I was very happy with my continued experience with Porsche cherry hill over the past two years. They are filled with a very welcoming team and make you feel like family from the moment your step foot into their dealership.I recently purchased a 992 GT3 from here and the experience is one i would like to share and shed light on. George and Tom were my primary contacts from getting on the list (2 years ago) to build to delivery however everyone else on the team had a hand in the process. Whether it was consoling me on the wait or advising me regarding various options available within the vehicle or speaking to frank regarding parts and accessories, it was always a pleasure. As a collaborative effort we were able to produce one of the most spec’d GT3 in the country (photos attached).I highly recommend working this Porsche cherry hill and i look forward to working with them on curating many future vehicles.

Mr. Couch took time out of his day including his day off to listen to me, a customer, and resolve issues that he had nothing to do with. I called to see if I could have my vehicle serviced here. It is not one of the brands sold at this dealership. I just needed information about getting tires mounted. I tried to explain my situation (my vehicle is already at Ford and they need high grade equipment to work with carbon fiber parts) but before I could, I was told this is porche go call ford and hung up on. I called just to see if it was possible. This left a me with a terrible opinion of this dealership. I felt as though I was beneath them. I reached out to other high end dealers in the area, they were all kind enough to help or at least refer me to custom shop they have used.

Jose over at Cherry Hill Porsche did an INCREDIBLE job on my car. I will be going back for all of my car maintenance and purchases. Thank you Jose! I dropped my car off on Friday, was able to get it back on Tuesday all the while driving a courtesy vehicle during those days. My car came back immaculate and it absolutely feel like a brand new car.Had my annual check, 4 new tires and a brand new transfer case. Everything went smoothly and my car feels an absolute joy to drive. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE and I am VERY happy.

Driving I fill something they said was nothing the balance can’t fixed is my 3 time the can fix my car I have to wait hours still have the same problem .now I waiting to get call back .call the I know is not going to happen they always forget . I’m not in the market yet because I can’t afford a 911(my grail car), but I know that I one day will. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. These guys took me around and let me test drive the 911 and some of the 718 cars; I now see why these cars are so sought after. I’m looking forward to the day that I give these guys my business. I have bought two cars from these guys. I bought a used Turbo S in 2017 from Tim G., with the General Manager Brian Ds help. They were very reasonable and it was a great (and fair) experience. I traded it in just the other day for a 2019 Targa. Tim and Brian gave me a VERY fair price for my trade, and a nice price on the new car. Negotiations were handled by text messages, and once we agreed on terms, the paperwork was waiting when I came in to pick up the car. I thought the experience was very good. If I buy another Porsche, Im sure I will use them, even if I move out of state. Brian and Tim are class acts.

Was looking to buy a porsche, saw turbo at cars .com at cherry hill.i called them up spoke with JACKIE/George/ AND TOM. car on cars .com advertise with 7093 miles.so we finally agreed 0n a price with certified warranty. keep calling for 3 days finally i decided to go to the dealership which 3 hours away .when i got there look at the car and it had 9000 miles instead of the 7093 miles. that being said talk with tom the sales manager and he said that i would have to pay for the certified.i said no you have 2000 more miles then you advertised now you want me to pay. then he had the nerved to ask me what i do for a living .he is white i am black. really think he did not want to sell me that car. read between lines.gave me a hard time from begin to end. i would not buy anything from them. After leaving i purchase a new car from another porsche dealership.

Excellent dealership great inventory but most of all amazing staff especially our representative George who helped us find the right car the way we wanted it exactly and and gave us an amazing deal. Closing was smooth and very professional, no awkward sales tactics. Just an overall wonderful experience that you would expect from a brand like Porsche. Had my accident free pristine 997.2 GT3 with 17,529 miles on it appraised for a trade in. This Dealership Insulted me with a trade in value $67,000. Went to Porsche of The Main Line and traded it in for $87,000. They wound up selling it for about $105,000. Which I’m ok with but $67k. Get outta here.Comical.(You don’t have my name on record as to coming in because this account I made is under an alias as I don’t need my real name publicly floating around)

Make sure you dont get ripped off. Was suppose to buy a used vehicle agreed on the price then when its time to finalize the transaction the price is $1500 more on the paperwork. The sales manager Brian Dashner is so unprofessional not sure why they would employ him. Stay away and do business with a more reputable dealership that is honest.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership and absolutely would not recommend them. I got a flat tire last Monday evening when parking at the Lincoln Financial Field for a concert. I bought my 2017 Porsche Macan at the Mainline dealership but roadside assistance towed it to the Cherry Hill dealership that evening since it was the closest dealership to where the car was located. Since I had no prior experience with them, I figured it would be fine. After calling the dealership twice on Tuesday, a service manager finally called me back only to tell me that they would have no time to look at it that day and would look at it the next day and that they had no loaner vehicles available. I was frustrated since it was only one flat tire, but understood that I didn’t have an appointment. On Wednesday they told me that I would need a new tire and they didn’t have my tire in stock (it was not a specialty tire) and had to be ordered and would be delivered from Connecticut and so my car wouldn’t be ready until Thursday. I asked them if they could fill the tire and patch it. They said that it’s the policy to not fix tires at the dealership; they were required to order new ones. So…. If that was the case, why were they too busy to look at it at on Tuesday since they already knew they would have to order a new one! And it was a brand-new car so it would only need one new tire! It shouldn’t have taken them long to look at it the day after it towed instead of waiting until two days later. I told them how I was a single mother and had no access to another car and that my toddler’s car seat was in my car and I needed to get him back and forth to daycare. They didn’t really seem to car and only stated that they still had no loaners available. Meanwhile, I had to walk my toddler back and forth to daycare every day, rent a car on Thursday to commute to work and received a call from them on Thursday evening that the tire that was supposed to have arrived from Connecticut never arrived and they have no idea what happened to it but believe it’s possible it was delivered to another dealership, so they would have to order another tire and my car wouldn’t be ready until Monday (and they still didn’t have a loaner available!). The next day, Friday, I called them and told them that I wanted my car back and they needed to tow it to my house. Going one week for one flat tire that was a regular tire, not special order, was not acceptable. I then called the Mainline dealership, which I should have done previously. They told me that they had 3 in stock and called Chery Hill Dealership to tell them to pick it up. In sum, terrible service, non-communicative and unacceptable delays. It was incredibly stressful and needlessly expensive having to rent a car, pay for ubers with a car seat, etc. Next time I will insist it be brought to the mainline dealership. I’ve always received top-notch service there and highly recommend them.

Brought my car in to have 2 of the tires pressure’s checked. They charged me $80 a wheel just to look at it for all of about 15 mins. Then they said they needed to take the wheels off to do it. (Which was an upcharge) Then charged me for the lube that was required for the centerlock. (All of a tooth paste sized squeeze)If you need to take your car in to have a tire plugged, torque checked, or air pressure checked. Take it to Porsche of the Main Line because they do it for free. Had no idea this place charged for it.Also, had my dash cam running and recorded child like unprofessional behavior of the techs climbing in and out of my car and going through a box I had on the passengers seat. In the video the one tech was repeatedly telling another tech to get out of the customers car yet he kept climbing in it kind of violently so that he could drive it. Then it turned into a tugging match of the one tech trying to pull the other tech out. Nothing of importance was in the box on the passengers seat but none the less nobody but myself has any business going through it. I could maybe understand the constant swearing and foul language use in a garage setting but I just expected a tiny bit more professionalism out of a Porsche dealership.Also the service department isn’t open on Saturdays.Also, when you call in to talk to a service advisor (in my experience, and maybe not the same for others) the likelihood of someone there to take your call has been non existent in my experience.Thus, I have been taking the extra 30 min drive to Porsche of the Main Line.What’s funny is that this dealership claims “the work was necessary to correct an issue apparently due to my powder coated rims” This is utter nonsense because my rims have been taken on and off the car more than a dozen times after the powder coating to replace brake pads and tires so I have no idea what they are talking about. They are acting like they were the first shop to ever touch my car after the rims got powder coated which is completely false. They just made themselves sound and look stupid by making that statement. Porsche of Main Line never had an issue taking my rims and tires off post powder coating. Way to make up lies so you can con and rip off your customers. Really sad that a luxury dealership has to lie to their customers and charge them for made up things. As to not having video of your employees horsing around? Great cover up. You will find the video on YouTube just so I can prove how dumb you guys look. Hi I just want to say that I love this company such great people my father used to buy a lot of Porsche’s and the last one I remember was a 997 911 with an aero kit and from that day forward I made it my mission to work and buy my own Porsche. No help from the parents. Not to long ago that day finally came when I bought a 987 Boxster black with tan interior which was also a 5 speed manual as I am typing this it is currently getting a service. Called dealership for service appt. and information on my 911 Turbo. Called twice and the call to service went right to VM. Called back and the receptionist (who has a short snippy attitude) took my information. Never received a call from a service rep. I called today and left a VM for the service manager (Abraham) and no return call. You would expect better from a Porsche dealership. Reflecting that is why I bought my car from Porsche of the Mainline and that’s why I’ll take the extra travel time to bring it there to get serviced.

Went there to pickup a part that was ordered for my shop 3 weeks prior, and I was literally there for 35 minutes waiting for the parts guy. No actual parts section either, you have to ask specifically for parts. Got sent to the other dealerships around them trying to find this guy and the part, only to get sent right back to Porshe and wait another 10 minutes. FINALLY after being sent back and forth and forced to stand around waiting because they dont even have chairs, I finally got the part and proceeded to pay at the counter. Handed the cash to the cashier and she says um do you have a credit card or exact change because we dont have a register HOW DOES THE CASHIER NOT HAVE A REGISTER???? Couldnt pay with a card because the part was for a client not me, so I literally had to let her keep the extra change because luxury brand Porshe is too cheap to buy a cash register or even give people their change. No wonder why they make so much money.

Ordered a part for my engine through them. Said they could get it and have it in 2 weeks from the fatherland. I went ahead and ordered it. 2 weeks later they find out that it isnt in stock in Germany. This place is a complete waste of time. They have no way to check ahead of time. If there was a 0 star option, i would have done it. I normally dont write review but I have to write for this one because its pissed me off. It was my worse experience with dealership so far. I can’t even beleive I am in a luxury dealership. I thought i was lost in a rip off one or something. The worse customer service that makes me dont want to own MB and dont even want to go there. I had 2 recalls and a service due ( service indicator was on). When i dropped my car there, i clearly said i had recalls and service due. The guy called me the car was done. So i came pick up. The windshield wipers were missing, there was still soap on my windshield, the car looks like its not completed service yet. Even the valet guy said so too. The service indicator light was still on. The service guy left for the day. They called the manager and the manager said we cant do anything for you right now because the service guy left. I have to choose either leave my car there and take taxi home as they have no loaner available or drive home without a windshield (thanks god no rain). I feel so pissed that a dealership like MB can treat their customer like that. Im not begging you for free service man. The manager kept saying there is nothing he can do, i can uber or something. Really? I have to drive back and forth and now spending money to uber to work? I have to spend time now to cone back the next day to check where my windshield wipers are. OMG!!! I cant beleive it. I dont even want to buy any other mercedes car any more. Goodbye!

First let me say I love the car. It is a shame the experience of buying and owning it have been greatly diminished by my experiences with this dealer. There seems to have been a problem with each part of the interaction, starting with the initial visit to the dealership and while they said they had a 718 that i was interested on the lot they could not access it over a missing key (only one) and they never offered to even let me see it because there was one in the showroom. This was a red flag but the dealer has been there for a while and I assumed it was an unusual event. We were promised a call when the car could be accessed, this did not happen for 10 days. In the interim we drove and F-Type and the Jaguar dealer fortunately had a 2015 Cayman on the lot that we test drove. This was fortunate for the Porsche dealer and sadly unfortunate for the Jag dealer which was awesome during the process.Finally being able to see the car and drive it we decided this car was good and we worked out a deal to buy the car. The finance person, while she was nice, was extremely pushy about the service options and additional warranty offerings (I manage commercial operations in North America for a Fortune 100 company, I appreciate sales), to the extent that she really crossed the line of professional behavior (cant recall the last time I felt that way in a buying or selling process). Regardless, I chalk that up to not everyone being good at sales or customer service. The real issue is that they messed up the paperwork, and now after 4 months and Audi tracking me down for missing lease payments that the dealer should have arranged payment for, it has been (I hope) remedied.Now, I need to use the service department, surely that will go smoothly, these are after all relatively expensive luxury items, you would expect they treat the customers well. Hmmm, very limited hours to reach them by phone but I did make an appointment on-line and since I needed a loaner the appointment first available was 17 days out. I will not go into full detail on the actual repair quality as I have not seen it yet. I will note that the pushy finance girl that was hell bent on selling me the tire and wheel package may have been right as one of the issues with the car since the day I received it was with tire pressures. Not an issue i have ever had with Audi or BMW. I had inspected the tires a few time to look for issues but did not see any so I asked the dealer to check it out. The first question I was asked when tires were mentioned was if I had the tire and wheel warranty (you would think the service department would know what warranty I carry on the car). Ironically you might say the report back from the dealer was while I had problem with two tires, they found three tires had nails in them. Another Hmmm, from me. I have in 30 years of driving maybe had 3 nails in tires. I dont recall driving through any nail factories or construction sites in my Porsche, but I said OK please fix them while you are keeping my car for 3 days to replace the windshield. They said no, Porsche will not allow them to fix tires only replace them. (Just an FYI for the dealer, Porsche no longer owns this vehicle, I do.) I also wonder if repairs would be possible under warranty or if the dealer would replace 3 tires with 2000 miles on them over nails, as this seems economically and environmentally undesirable. My guess, I would never have heard about this issue and they would have been repaired and put back on the car. That is of course my own conjecture. The tires will need to be replaced I guess, but it will not be at this dealer.Short story after long, love the car and have hated every minute and part of the ownership experience with this dealer. Buy the Porsche. You will love it. Probably somewhere else is best.

I purchased the ding insurance. It is a total fraud. They dont fix anything - they just take your money and whenever you have a ding, they say it is the wrong kind of ding and do nothing. The whole ding insurance thing is a fraud. I have had two Porsches and bought the insurance both time and have had the same result.
