I has a great experience at Visionworks with Fesa today. She was extremely pleasant, friendly and really knew her stuff. It was nice to see someone so dedicated to their work and to the customer . Five stars for Fesa!!

Does this place ever answer their phone? They installed an automated phone system that sends me to a customer service department that cannot help me and cannot get in touch with the store. Now I am going to have to drive to this store to get my prescription so that I may order contacts so that I can see. SHAME ON YOU. You are a doctors office. You need to be available for your patients. I would take other peoples stars away if I could. You dont deserve them.

Rawan was extremely professional and knowledgeable in guiding me to the proper eyeware according to my vision needs and lifestyle. I admit I was hesitant and guarded with her suggestions as I had progressives in the past and did not like them at all. However, I followed her suggestions and soon as I started wearing the glasses they worked for me. No time was needed to adjust even to the progressives. I’ve been seeing Dr. Noworyta for about 3 years now, and each experience at this location has been nothing short of amazing! The staff are wonderful—particularly Colleen! Colleen is very knowledgeable when it comes to insurance; she helped me understand pricing for my glasses and contact lenses, and even went out of her way to make sure I got the best deal! She and all of her colleagues are incredibly professional and personable. Dr. Nowortya and his staff are truly top of the line. I love coming here!

Wow,My entire family had our first apt today and I was so surprised by the service we received. EVERYONE at this location smiled and were very welcoming. They are very helpful when helping u decide on frames. The representative actually helped me find smamy great frames. I end up picking a pair that I never thought I would love, im so excited for them to arrive! The Dr was awesome and truly loves what he does. You can tell by how patient and knowledgeable he is. He explains everything and that made me feel great because usually eyeglass franchies places are not as imdepth and explain all things when giving u a exam. My children loved this place waaaay better than the private place we went to our first year here. The prices are great and they have soooo many options.... will be our go to for now on..😉

Drove my mother there for her appointment to get contacts, she came out visibly upset and shaken. Told me Dr. Joe refused to fill her script or even talk to her, the apparent reason being she waits too long between getting contacts or something. I wasn’t there, so I don’t know exactly what happened, but my mother has had some horrible health issues and has been trying to get her life back on track recently and being berated by a doctor and then ignored didn’t help. Extremely unprofessional. I work retail and I try to be understanding but I feel like that was an over the top reaction from a medical professional who should know better.

I had a wonderful experience in store. Welcoming and capable staff assisted me. However, if you attempt to call the store, you will never be able to get through. I have tried multiple times for multiple days to no avail. Do not recommend

This is the most complicated place to try and contact. Good luck speaking to a human at your own location. Called my stores local number and was transferred to customer service who then tried to contact the store for me and couldn’t. What’s the use of having a store number if it doesn’t work? I literally just needed to know my contact prescription. Beyond frustrated is an understatement.

Terrible service. It has been 7 weeks since I placed an order for contacts and glasses, and I still haven’t received them. I cannot get ahold of anyone at the store because their automated service does not connect me to anyone. It cannot even connect me to the customer service line without hanging up on me. What’s the point of having a phone number if I can’t even talk to anyone?The live chat that their automated phone line tells me to try online is always closed when I try, and their order lookup specifically states that it cannot be used to look up contact orders.I spent $435 on my contacts, glasses, and eye exam and have no way of figuring out what is going on with my order. I will not be returning to this location or company.

Zero customer service. Colleen told me to set down I will be back .waiting 10 minutes no one came . I asked were she is ? told me she left home. with out saying anything to me .

I will not be returning to empire vision works in the future. I had an okay experience for my first appointment, however, I have not been able to contact the store since. I have been on hold on the phone for about 2 hours trying to talk to an associate about picking up my glasses, have not been able to contact customer service, online chat did not help...very frustrating!!

First time going there recently and couldnt have been happier! Staff was quick to greet me and help me out, DR was quick to come start my exam, very friendly also. Lots of help picking out frames, entire staff was extremely personable and friendly. Made me feel very comfortable here!

I had to find a new place to get my eye exams due to new insurance so I decided to give visionworks a try. It turned our to be a great decision! Making an appointment online was very convenient and easy. I received all the paperwork I needed to fill out as a new patient online. I received multiple appointment reminders via text and email. When I arrived for my appointment they took me right back and began the exam. The Dr was very friendly and attentive. Selection of frames was great. They worked with me to find the best price based on my insurance and wants. I will definitely be back!

They rushed me through my appointment. Now they have my glasses. Ive been calling for days with no answer and there booked for weeks online. Ill never do business with this company again. All they need to do is hire someone to answer phones bu, they dont actually care about their customers or their service. They just want your insurance info...

I never got a call about my contacts or glasses being ready, its been weeks and theyve had them for who knows how long.

Understaffed. After I was rushed in and out for my exam, it took weeks of calling w no response to get my glasses. Eventually I just had to show up, during a COVID spike. Now that I have my glasses, it is clear that theyre the wrong prescription, and my insurance doesnt cover new ones for another year. Worst optometrist experience Ive ever had...

I have been going to the Cheektowaga location for a couple yrs now and every experience is always the best. The atmosphere is amazing and the employees are always so personable and nice. Def makes a difference when you walk into a establishment and are greeted with smiles and are helped right away. Def will be coming back!!

I went here a long time ago and decided to return after being out of state for years. It still is good! I really love this place. They are willing to talk to you about your eyes and really care about the people that go there. My lenses were supposed to take 10 days and I got them in 7! A great experience all around, Ill be coming back here for future exams.

Easy to make appointments for my family. Exams were quick, doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they listened to what I wanted.

Very thorough eye exams, hundreds of frames to choose from. Cost: NOTHING with insurance. VERY pleased. Excellent, professional staff, very helpful, and didnt rush me. Waited till I got off work to pick up glasses, even though they were closing. 5 stars all the way! ❤

Just now I had an issue while driving to work that caused blurry vision and it highly concerned me. Empire Visionworks was right by my work and I was able to see the Dr. right away for an exam and got referred as to what to do further. Highly appreciate this and the staff there.

They never answer their phones when I called to make an appointment to pick up my kids glasses. They then kicked me out of the store. HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER come back. Once I get these glasses, Im gone.

My arm to my design glasses came off. This is twice in 18 months. When I went in there customer service desk rep told me they could not help me as I already had it repairedTold them I need them to drive so someone stepped up and glued them. Now I was told I have to get new glasses and they Can not be repaired.

Started coming here a year ago and am upset I didnt come sooner. They are very punctual with appointments. I am able to go on an hour lunch break and have my exam done as well as pick out frames. Their turn around time is also very quick. They tell you two weeks and both my husband and I had our glasses/contacts ready for pick up in one week. Very polite staff, great Dr.Update: 2/1. My daughter went in for her Yearly eye exam in September. She has recently been experiencing daily headaches which landed us at the Drs office. They did a quick vision screen and suggested we get to the eye dr right away. We had our appt today and the dr was shocked at how much her vision changed in 4 months. Needless to say we needed to pick out glasses. I cant say enough about the entire staff but specifically Kristen who helped my daughter pick the perfect frames. We also were able to wait 30 minutes and wear her glasses home! I cant thank them all enough for working with us to not only get great frames but also work with insurance and explain everything to me.Really cant say enough about this place and staff!

This is a great place because of its employees. One optician in particular, Gunnar Lenihan, is exceptional. My son has low vision and wears thick corrective lenses. We get a prescription from his low vision optometrist and bring it to Gunnar and he knows what frames will work with the prescription and how the lenses have to be created in order to maximize the correction while optimizing their look and feel. Not every optician has the expertise or experience with these kind of lenses. Additionally, he is very patient and kind. I wont trust anyone else with my sons prescription.

One of the best eye places Ive been to. They got me into my appointment on time, I didnt have to wait for the doctor long after the prescreen. The doctor was so nice and personable. The sales people were really helpful in explaining all my choices for lenses, I didnt feel like they were pressuring me into buying more than what I needed. Id take these guys over lenscrafters any day of the week.

My daughter was in disparate need of glasses today and was due for an exam the usually place I take her I wasnt feeling any more .. I called and asked the normal question and they got her in that same day! They have a wide selection with our insurance (fidelis). The staff was very polite and helpful especially with my daughter who is bipolar .. She found her style Frame and they happened to have her lense there and we able to get her glasses the same day! As long as I remain this satisfied I will continue business hereThank you guys

The Location on Niagara Falls Blvd & Sheridan_ Is so much better than this Union Road location in Cheektowaga! This store location is dirty and in terrible condition, and also has a poor selection of cheap quality eyewear! I would actually highly recommend purchasing_ Gucci, Dolce & Gabbanna, Prada, Versace, Etc Premium Prescription Eyewear with Crizal Premium Lenses and all of the additional premium features, like anti-fog, anti-scratch, anti-glare, and UV protection coatings! You should demand the best & you have to take excellent care of your eyes!
