We were looking for an ink cartridge for my farther-in-law’s “dinosaur” of a printer. We called and talked to John. He actually had two cartridges!!!! He worked with us on the price for both of them and was more than helpful with our other questions!!!If you are looking for some hard to find printer ink and or toner than this is the place!!! John is knowledgeable and super friendly!!! Great experience had by all!!!

Jon is incredibly nice and helpful. Whenever we run into problems, he is at the office the same day with multiple solutions. Jon and I have emailed and spoke on the phone many times to find the right printer for my offices needs. Chattanooga is blessed to accommodate such a wonderful small business owner.

I was in a hurry and couldnt wait for a print out to be made so I went home to use my printer with the paper I had bought here, but my printer was jammed. After letting John know, he printed out what I needed. He even held it and gave it to me after hours when I could make it back.These guys are the best! I will NEVER use another company to get my printer ink from. I love that they beat the price of the big box stores and when I was unable to get out this day, the owner brought the ink right to my house! He special ordered it for me too. You dont see this kind of service - it was amazing. Im a huge fan and so happy that I can buy local, help a small business and help myself too.

The prices at Chattanooga Ink & Toner are unbeatable to that of corporations such as Office Depot. I paid almost half the price for the same ink cartridge sold at other stores. The owner Jon was very friendly and welcoming when I went in. 10/10 would buy ink again.

Best place for ink and toner!! I work at a law firm and had an emergency where I needed toner right away. I called up Chattanooga Ink & Toner and placed my order and since I could not leave my job to go pick it up, Jon (owner) personally delivered the toner I needed in less than 14 minutes. FYI Mapquest says the trip takes 12 minutes. It was great to be a customer and be made to feel like I was important/special. Chattanooga Ink & Toner saved my day!!!

An extraordinary find for ink cartridge refills. Have been doing business with Jon several years. It’s a small establishment nestled in off the main road but simply cannot be beat. A local business worth supporting, they have friendly, conscientious people who make sure you get what you need and keep working until you are satisfied.A side note: inkjet printer manufacturers fight a Hi-Tech battle to frustrate refillers and aftermarket cartridge makers so they can keep selling their brand-name products at extortionist prices. I commend these guys for keeping at it and still staying cheerful to bring us reasonably priced alternatives.

Finally, I called Chattanooga Ink and Toner and felt compelled to come in multiple times because of their good customer service. Jack is a God send: I called just before closing time, and Jack worked after hours to help me diagnose, work on my printer, and order the right part. Not good service the ink was not right be careful with cheap inks, the colors were not mixed right and screwed up my businesses printers. Would have rather gone with a place a bit more expensive .. ohhh price was great tho!!
