I prefer to shop at local/small businesses but if I need something quick Walmart usually has it and for cheap.

Normally this Walmart is fine. This last visit however far to many areas were in transition to new product or just moving to a new location. I could not find half of what I needed and not even the employees could track down common items.

Never really liked Walmart. Always thought Target was better.

The bathrooms are ALWAYS disgusting because of the customers. Ive observed on several occasions the maintenance people trying to keep up and always friendly and helpful.Customers letting their kids run lose and trashing the place. Not fair to all employees.

Its always a great time visiting the human zoo in America.Theres nothing like going shopping for something you think you need, only long enough for it to break in a week and come out of those sliding glass doors shocked, embarrassed and straight up just disappointed with your own species.

They just dont remove the return products which are damaged from the aisles. When you have 20things to buy you cant spend 5min for each product to unbox and check them out. Nonetheless, I guess you will have to do it if you are buying it from here so that you avoid waiting in the queue for 30min to return the product.

Every time I go to this Walmart, my experience is awful. From disrespectful staff, to just lack of service, walking into this Wal Mart makes you feel more like your walking thru a dark alley where someone is going to jump you just for being there. No care for wasting a customers time or patience. Talking to a manager doesnt help either, as there is RARELY a manager on site. Honestly, I avoid this Wal Mart like its a Covid hot-spot

I am so happy with the gentleman greeter and lady whose in the self checkout line. omg give them a raise and that extra star i didnt put up is for them. They helped me, where kind to me, and saved my fathers day! Your all wonderful people and the world should know about it. Thank you again!!

Always find what I need.. I wish that you had more selection of plus size clothing for men, like size 48 waist wrangler shorts and t-shirts ( 4X). There always seems to be fewer of those sizes than the normal sizes for men..

Just your typical Walmart experience. Nothing too out of the ordinary. It can be kind of hard to find a staff person sometimes. And occasionally the lines at the register are extremely long. Im not sure why.

I had some lady come up to me 3 different times in the self checkout line. Everything was scanned correctly but she persisted it wasnt and made me go to a different checkout line. Is this because Im Spanish and had my hat on backwards?

Great shopping, great deals....12+ registers and only 2 open with extremely long lines. Just need to open more registers and not worry so much about the self checkout.

This Walmart now pretty good! Employees are friendly, knowledgeable of their store, professional. Store for the most part is clean. However there is always stocking and maintaining the shelves and floor, so theres always busy. The lines are always long and it does take some time (sometimes). Also they have a great deal of clearance and usually have its in stock. However, there items do go quickly! The bathroom is ok, usually clean. But at times needs attention maintenance wise and cleanliness. And as for returns/customer service, theres always a line and it can vary one how many employees are at there depends on how quickly you will get through the line. Prices are average, your typical Walmart prices!

Waited over 10 minutes for someone to help in the electronics department. Many workers walked by but none stopped to help. When someone finally did help they gave me the Sims card and said they can cash you out up front.

I had a very good and wonderful experience by visiting this store. I got my product at the earliest period and with excellent service from the staff.

Felt like they were a little understaffed this week, but the staff that were there were excellent and I was able to get the things I needed.Have to say the self checkout is a godsend for my anxiety, especially during the pandemic

It seems to be a very old Walmart and I actually haven’t been in a Walmart that small in a long time but everyone was still helpful.

Your expectations at this Walmart can pretty much fall in line with other regional Walmarts. The parking lot usually has spaces and gets plowed well enough in the winter, the local traffic is a mess. Inside the store, floor tiles are sometimes missing entirely and sometimes held together by tape.Checkout speed is usually good. Prices are obviously competitive.

It was ok quite different from the one I am used to in DC everything under one roof. This one had no fresh produce, but it was clean over all.

This Wal-Mart is one of the physically smaller Wal-Mart stores within my area. Out of convenience and locality I tend to frequent this store, it generally serves my purpose . There are certain times of day (typically early morning or later evening hours) that the store is less crowded and I try to aim towards shopping then. The store tends to get very crowded and more times than not, they only have 1-2 registers open with physical employees behind them. They offer self checkout, but again, if the store is crowded the lines are ridiculous. As for stock of items, I feel it is hit or miss. I have made trips here only to find the shelves are poorly stocked, messy or just completely bare. There always seems to be an abundance of employees here , however anytime I have needed assistance from one, they have no knowledge of what it is I am asking about, which is disappointing.

The employees helped me find where the books were but they did not have what I was looking for. I appreciated their effort.

It is a smaller Walmart. If I need a larger grocery selection, I go to Tewkesbury.

I had ordered something online and it wasnt the proper item. So I brought it back I had the receipt on my phone all they did was scan it they gave me my money back and Im okay with that. The waiting line was a little bit long but nothing I couldnt deal with thank you very much Walmart

Worst curbside service I’ve ever had. It took 30 minutes of repeat calls, hang ups, and holds to even get someone on the phone when I was physically unable to enter the store. Super unclear from start to finish. Never again!

I am not happy with the customer service at this location. The staffs are not happy to help. Also wrong price tag posted for few items. The price changes drastically once it is scanned.Its a huge Walmart like other locations. You have recycle, keys, garden and a huge parking lot. You get all stuffs here.

I used the self check out and did not get any change and was told that Walmart did not have any change. That is ridiculous, does Walmart realize that there are some senior that use this change to make it to their next check. There was a senior that had quite a few cleaning items and nowthere are no bags, this person didnt have a car and had to figure out how to get these items home. If by chance I go back to this Walmart and get no change I will leave my items at the checkout and walk out. Shame on you Walmart.

I am extremely upset. I was just at the chelmsford location, paid for my items at self checkout, and an associate literally runs up to me and grabs my receipt from my hand. She then proceeded to take EVERYTHING out of my bags, without asking, and start counting everything. This is now MY MERCHANDISE and she didnt even ask. And there is a reason I did self checkout. I dont need anyones hands on my stuff. And she had no right to go thru my bags. Im extremely upset at how unprofessional this was.

If there is a poster child for Worst Walmart in the US, it would be this location. Pure madness in this place. It took my only 3 minutes to realize there was another Walmart 10 minutes down the road and I left as fast as possible.

Did the curbside pickup.Got to the store, they had only 1 spot for curbside pickup and the sign was in a handicap spot which was taken. I pulled around to the other side of the sign and parked. Clicked on the site and checked in. Was wondering how they would know what car I was in or where I was parked. On the app for kohls you enter all that info when you check in, but I guess walmart isnt that advanced. So I sit and wait and wait and wait. Finally I go inside and tell them Ive been sitting out there waiting. Woman tells me that they didnt know I was there. I said I checked in and she said I am supposed to call the store to tell them where I am. I said how am I supposed to know that or the number to call. She tells me there used to be 2 signs outside saying that but someone tore them down. So again I say how am I supposed to know that? She says well next time youll know . Dont worry...there wont be a next time!!!!

When there got charged for propane tanks get told to go wait outside for a manager that was never called. Then I go try to buy a money order they tell me that they can’t do 2 transactions with the same card every time I go there you can’t even find a manager if you need one then they have no problem been rude they totally suck

I didnt know being a paying customer was such an inconvenience to the guy manning the entrance/exit on april 13th around 3pm i came into to buy a tv so i grabbed a carriage at the entrance it turns out Walmart had no more of the tvs i wanted so i decided to leave and i returned my carriage where i found it, at the entrance, and apparently that was a huge deal as the guy rolled his eyes and made an obnoxious sigh at me like i had just committed a felony because now he had to make an extra step to go around and sanitize the cart i went to go leave out of the entrance and god forbid i did because i got screamed at to use the exit door only which is literally the door next to the entrance so i said okay ill just use the door next to the entrance no big deal boy was i wrong because he didnt like the footpath i took and really wanted to stick it to me for returning the carriage to the wrong spot and rudely yelled at me to take a different foot path i wish i got his name because he really needs to be retrained in customer service instead of treating me like a delinquent and acting like a security bouncer or correctional officer, such a rude employee. I hope he sees this review so that he knows my hearing is perfectly fine he doesnt need to rudely scream at me or gesture negative body language towards me the next time he sees me.
