I used to go here all the time the owner is always so nice to me and my family I used to go here every day for at least 5 years but we had to move my nana still went here for about a year after we moved but when covid hit they wernt makeing enough money im sad that I will never go here again but it was a great place to go to.

On March 8, 2016 at about 7:20 am, I went to the Village Square Convenience Store on 14 Fletcher Street in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. During that morning, I bought Keno tickets. Than when I look at the TV screen for the keno, it was not turn on, so I told the owner politely that the TV for keno was not on. Afterward, he started to get mad at me, claiming that I am not patient. I was being patient, all I did was talking to him nicely. I wasnt being rude or disrespectful. Than I explained to him that he shouldnt be mad at me just for telling him that the TV for Keno was not on. All of a sudden, he told me not to talk to him again and he said just play Keno or go home and he looks like he want to fight with me. I decided to leave his store because he was being so rude and disrespectful. I will never go back to his place again. I usually go to buy lottery tickets or play keno at his place in the last three years, and most of the time the owner of this place doesnt appear to be friendly to me at all. Maybe because I am Asian. For some reasons, some people treat Caucasian (White) people better than Asian people. That is not fair because I have lived in the United States for 30+ years. I am a U.S. citizen and I have no criminal records. I also work and pay my taxes in America. This man act like his place is the only place that I can go to, but there are many other stores that are better than his and they treated all customers with respect. I believe that all business owners should treat customers nice or else he or she will not make good business.
