This company water service is TERRIBLE. They keep running out of water. How are you a water supplier and run out of water? smh. They over promise and under deliver. What should be next day service takes 3 or more days.I had to cancel the service. I definitely would not recommend them.

Im boycotting Office Depot, so Im going with these guys now. There delivery is prompt and they always have what I need.

Said place order and they gurantee it would be there next day...sold us the dream..we walked away from uline and took the chance..excuse after excuse...its all on backorder...etc..Save yourself the time...we had to cancel and invested 4x more buying products from home depot last minute...

Ive been on the phone for 20 minutes with 4 different people about over billing me, not applying bottle deposit credits, and not applying my payment... three of them could only see a few transactions and were locked out of account history (whats the point of that???). 4th one finally knew something and it was sorted out but indicates some accounting challenges at this place which could have cost me . Huge waste of my time.
