Does the trick helps when you need something so I say good
If it wasnt for family who live there, I would not recommend buying or living there. The community is atrocious, from drug addicts to criminal activity, the company that owns the property is horrendous.
Personal the people arent bad, but this place isnt that nice. Not saying I hate it. But it could definitely do with more stuff. There isnt a pool. And we arent allowed to have any decent sized pools at all..
Nice park well maintained
Place sucks all rats cops in there 24/7 be ware
Decent-looking trailer park
Good place
All the reviews are from people who DONT LIVE HERE!! There are NO community events....and lot rent increases every year between $20 to $30...Fees are HIGH ...and you dont get much!
Very ni w place to live I visit family there and the neighbors are so friendly and helpful I am now waiting for a place imof my own there 5 stars from me great place that reminds me of the days when we could leave our doors unlocked just so peaceful
Poorly managed. We have not had our streets swept since new mgmt. This hadnt happened for years now. It used to be done every spring. They dont provide enough waste dumpsters. Once or twice a year for a few days is not enough. You cant expect owners to hire their own dumpsters for cleanup. And it should go back to an over 55 park. As it once was. Instead of demanding that owners of homes do any number of upkeep items, how about you keep up sinking driveways and roads?Dont be fooled by the pretty pictures. Drive around at night and during the day to see activity.
$800 a month park rent?! This juice is not worth the squeeze
Good thank you for your help and advice
Mobile park. Some rent some own
Great, quiet place. My family has lived here for 30 years
Drove through it comparing different places so far this is the one that I like the best
Management sucks and the rent is ridiculous (almost $800 just for the yard)
Great community, good people
Lovely place to relax
Everything is just down the road. All the shopping in one place.
Always Sunny in the Commons!
