I have worked with them on two bathroom remodels and a complete kitchen remodel and they have been informative , easy to work with and very professional. Janderson goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and puts your mind at ease! We purchased all Miele appliances from them and Quartz Countertops for each project and the finished products are beautiful!

We were in a hurry to get counters installed to get into our new house. We not only got a great price and great service but it went from selection to install in one week. I will never ever do business with this place again. I was quoted a price, paid for it. and then they try to up charge me more money because they said the piece that I originally ordered was more. how can you change the price of something after it is in writing and paid for. The manager was not helpful at all. he did not want to hear what I had to day. if they had a minus star section thats what I would give them..

Everyone I worked with was amazing throughout the process. Communication and product quality exceeded my expectations every step of the way. I really appreciated the communication on time windows. It wasnt just a simple we will be there between x and y. I got personal calls letting me know how prior projects were coming along that let me utilize my time better. Im in love with my new Kitchen.

Our new quartz countertops look fantastic. Jim and Mike made every detail perfect. Our contractor was very impressed as they look beautiful along with excellent seam detail. Service at the showroom was very informative with never a hint of pressure.

I stopped in on my day off and asked if they could give me a quote. Brittany was very busy and said she will email me a quote in a couple days. I literally called back for 4 weeks asking where my quote was, it has been 8 weeks and I still do not have one. Please do not go here as they have the worst customer service out of any store I went to.

Both Brittany and Jaime helped our family with the kitchen remodel. Brittany came directly to our house to take measurements and talk about the vision we had for the project. Brittany then invited us in to the office/showroom to go over her computer designs and options for our home. While waiting for Brittany, Jaime (Owner) showed our family all the different options for counters. We walked around the showroom to choose between a wide variety and quality levels of cabinets, counters, and accessories. We saved a lot of time and energy seeing all the cabinet and accessory options in person. After finding what we wanted, we placed the order and our kitchen was complete super quick with no energy or inconvenience to our family. We love and use our kitchen more than anything in our house, and cant stop looking at how beautiful everything turned out. K-Kitchen is a must use family company!

Highly recommend K-Kitchen - especially Janderson. From design to finished product, the process and service were outstanding. Easy to work with and very responsive. Quality cabinetry and quartz countertops. Had a space limitation related to location of trash receptacle and Janderson did not give up until he found a solution and personally did the installation. I couldnt be more pleased with my beautiful new kitchen!

The person in charge of invoicing at this company has no idea what they are doing. I have never purchased anything from this company, never set foot in their store, yet received an invoice from them for $1700. The invoices billing address was for a house on a different street that happens to share the same number. Now one may be thinking to themselves that the mailman just delivered it to the wrong address. Nope, the envelope was hand written with my name and address. The invoice also had the original billing address crossed out and my name with my address handwritten on it. So Im trying to figure out the thought process here.Boss: Hey we got this 6 month invoice where the customer wont payEmployee: Hmm youre right. They have not been responding to the past invoices, what should we do?Boss: I have an idea! Lets find someone who lives in the proximity who has an address similar to the one on the invoice and lets bill them.Employee: Thats a fantastic idea! While I am at it I will also threaten to put a lien on their house.Needless to say Im not going to be paying your invoice. There are a few other houses within a 5 mile radius of me that share the same number. Maybe you will have some luck with them.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO COMMUNICATION. Initially when I went in the owner fluffed me up with a discount on the countertops and I was told he could have a turn around of about 4 days. So once all was said and done and ordered, I did as I was told and had my plumbing turned off and scheduled my template and tear out. I was told they would be here at 4pm on x day. The installer calls me at 2pm that day and says that he’s here, I asked why, I was told 4pm. He said no the work window is 2-4pm. Now I work nights (which I told them) and specifically picked 4pm for a reason. So he shows up and has a perplexed look on his face and tells me he was not aware this was a tear out. And I told him that I called there and SPECIFICALLY told them that I would need a tear out as well. He said will make sure it’s notes for installation. Well the “4 days” I was originally told turned into 12 days. So I went 12 days with no kitchen plumbing. Finally Brittany calls me at 6:55pm yesterday (when they close at 7pm) leaves a message with a potential time for installation the next day with instructions to call back. I return the call 20 mins later because I was at work and no one answers and they have no answering machine. Then this morning I get a call at 9am saying they’re on their way! when my voicemail told me to return the call and that they wouldnt be coming in until the afternoon! I mean talk about a company that doesn’t communicate! At the end, the counters looked great and the guys who installed them were awesome, but I will NOT use K kitchen again

The two guys who installed the countertops were true craftsmen in the field. They had attention to all the details. They made sure everything fit together with no gaps or unevenness. They made sure the seam fit and added wax to it. They made sure there were no pen, pencil or marker marks left on the countertop from the cutting process. I know that the excellent job they did will have my countertops looking great for a very long time. I highly recommend these two guys and their company!

Incredibly unprofessional, terrible business practices, and unethical behavior from their billing department. We received a past due invoice, threatening to impose a lien on our home, charge late fees, and take us to a collection agency.Of course that would be reasonable if wed ever had any work done with this company. We have never so much as called for a quote from them, let alone had $1700 worth of crappy kitchen repairs done.Apparently they had done work for someone with the same last name and their contractor stiffed them, so they were grasping at straws (their words) in an attempt to get paid.So their decision to ensure payment was to threaten anyone in the area with the same last name? I hate to imagine how they treat their actual clients.

They did a great job on my new kitchen countertop. Matt the installer did a fantastic job last week and we are thrilled with the outcome!

My husband and I placed an order for an island. We were told it would take 4-6 weeks. It ended up taking many months along with many calls from my husband and I! They initially delivered the wrong island (the counter top and cabinet were the wrong color along with the sizes were wrong too)! At this point Denise admits she messed up and stated she would put a rush order in and we should have our island in 4 weeks! So 4 weeks go by no call from K kitchen. We spoke with Dan, Denise, and even Larry who tried to make me feel bad that due to Denises mess up and inexperience that they now had the original island sitting there which had cost the company and they were losing quite a bit of money due to Denise just starting there and all her mess ups! I would not recommend K Kitchen to anyone. They never returned our calls, it took months before we received our product, and they never offered any compensation for the inconvenience nor aggravation we incurred!

The owner Jamie is a lunatic. Dont waste time getting involved with him.

Not only does the owner named Jaime treat his employees with disrespect, he talks to the customers exactly the same way. Word of advice, pass by, you will save yourself many headaches.
