Stopped by the showroom yesterday looking for information regarding a gold bullion purchase I had made. The owner Don was very quick to help even though he seemed to be busy. FYI Theres no security stickers from the bureau of weights and measures on any of airport jewelers scales. 4oz of gold is 3.82oz at airport jewelers. Dont take your silver. Dont take your gold. This company is a bunch of theives and now you know.

Honestly my favorite jeweler around wny I have been buying lots of jewelry since I was about 15. I’ve bought necklaces diamond earrings rings for myself and countless other items from this place. They are really reasonable people to deal with and Don the owner is a really nice personable guy. He made me a great deal on a nice wedding ring when I got married a little over a year ago. Also I had a few pieces of jewelry I brought there a few months ago that I wanted to get fixed, I didn’t even buy them from him and was ready to pay to get them fixed but he didn’t even charge me to fix them. I will definitely be going there for my jewelry in the future.

Went to the Show Room a couple of weeks ago to sell some gold rings and old silver coins.When I called and asked if they buy old coins the woman said yes,and we look though them to see if theres any rare ones of of greater value,When I got there,the coins were rolled and only one or two out the approxiimatley 10 rolls were looked at and that was only a few coins.The rings were weighed and the rolls of coins counted and a tally price given based on what other dealers were paying.I took the offer but sorry now I didnt shop around.My daughter just sold her Morgan 1921 silver dolar and got $5 more for it than I did.

The city of good neighbors rang true today at Airport Plaza Jewelers in Cheektowaga. Brian and his colleagues took care of my mom today. They were very friendly and helpful. Brian also recommended Bill at Hands On watch and clock repair at the Broadway Market. We clicked with all of them and had a great experience.

Wonderful jewelry shop with a bunch of wonderful employees. They try their hardest to please every customer who comes in looking to buy jewelry. The showroom is one of the largest Ive seen in buffalo. Prices are competitive! Highly recommend!

I stopped in on 06-01-19 to see if they could fix my medical bracelet. There were several people ahead of me. After a brief wait, a tall gentleman (unfortunately I didnt get his name) came over to help me. I showed him my medical bracelet. He looked at it, figured out how to fix and took care of it. He had another gentleman double check it. He didnt even charge me and put it on my wrist for me. All of this took place in about 3-5 minutes. I thought it was going to take longer.

I recently received a new high-end watch as an anniversary gift from my wife. This place was on my way to work, so I gave them a call to see if they could quickly take out a link in the band to resize it. I was told to come on in, that it would be no problem. Once I arrived, I was asked to wait while they took care of another customer. (Not a problem.) A half-hour later, after several more people had come in, the owner came in and instructed his employee to take someone other than me and said, and I quote, Were not doing that when there are real customers here. He then addressed me and told me that I could take it to the Broadway Market to have it sized. I walked out. Drove a few minutes closer to home, stopped at Scherers Jewelers, (an actual jeweler rather than a pawn shop), they took me right away and couldnt have been nicer.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came in 3 years ago not too educated on how selling gold works. These thieves stole from me, and acted like they gave me more. I came in with a nice heavy bag of 22k gold. The girl with the glasses weighed it then says, how much do you want for this? Which I have now learned is NOT how you buy gold. You weigh, use the price of gold, then take your percent portion of profit. Anyways, I trusted them because I always saw them on TV and heard good things. I was naive and answered 1K? And they gave me $1,700. When i had a quart size bag filled with 22k Middle Eastern gold in it. To this day everytime I think of this I get so upset. These people are thieves and dont do honest business, and will take advantage of you if you are naive instead of doing honest business with people. Good luck in your future endeavors/ theivery/cheating people.

Ad is misleading. They only buy gold and silver. They dont know the value of coins. They are fake and condisending. I would not recommend this place .
