Daves Auto was a place recommended by Les Schwab in Cheney. Place was clean. And the service prompt. Reasonable price. So for me an excellent value. Had them do a tune up on a 2009 Honda fit. Son says car drives great. Quick service.. in by 9 out by 2.

Great experience here i was expecting the worst for a camshaft sensor issue. Turns out when you change one ut might need re-syncing... daves employees looked into it last minute of the day real quick and re-synced the sensors for alot cheaper than i expected to pay. Also got it backthis afternoon wasnt expecting it until monday or tuesday. They also helped me out and sent an employee to pick me up. Thanks alot! Glad i got her fixed again. Will be back if needed

First thing in the morning after I dropped off my car in the key drop off box, they called me and had everything fixed and ready to go with very reasonable prices, their expertise and efficiency helped me get back on the road in the blink of an eye and I appreciate their hard work, especially Kendrick he’s a great mechanic.

Took my girlfriends car in to get the alternator replaced, the alternator they put in was defective so they swapped it out no questions asked. Guys are smart, fast and affordable.

I went in to get my starter replaced and they did it very quickly and at a very reasonable price!

A bunch of scam artists did not put part I paid for on my truck then tried to keep said parts.DO NOT HAVE THEM WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had my car painted a month ago. Was done with a short turnaround and great quality. Shop looked very busy while i was there but seemed to get customers in and out very quickly. Would highly recommend.

The most dishonest mechanic Ive ever experienced. They conned me out of $1,000. Had my transmission go out and instead they lied to my face and said it was something else. Never go to this mechanic.

I took my truck in to have my transmission fluid, differential fluid, and rear brakes checked as well as the timing. They had from 8:30 AM until 4 PM and did not call me whatsoever. They went ahead and did the work without consulting me first. They also forgot to relieve tension on the rear brakes, forcing me to go back in so they could fix what should have been done the first time. My truck stayed there from 1PM to 5PM. 4 hours to fix their mess!When I had picked up the truck the first time they said the timing was fine. I just recently had my truck serviced at UGM motors in Spokane, Valley and they told me the timing was WAY off. Thanks for NOT doing your job Daves! You guys are garbage! Id give these guys a zero but theres no option for that!

I went to Daves last week to have my fuel pump replaced. Which seems to be working just fine. BUT this morning I heard a loud grinding noise coming from my front driver side tire. I looked down and saw a tool sticking out from my engine catching on my wheel. I have been driving with the tool in my truck for almost a week now, Im very lucky it didnt fly out while I was driving on the freeway and hit someone, or catch in my wheel swerving me into on coming traffic. I told them I found the tool, and the mechanic admitted fault. He just told me mistakes happen and theres nothing he can do, and theres a lot of what haves he looked under my hood for damage then he walked back into the shop instead of trying to make it right. I hope the best for everyone going to Daves but I would seriously reconsider.

Agner was able to work with my sons crazy school schedule and get his truck fixed up. We knew it was the clutch slave, but found out the clutch was original and finally bit the dust too. (Told by the car salesman here in Seattle when we bought the truck the clutch had just been replaced- ya, nope). Agner was able to replace it all, in a short turnaround time and under my budget! I will use them again! Thanks Agner!

Change alternator for 2000 Buick LeSabre, the mechanic was very good and friendly. If there is any problem I will go there.

Asked them to look at something another shop said needed fixed they didnt find anything and only charged for half hr of labor and lubed everything up. If you want a shop to trust go here.

Daves Auto has worked on all of our vehicles, including the motorhome, a new Chevy truck and even our boat. They have been there countless times to help out our son who is a student at EWU. Being from Alaska, we have been very lucky to have found this shop and wish to say thanks again for all your help this past 4 years.

I had the worst experience at Daves auto. I took in my car because one of my cylinders was misfiring. The person at their shop took advantage of the fact that I was a girl and unaware, he ended up overcharging me for my services. He charged me $80 for one ignition coil which is only $18 on average. $20 for a spark plug which run about $5. Overall just ripped me off completely I ended up paying $275 overall which should have cost me nowhere to that amount and refuse to explain the overcharges. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone ever, the customer service was horrible. Especially if you are a young female student. They will most likely overcharge you.

I have nothing but good to say.Daves auro has always provided me with excellent service. I had gone to a well known auto service shop. Had my oil changed. After I had a leak. Took it back and was told that I had to have gaskets replace etc.which many dollars for repair. So I took my car to Daves. Agnar took a look. He showed me exactly what was wrong. He tighted a screw and no more leak!!No charge. Every time I have taken my car to Daves in Cheney if there is a problem. I ask to explain and show me. If he is replacing something. I also ask that that save the part removed. They are a reliable repair shop. And excellent mechanics. I recommend this shop if you are experiencing a problem with your car.

Not fast. Not cheap. Amazing quality work!

Terrible, They had my van for over a month. I had to call every day just to get anywhere. They charged me about 800$ for parts I didnt need(had already replaced within that year) I had told them that, and they charged me anyways. Do not do business unless you enjoy paying more than a vehicle is worth and you dont need it for a month.

Great work! Reasonable and honest

We were heading from the opposite end of WA to Idaho. We got a blowout and called them, as they were the closest place. They got to us within 30 minutes, brought us to their shop, and got us a second hand tire replacement. It cost us $170 and two hours. Im glad we broke down by them haha!
