My 4 Ft. Minnie Mouse Balloon for my Granddaughter was a hit for her 1st Birthday! A little Challenging getting it into the Car, but I would do it again! They were nice in the store & had it ready for Pickup!

Halloween chaos as usual. Even with clearly marked floors customers did what they wanted, yelling across the store to there friends masks under their chins, walking and reaching in too close... The store employees seemed to have a system to make it easier to find the clerk by placing them in a boxed off section to take orders.

I went to Halloween World and Party City and neither had Covid Halloween Face Masks. Was very surprised. They did have great costumes though and plenty of makeup kits as well, thus the 4 star rating. All in all I found my mask at Rite Aid! Lol!

No cart cleaning staff or self service cart wipes. No visible hand sanitizer for staff or patrons. Skeleton employment staff delivered good customer service but was overwhelmed.

They have alot to choose from for some occsasions but not all. Went in for wedding paper products and they had none. Apparently you can only order online

Fast friendly service

Love coming here for party supplies, costumes and loose candies! It makes you want to plan parties being around all the colorful and fun party items. My daughter loves selecting the cheaply priced but good loose candies and getting a small party treat when she is good in school. We get special balloons here for when just any balloons wont do.

Pretty good shop for inexpensive decorations. They offer discounts to teachers and students. Just like the name implies they have most items you would need to decorate for a party. Priced right for most (especially those looking to throw the items out at the end).

Quantities online are not accurate. I was called 30 minutes before my pickup time to tell me everything on my order was not available.

I placed an order before 10:00 am to pick up in store. There were only two items left, and I only needed 1 of the item. I got a confirmation that my order was being processed. When I didnt hear anything by 2:00 I drove to the store in Cheektowaga. I immediately went to the aisle and noticed that both of the items were gone. I was hopeful that my order had been filled. When I got to the counter the clerk had to check with someone else who then had to check with someone else. The second clerk told me she was just going to call me and tell me they were all out. The store manager came over to tell me they were out. I explained it showed two items in the store at 10 in the morning. The answer I got was perhaps someone had stolen them. I was getting a bag of gumballs! You would think that with such an easy order they could have checked by 10:30 or even by 11 and let me know they were out. Instead I had to drive to the store to find out they didnt have them!

I love that I can go here for great party ideas and pick up just about anything I need! My favourite thing is that I can pick up St. Patricks day stuff year round 🎉😊👍👕👡🎩💚🍀🌈

I love coming in here and especially if you have a specific event, they have you covered for everything and anything. I personally wanted to see if I could find stuff towards my wedding and yes indeed they have a whole isle full of stuff. Great quality items and great prices. Check them out for anything your celebrating and have fun shopping.

You can go crazy in Party City. We got great HALLOWEEN costumes there, they have everything youre looking for. A really fun place!

I was told that during this pandemic that only things that were available were things that were on line however the things that I waned to purchase that I knew were in the store down the very last aisle which were storks that are decorations for the outside letting people know that theres been a baby born the manager of the store refused to go kinnick for me telling me that they are taking online orders only however when I call the Elmwood Avenue store the gentleman was more than happy Check go down the aisle and take the $60 Sale as well as my credit card numbers and put it through sometimes being a little bit courteous goes a long way sometimes going the extra mile goes a long way I understand youre overworked in your overwhelmed but theres a lot of people who feel the same way you do and I thank God for this gentleman at the Party City on Elmwood that will be my new Party City from now on

I came here in order to shop for the baby shower I am planning I was mainly looking for invitations and party favors which they had many girl invitations for a baby shower no boy invitations at all! And absolutely no good party favors to choose from. I was extremely disappointed in the small selection of baby shower stuff that they had and its forcing us to do majority of our shopping elsewhere at places like Target that dont focus on party planning. It was extremely disappointing and shocking while I was trying to shop this store and almost all of the shelves in every aisle were completely empty.

This location made my baby shower a complete success!!!! They have so much in this store its insane. If you cant find what you need your not looking hard enough. Kids partys, adult partys, birthdays, wedding, probably even a bar mitzvah if you looked hard enough!!!! I spent $172.00 and decorated a shower that I had 26 people coming to. They even had the little burner things to keep food warm with the trays and racks!!! They have this middle section this full to the ceiling with different kinds of candy!!! Pixie sticks the size of you arm this place is amazing. I never went to a party City before until 5 months ago and this location is awesome!!!

Meets all my party decoration and holiday needs. They offer a large selection of balloons as well. My family and I used this place for our Halloween costumes every year. Furthermore, I fill our Easter eggs with the little trinkets from the party prize bags.

Slow service and the cashiers act like its a prison sentence that theyre there. Most of their decorations and costumes are way overpriced.

Horrible the lines was long. Confusing ordering method they couldnt determine if your custom was available or sold out. People was upset and ready to fight. they kept mixing up the orders nothing was together they asked For your name and the orders were still messed up

So many different themes to choose from, cashier recommended sometbing from clearance rack to match our theme (Paw Patrol), check out always seems to take forever, but Im thinking thats because of people buying balloons.

Things were easy to find, the employess were friendly and the prices werent too bad.

I am very disappointed. That store has become so run down that the automatic sliding door wasnt working. It stopped mid way and I slammed into it full force. Bruised my arm badly. SMH

This use to be my go to when I needed last minute decorations but trying to throw a few events and going online to check store availability before I go and nothing that they say they have in store are not in stock or dont carry items that online state the store carrys. The layout of this particular store was not the best. And a lot of product was dusty/dirty. The man in front of me purchased an expensive balloon which popped before he even left the store due to sharp things hanging near the area where balloons are blown up. He was told hed have to purchase another.
