Mac Papers is a company that has not only amazing products but AMAZING customer service as well! We have been working with Mac Papers for about 4 1/2 years now and they have never let us down! They are always transparent about availability. They are always honest and upfront. When a product that we order from them went up in price, Darrell Fox was at the front door of the company I work for the next day to inform me of the change in price. I appreciate everything this company does for me and my staff. If every company had the customer service skills and respect that Mac Papers has, then every place would be a pleasure to work with! MAC Papers is great to work with. They go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers. Our sales rep. Salesmen go above and beyond and the front office girls are great but the drivers need more recognition for sure. They deliver all day long and when customers request an order same day they come back out after delivering all day when they don’t have to. They keep the place running. The business could not run without drivers.

We have been doing business with MAC Paper for many years now, purchasing a couple of pallets a month. Recently the specialty paper we used was discontinued unexpectedly. MAC Paper worked closely with us to find an alternate sheet that would work for our purpose. Until the new sheet came in they were able to supply us with alternate sizes and styles to keep us running while we waited for our new sheet to arrive. Without this level of service we could have suffered a disruption in production. MAC Paper is truly a Vendor Partner with Bostik, understanding our needs and making sure they help us stay running.
