It is hard to impress me, however my experience so far has been impressive. We worked with Ryan to plan our pool purchase. His experience to read people made the process very smooth. The store was quite busy, but we were given the proper attention to determine what we needed to do. He was able to quarterback the showroom while he worked with us. At no point did we feel it hindered our eventual purchase. It is obvious that the culture there is customer satisfaction oriented by how we have been treated with Ryan and several others that work there.Normally we tend to shop around. We had visited a few other places prior to get information on just getting a heat pump for our current pool. The poor treatment by those businesses and questionable actions eliminated the need to shop around. Poolmart earned my respect and patronage.

We just purchased a new hot tub from the Depew store. And I can say after visiting most of the hot tub stores in our area, Pool Mart was our best experience. And their product line and selection was the best in our opinion. We got a great deal and we are looking forward to dealing with them for many years to come. We are extremely happy with the final outcome of our sunroom. Brian from the Depew store was on board with our design team to help create the built-in hot tub installation. He was very patient with the extreme detail required to build the Aria unit into the floor with the proper structure and drain system. The Hot Springs line is worth the extra cost to get the superior construction and longevity. (Our last room used the Grandee spa). We are looking forward to many years of enjoyment in our new hot tub!

I am absolutely taken back by the knowledge and support I received from pool mart. Michael has been nothing short of knowledge, personal and professional. I went in at the end of season to replace filters that are unusual I suppose but we’ve owned our hot tub for over 7 years.. normal wear and tear of parts throughout the years , the maintenance employee I believe his name is Tom or Joe, has never let us down. Always a call away just had to mention him also. This season going in to replace the filters I also stocked up on my chemicals for winter. The spa manager I have always used turned the hot tub an odd green and over all these years I was confused, that had never happened. Michael gave me detailed simple instruction. Calm and patient with my questioning after speaking with other hot tub owners. “I will admit my friends had me in doubt “.Michael advised a simple solution of shimmer and fresh start. Needless to say the hot tub looks exactly as it should all the levels are a go upon testing. I could not be happier a Friday off work and ready to sink in to the oasis they help me maintain easily for over 7 years. Completely confident and satisfied with pool mart and the gentleman I’ve had the privilege of working with. Thank you!

I purchased a 15ft round pool from Pool Mart in 2018 to provide additional entertainment during hot summer barbeques with family and friends. I never had any functional or structural issues until now. During this weeks unseasonably warm weather I noticed the pool cover tugging the edge of the pool and went to investigate. That is when I saw a puncture at the base of the pool spewing out water. I called the Depew location right away and spoke with the store manager, Jay who jumped right into action to help remedy the matter. I sent him pictures of the damage and was referred to a pool repair specialist right away. The specialist provided a quote of $275 to repair the pool wall and lining saving me thousands of replacement and labor costs. In addition to linking me to the repair specialist, Jay also offered a store credit for that unexpected expense and ordered a replacement wall which can be stored and used years from now when it is needed. I actually worked with Jay during my initial purchase so it was nice to have him provide this type of support nearly 3 years later. :)

We were looking for high quality patio furniture and found the perfect set at Pool Mart. Brian Faulise made our buying experience fun, exciting and hassle free. We love our Northcape Intl curved sofa set and bench. The perfect statement piece to our back terrace. Such a versatile set- we can rearrange depending on the occasion. We continue to receive compliments for the unique setup and design. Pool Mart is our first choice due to the knowledgeable staff and quality product.

Our experience with this group has been horrific. My nearly 80 year old Mom put a deposit down thinking she would get a small pool for her grand kids. When she realized she didn’t have enough to get what she was looking for they won’t give her deposit back. Nothing was ordered By the store. They said she has to spend it at the store and have had it for months. My poor Mom was taken advantage of. I won’t ever shop here. Be careful.

I recently purchased a house with a pool and the previous homeowners highly recommended Pool Mart. After stopping in for the first time, I can see why! My husband and I purchased a Pulse hot tub this summer/fall from Pool Mart . Brian, the Pool Mart rep. was very professional and helped us to find the perfect product for our home. All questions and concerns were addressed immediately. I am a very particular person and I felt the service at this location was excellent.

The place was a total ghost town with two cars in the parking and two guys on the phone at their desks. We were the only people in the store and still couldnt get waited on. We looked at their very limited selection of low end pools and went and gave our money to Gary Pools. Guess they didnt need that 4 grand. Must be nice.

My wife and I visited Pool Mart - Depew – when we decided to research hot tubs because they were the only vendor in the area carrying Hot Springs. We spent a great deal of time with Brandon Chase asking numerous questions over two days; we were never rushed or pushed in any way. We decided on the Hot Springs with the ACE Water System which has been a great decision. The water maintenance and balancing is very easy with this feature. The install team was quick and efficient, and Brandon returned the next day to train us on the maintenance and use of the hot tub. Someone, including Brandon, has been available to answer questions over the past 5 months as we get familiar with the tub. Overall, a great decision and a great hot tub.

My wife and I were in the market to replace our 17 year old hot tub. We had gone to 2 other retailers and while they were both helpful we just didnt get a good vibe that they really wanted to help us. While Pool Mart was our 3rd stop it was by far the best stop. Brandon met us right after we had walked into the store (didnt have to seek someone out as was the case in one of the previous stops), asked what we were looking for in a hot tub and then proceeded to show us probably 4 or 5 different tubs until we found the perfect one for us. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Once we picked out what we wanted he sat down with us and went over everything that we needed to do prior to delivery when it came to the electrical hookup, the space that it would be installed in, and the path getting it into our backyard. After it was delivered I even received a follow up phone call to see how the hot tub was running and he was willing to answer any questions that I had. I was looking for a hot tub, and Pool Mart was recommended by someone that I trust. When making any major purchase, I like to ask a lot of questions and take my time to think through exactly what I want to do. During my first visit to the showroom, the staff took plenty of time with me to answer every question I could think of, showed me every model I wanted to see, left me alone when I wanted to be alone, and was right there when I needed them again. After I chose the tub I wanted to purchase, they made the process easy and then it was just a matter of waiting for delivery, which happened during the timeframe they promised.Having owned an in-ground spa in the past I was familiar with the basics, but a self-contained hot tub is slightly different. The technicians were available to answer my questions and visited my home more than once to walk me through proper usage and answer questions. I will also note that there have been a couple of occasions that I had questions I wanted to ask the manufacturer (Hot Springs) and their customer service was also prompt, friendly, and helpful. I realize thats a different company but it shows that Pool Mart is working with a dependable manufacturer.Ive only had the tub a few months and so time will tell about durability of both the tub itself, and the customer service level in the long run. But my experience was very good and I think I will be able to depend on them.

I decided to open my pool on May 24th and it was lime green! Being a first time pool owner, I went to Pool Mart to see how to get the pool back to being clear for the pool season. I spoke to Jay and he was very helpful on instructing me on exactly what to do. I was in and out of the store almost everyday updating Jay on how the pool was coming along and having my water tested. After 6 days, the pool was completely clear and ready to go! I highly recommend speaking to Jay for any of your pool needs; he was not a pushy salesman and he didnt recommend any unnecessary chemicals. I actually inquired about purchasing more chemicals than he suggested and he talked me out of it!

Terrible, terrible service and their recommended installer was the pool guy was awful. Brand new which I had installed developed a leak within two months of having. No assurance or assistance from either pool mark or the pool guy on resolve or fix no call back. Had to call another pool installer, ultimate determination needs 1000 of repair , which is pretty a reinstall. Real nice pool mart and the pool guy for all you help, sell and dump thats just wonderful. I have dealt with other organizations that high are far superior, so I would go to anyone else but never back to pool mart and run from the pool guy

PoolMart helped me out soo much!They were interested in helping fix the problem if possible and not sell products I did not need!Brandon, in particular, was very helpful. My filter was leaking and he showed me what was wrong.I had to consult with him several times but he was patient and talked me through all of it.I also was having a problem with the pump. Again, Brandon diagnosed the problem from my list of symptoms.And again, with a simple turn of a screwdriver, he saved me a LOT of money.Between the 2 problems, I was looking at the cost of a whole new pump/filter unit.But nope, I paid $8 for a new gasket ...and done!I should also note that I bought my pool from this location as well, giving me EMERGENCY delivery because another area pool store did not deliver my pool on time AND the installers were coming the next day!Pool Mart delivered my pool on a Sunday after hours so it could be ready for the installers. They saved the day.Overall, multiple good experiences with PoolMart! For all your pool (and patio and hot tub ) needs, you really ought to get it at PooMart!

I ordered a hot tub from Pool Mart and after several phone calls to them and a month later they had no idea when the hot tub was going to be delivered. They refused a refund of my money and said it is what it is. After another 2 weeks we finally received our hot tub. After inspecting it, we find out that it is not even the hot tub we ordered. It is a different model and everything. The brand they have us is a cheaper model. They then again refused to refund our money or give us the hot tub we purchased, and again said it is what it is. This companies customer service is horrible. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from here.

After thoroughly researching all available spa options my wife and I purchased a Hot Springs Pulse with the Ace water System. Quality, value, reliability and customer service were the fundamental deciding factors, which led to Pool Mart installing our new spa during November 2016. The spa has exceeded our expectations for comfort and relaxation; maintenance has been minimal; and the cost of operation over this winter has been barely noticeable.Following the infamous March wind storm, our area lost electric for just short of 6 days. Four of those days were windy, with single digit temperatures. With the return of power being falsely forecasted by NYSEG daily, starting from day one, I did not drain the spa. The temperature was originally set at 100 degrees and on the morning of the start of the 6th. day with no heat, remarkably the spas temperature remained safely at 68 degrees with no threat of freezing. The power was restored and shortly thereafter the temperature returned to 100 degrees. The function and quality of the insulation and components used by Hot Springs has demonstrated to be exceptional.The team at Pool Mart was knowledgable, courteous, readily available to advise (particularly during our power outage) and even self-initiated follow-up. This is a high quality product, at a great price, with great customer service. Thanks Ryan and team!
