Yea its a great store for clothes, but its a book store. Every quarter for 2 years they have had to apologize to me because they are missing some of the books I need for my classes. They either blame the teacher for not putting in the order, or they blame the teacher for not ordering enough books, or they blame the book companies for not sending them in a timely manner. They will never take the blame for their incompetence. Its difficult to explain to my wife who is from the third world that this is how it works in the first world. She cant believe it. Easterns bookstore is a sad example of how a bookstore should operate. Im a returning student, and in the 1990s they always had all my books on time. Their focus now is on selling clothes, not getting the books youll need for class.
