent!! There is a great deal of professionalism! Just like any group of staff members, there are small conversations amongst themselves, but when it comes to getting ready to greet and/ or speak to the customers, all conversations cease and there is nothing, but professional treatment. This is guiding you to the waiting room to, opening the door for you as you are leaving. I live in Philadelphia and I will continue to bring both vehicles all the way to that location. Lastly, Jiffy Lube will go above and beyond to service your vehicle, even if it is to call for a part to be ordered or delivered! Thank you to the Cherry Hill Jiffy Lube Manager and Staff!

The CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on directly after the oil change. My car sounds horrible! They put the wrong license plate number on my receipt! There werent any lights on in the bathroom! The automatic switch must have been broken.I dont feel comfortable in recommending this place!Oh yes, the service was fast. They did remember to shut off the car. The staff was pleasant and remembered to hand me my car keys.NOW MY CAR Sounds like a bomb & the check engine light is on!Its was an never ending experience!

It use to be jiffy! Now it takes too long. Lot of movement but not much work. I waited almost 10 minutes to pay and the car sat in the bay work already done for 15 minutes before that. The staff also did not know that you need to check the the transmission fluid with the engine on. So all in all 50 minutes and it was not even crowded

Every time I go here, I am treated with the utmost respect. The techs and front desk are EXCELLENT! They review exactly what my car needs and gives me an honest explanation. You know exactly what youre getting. These gentleman deserve a raise!

Took extremely long time @1 hr.30. Unprofessional staff. 3 workers seemed to be in training because they did not know what they were doing.

You have to visit the Rt 70, Cherry Hill location to experience Nelson and Douglas. They are exceptional men.

I just got ripped off by this lube. I drove into the site and the employee told me to bring it inside. i moved car in and he start checking car ligts, breaks and other things. I was waiting for someone who giveme price first but they trap me in with half of service done without asking me anything. Then a lady told me it will be 67.99. i was shoked that was too much for oil change in my whole life i paid between 21$ or $35 dollars for best oil well i was stuck there cant do anything now. After oil change she to me my bill is $80.77. i jumped.....what $13 dollar tex. She said no there 3.99 your oil and filter disposal fee and 3.99 for drain plug. What? You didnt tell me that before. She olny said sorry. I just get out of there with anger because $80 i makes after working whole day but they rip me off in 10 minutes i will ADVISE everyone do not go in this place in your whole life.

If you decide to use Jiffy Lube for car maintenance, you are making a BIG mistake. Check out all the scams from YouTube. After you see these videos, common sense will tell you to go elsewhere. The Cherry Hill Jiffy Lube falls in line with these videos. Same scam. The response from management and owner was exactly what these other rip off stations said. I think Jiffy Lube has a company statement on apologizing for ripping you off. Think about it . They had 30 million customers last year. Do you think Jiffy Lube cares about losing a smart and educated customer.? Of course not. They like the Im in a hurry, dont care to check your work customer. If you do go there for service than thats your choice to be taken advantage of. But you were warned........

Had a great experience today and every time I come to this location. It is clean, the staff is polite and courteous, and they have multiple times went above and beyond to help with other car trouble besides the normal maintenance. I have needed air in my tires during the winter, all the WAWA air pumps were broke, and they do it real quick no problem. My front bumper broke and was hanging down a bit, I pulled in and asked if they would take a look. They provided a patch to last a few days until I could get it fixed. This location is the example/standard that should be set for other locations.

The group of people working here really do care about the safety of your vehicle. First rate group of mechanics and they do way more than just change oil at this location.

Asked for 3 things: ac check, wipers, and oil change. Went to sign invoice for wipers and they had charged me for 2 driver side wipers; driver side is more expensive; who would ever have 2 driver side wipers installed in 1 visit? What’s worse, I’ve been here 90 minutes and the ac check hasn’t been completed yet and they still haven’t changed my oil It’s not crowded. In fact, I’m the only customer here. And when I asked, nicely, just now how much longer ac check would take, one of the staff here just yelled at me. Feel like I’m being held hostage.

I came into this location last Monday with a problem of my e-brake sticking to my back rotor. The team gave me a full diagnostic that my rotors really needed to be replaced (my dealership I have been going to faithfully for all maintenance never told me that) and they explained the condition they were in. They also explained that my front brakes needed to be replaced immediately. I was needing to get home to Massachusetts from this location, and I had limited funds, so they told me which was priority for the trip, but explained both had to be done very soon.It was a very frustrating morning/afternoon as I was having trouble on many fronts, but the team was always helpful, courteous, and comical, which helped me feel better about my overall situation. They had great customer service all day, and put a LOT of work into my car (due to the rusty rotors) that many shops would have been more difficult about. They updated me with their progress the whole time, and the price was more than fair. I can say nothing but that they were all excellent, and really helped me out when I needed it.I will be switching to Jiffy Lube for many of my car maintenance needs from now on, and I want to thank the team of:Kylil, William, Anthony, and Bino.I got home safe and feel much better knowing what I need to replace on my car. Thank you guys.

Unfortunately, after my experience at this Cherry Hill, NJ Jiffy Lube, I dont think that I will return to the franchise... No more Jiffy Lubes for me. They really need to work on their employee integrity. For a few years, Ive been taking my cars to Jiffy Lube in Oklahoma. However, this Cherry Hill location was very, very shady.The individual before me was told that they had to use synthetic. They had a VW and I dont know anything about VWs, so I didnt think much of it.When they went to start processing my Nissan, they told me that I had to use synthetic. Im used to the old up-sell. I get that - they are just trying to make a buck. However, it was the wording that they used that made me feel it was worth the time to write a review.We cannot warranty the work if we use conventional.If you use conventional, it will damage the engine and void the warranty.Straight out of the Nissan user manual: 5w30 or 10w30 conventional can be used and it will not void the warranty.Even if I got them to do the oil change, after being asked to have worked performed that, in their words, would damage my engine/void the warranty, I dont trust them to do anything right anymore. Id rather change it myself then go to a place like this.You are truly awful and should be shut down for lying to customers. There is a line between up-selling and using fear tactics to just lie. Buyer beware.

Pulled up for an oil change, was greeted at my car with a rundown of the service including checking lights, tires, etc. Im not very car savvy, so having things like my brake fluid checked out at the same time was awesome.Service was friendly and efficient. Took less than hour without an appointment. I didnt feel hassled into extra services at all. Definitely coming back for the next oil change!

Pushy and overpriced. I only went here because I was in a bind. They gave me a hard time about not wanting to give them my email address. A standard oil change took over an hour. The best part is that the next day my car was leaking oil everywhere. I ended up taking it to the dealer and they fixed whatever it was that Jiffy Lube broke.

Pulled in on a tuesday afternoon without an appointment and was in and out within 20 minutes.The gentleman inside, Nelson, was a pleasure to work with and never tried to pressure me into services I didnt need. He went step by step and explained everything and how to go about choosing what was best for my vehicle. So glad i stopped in and will definitely go back in the future. Thanks!
