Did a great job on my tint. Charged me less than what I was quoted on the phone. Quoted me $200 on the phone, charge me $175 when they finished. Good guys.
Set an appointment. Came in. Left my Tahoe. Came back when it was done. Fantastic experience, great work with quality film. Job looks flawless. I had my other truck tinted at Rainbow and this is much better quality film and work. Darkness, clarity and workmanship meet or exceeded expectations. Will recommend.

This is the 3rd time ive been here few years back when they were in orchard park i got my tints done. Came out great, then i obliterated one of the windows n they met me halfway on the repair. 2nd time hooked up a car starter, no issues /fast/ very nice. 3rd time they put utility lights on my backrack with a nice light up switch, installed a 2nd battery for a dual power system in my truck, a power inverter, ran wire from the front to the back with quick connect for a portable winch and a 500 watt amp and subwoofer before i got back from lunch. These guys are reliable, reaaonable and their work is true craftsmanship. 10/10 highly recommend!

Premier Audio is a great experience. Ray and his partners know exactly what theyre doing. I had tint installed on a 2020 F150...looks great. They also installed a Rockford Fosgate Amplifier and P3 Punch Subwoofer. Excellent job... You can tell theyve been in the business for a long time... Ill definitely be back and let others know this is the place to come to for all upgrades.
Let’s start with he forgot about my appointment when I pulled up 👎🏼👎🏼Came to get work done on my car wasn’t even checked properly wires wasn’t connected all the way the younger guy who does the work seems like he high off something always seems confused wouldn’t recommend

Went here for subwoofer and my amp install. Very friendly I’ll give them that but work was sloppy left my hood open (not fully closed) didn’t verify it was closed left my side panel for where they changed wire not fully in tact and also didn’t test audio to make sure speakers were good to work with aux lots of distorted noise.
Had a remote starter installed, now every year after I get an inspection i need to get it reprogrammed because the battery is disconnected during inspection. They said they charge $35.00 to reprogram it. Ever heard of a warranty?? SMH!
Called early in the day to get a price on a remote start and key fob, gave a good price and lifetime warranty. However upon scheduling an appointment I realized I couldn’t get there seeing they close at 5 and I work until then. Ray stayed late just so I could come in that day to get it done, it was done fast and installed professionally. Ray was also very pleasant to work with. Would recommend and will recommend to family and friends!

Pay attention to your warranties - if you are particularly interested in a working unit for the winter. Be sure not to require warranty work at the start of winter - their INITIAL response IS that it wILL take 3 to 4 week to correct.I called back today (12/12/13) to find out if there was any information on when i could expect my replacement device and was told they had no idea. They added that depending on my age, I may die of old before I get it

I used to come here for everything I might need but my recent visit turned me off completely. The moron that dose the tint screwed my tint up in more than one way ! not only was it not dark enough but it had bubbles when I asked to have it darker on the repair the idiot tells me it will be $100 bucks more lol are kidding me? for that you lose a loyal customer and by the way folks it was impossible getting this idiot to fix it buyer beware.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They hacked there remote start install on my vehicle and now they say they will not fix it. The hazard lights stay on when car is started. Very Annoying DO NOT USE THEM !! You have been warned. I had ziebart reinstall it the correct way and now works as it should. Use ziebart there very professional!

Worse tint job I have ever had on my vehicles. Had him redo the work because of all the bubbles I still had after a month. Wish I didnt because the second time was worse. After going back for the third time (which was minutes after leaving the second time because he didnt finish the job), I hear him throw the phone in the back and broke in pieces. Very unprofessional. Never will I step foot in that door again. Giving everyone a warning. I have had my other truck tinted there before by a different guy (which was a great job)but I guess he no longer works there anymore.

Poorly informed me about product and wouldn’t return it. Did not give me box and did not have box for unit. I feel I was sold less than new equipment Stay away! Big headache!

Had 2 radios put in on 2 of my cars also had grill lights and emergency light put in wanted an off road light put in under emergency light he stated it couldn t be done and said he put it on top without my permission but said it comes off fairly easy dont worry also had 2 remote car starters put in one is faulty the other dont work the man is an idiot after all that was done the 1 car the entire fuse box burned right up the other car the lights were burning the grill the radio dose not stay in the other one dose not work as he stated i took it back explained everything to him of course the response not there fault nothing he can do but yet he knew how to take over 3000 in cash and pocket that (yes over 3000 he took ) when i asked before anything was done would it bother the warranty he stated no again he lied and because of his work and the car was only 2 weeks old at the time there is no longer a warranty on any vehicle and the vehicles wiring is a mess and he refused any warranty repair because he was paid cash but i have the proof and (dont try to call they screen your calls and avoid you or they will say the guy that did the work is on vacation with your money and dont no when he will be back) so after contacting the ag and ig and the bbb with the complaints of there bussines practices and getting answers it ended up that the mvd had there mechanics check it out and the dealer also did and after months and months of fighting it was ruled the damages was caused by him and the shop so they are responsible which i will be seeking damages for and im also seeking they will be responsible for any electrical issues in the future and i hope the irs takes on that they are pocketing money without claiming it they are ripping customers off so yes buyer beware for sure they will rip you off and think nothing of it please find another place to go to its worth going out of your way for and you wont regret it if you do decide to go save extra money for court cost you will need it so you get back what you gave them
