I cannot begin to express how easy Basil made buying a new car. This was a much more positive buying experience than I have experienced in the past at other local dealerships. There was no bs, everything was pretty straightforward, and when they reached their limit they stated so. They gave a reasonable offer for a trade in. When I brought the truck back a day after purchase because a tail light bulb went out, they replaced it free if charge and even expedited me in the service line. Overall it was a good buying experience.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation at the QuickLane. I’m not sure I’d call it “quick”, as it took about 2hrs for them to complete the service. Any and all service representatives I spoke to were kind and courteous. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with snacks, coffee and water. The restrooms were also clean. All in all a decent visit, just a bit longer of a wait than expected.

This is my second experience with Basil Ford. I had purchased 2 Ford Explorers and let me tell what a wonderful staff and service I have received at the dealership. They explain everything in detail when purchasing and very friendly in my opinion. I have bought cars from different dealerships in my life and this has been far most the best customer service. Service has been wonderful as well as I had a few recalls and the wait really isnt long.

Edit: I am awaiting results from a dent at least being attempted to fix, at time of signing. I love my car which otherwise appears perfect, but this was discussed. I will be happy to change my rating back to five stars when this has been addressed. Doug and Mike were still awesome and haven’t made me feel like a burden for inquiring, but it has been a week with no update from their repair team.Basil did look into the other inquiries I had quickly, and without issue.

I stopped in to quick lane at my basil dealer on Walden.. I was here for my 1st inspection of my one year old truck and of course I was 6 days overdue. I spoke with Aaron regarding timing and how long I would have to wait. He could see the look on my face and knew I didnt have time to wait. He asked me a few more questions about my vehicle, we talked about coming back the following week and then he asked me to hang on a second came back 2 minutes later and they were able to take me within 45 minutes my truck was done. The Tech also noticed that my oil change was way way overdue way overdue I was able to get that done at the time. Overall experience 5 customer service 5 attention to detail 5. This is the third or fourth time that I’ve visited the Service department with the 2019 Escape and it’s always Andrew that takes care of me and I know I’m going to get great customer service from him which I received today and the previous visits

If you get into an accident, don’t go here cause they obviously don’t know how to fix cars properly. Got into an accident and got hit on my right headlight. While they fixed it fine externally, they neglected to check under the hood failed to fix my water pump and pulleys which caused the car to overheat immediately when I left the lot so now the engine is busted. They refuse to acknowledge their incompetency and blame it on my car despite my car being completely fine before the accident. The workers attempted to gaslight me into believing that they weren’t at fault despite me knowing they were. Never going back there again.

Honestly the best dealership experience Ive ever had!I drove over 450miles to pick up a 2018 Jeep GC so pictures, communication and honesty were extremely important coming from a distance. I traded my car for a very fair price and they stuck to their word on everything and were super easy to work with. In and out in about an hour with no BS and nothing to complain about.Thank you Basil Ford!

I didnt like the fact that my vehicle was in service for a week but I appreciate the thoroughness of making sure the situation with my engine light was resolved I took my car to multiple places and no seem to know what was going on but you guys found and I appreciate that however it would be nice to have been given a loaner or test drive a vehicle while my car wasin waiting just saying a possible future customer

The staff were wonderful when I came in for my first oil change and maintenance as well as an inspection. They had to work twice as hard as there was a power outage that affected just about everything, except the positive and professional attitudes of everyone I dealt with! ** Buyer Beware ** Get EVERYTHING in writing particularly with the Ranger Trucks This is on their site and wrong >>>>>>> ((((( Ford Ranger Towing Capabilities and Features The Ford Ranger towing capacity of 7,500 pounds is standard across the board ))))) If that Ranger has a tow package the truck can tow 7000-7500 lbs. without only 3500 lbs. I was told it was part of the Tremor Package, I was told by the same person three times it had a tow package. We were ready to go down with a deposit and my gf decided to email everything they told us in writing to confirm the information One response back it doesnt have a tow package, no apology nothing. I called to find out what happened and asked again how much it can tow was told 7000lbs. ????????? I said that wasnt accurate. Finally I reach the same rep and he said he checked a box that declined the tow package when he ordered the truck Mind you the same rep that told me it three times the night before that it did. Had I not put everything in writing and asked them to confirm it I would own a Ranger over 40K that could only tow 3500 lbs ** Buyer Beware ** No response back saying youre going to look into this. Your a FORD DEALER you knew what you were doing.

I had a fantastic experience with sales consultant Nick Valint and also team member Aaron Miechurski. During my time searching for a used car, Nick was straightforward and honest with me - and was able to meet me at a very fair price once I decided to purchase one. Aaron was also able to work with me on the price of the warranty, and extended some human courtesy my way after finding out that I had maxed out my budget on the car itself (warranty and fees had slipped my mind). All in all, a 10/10 in customer service - honest, straightforward, and professional.

Had an awesome experience with Basil Fords service department. Even without an appointment they were able to trouble shoot issues with my F150 and get the work done within hours. They also found additional issues that required over 10 hours of labor and worked with my 3rd party warranty to make sure it was properly approved even with push back from the warranty company. Overall I walked away with less than a 200$ bill when the work was over 2800$. I worked with Mike in the service center and he was awesome with texting me updates and keeping me informed with the status of paperwork and the warranty. Basil’s service center is awesome.

Waited 1 week for parts and I had to call the dealer twice to see if parts came in. No one returned my first call and no one called me when they did come in. But they got the job done and repairs seem to be successful.

My last name misspelled. Service was horrible, arrogant, condescending serviceman to a woman (me). Salesperson not truthful about ability to access phone contacts -- after car was sold, decided some phones did not work with Ford system. Had problems with shrieking brakes for a year from purchase until brakes were finally replaced. Told service dept. of problems with brakes. Had to wait THREE weeks for loaner. Never again.

Service is absolutely terrible. No organization and employees ignore you. Multiple people NOT WEARING MASKS DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC. As people helping the public I was shocked at the callous disregard for others’ health as indicated by employees not wearing masks and eating while talking with customers. Newsflash. Plexiglass is not an efficient safety measure by itself. All employees and customers should be mandated to wear masks at all times when facing the public. I will never go back to this dealership. Absolute garbage.

I was able to make an appointment online and be in the garage within a few days at a time that was convenient for me.When I arrived I was seen right away. I felt safe due to the social distancing rules they had in place. Everyone was wearing masks, there was a sneeze guards in place, and red boxes to show where I should stand.The man who checked me in was very personable and knowledgeable. Even though the price he quoted me for a service and part I needed was ridiculously expensive - He actually gave me a fair quote that was comparable to other local places that I had checked with prior. Guess its just the nature of the car garages.The reason I went to Basil over another place is because I trust them. They have a well deserved reputation of being professional. They are very efficient and treat my time like their own.

Always a hassle with the service department. Always waiting longer than promised or rushing the job and creating more problems While changing an O2 sensor they broke the sensor off in the catalytic converter. I understand while some unforeseen situations arise, giving me a factual repair timeframe and good communication is important. Now Im waiting longer and wasnt offered a discount on the repair due to their carelessness. They did provide a free rental vehicle. Thank you for that!
