Johnson Audiology is simply the best!! I have been a patient for over 2 years now and have a Lyric device in one ear. The staff in the front office are always so nice and accommodating and my Audiologist, Whitney Smith is tremendous! Last week my opposite ear became compacted and after trying numerous over the counter products for 7 days to no avail, I decided to call yesterday and they worked me in this morning. Needless to say within 10 minutes the problem was taken care of and I was on my way!!

I had a great experience today at Johnson Audiology. I needed new molds for in ear monitors and Madison was very knowledgeable about the entire process. She was extremely meticulous and her care for patients was evident throughout the exam.

I feel this is the BEST place I have seen for my hearig loss. All the staff were very polite and professional. Seemed very concerned helping me with my hearing loss and the best recommendations for me. Whitney Smith was very good at explaining all my opinions to me that were easy to understand.

My husband recently got the new Oticon hearing aids and they are absolutely wonderful! He can actually hear me now and I dont have to keep repeating myself!. Plus they are rechargeable!! No more replacing batteries! Whitney was great working with my husband to get the hearing aids that were best for him. The office staff are also great and couldnt be more helpful.

Had my heart set on a cochlear implant, but I’m not “deaf enough”..lol. Dr. Madison explained that Medicare has very tough standards to go by, but at least she can fix my hearing by reprogramming a set of hearing aids that were given to me ( a $6700 pair) so that’s a plus..she was the sweetest little thing and she knows her job extremely well..glad I chose them to do my hearing evaluation..that’s the place to go!

Were extremely fortunate to have such a quality practice like Johnson Audiology in Chattanooga and in a two-state region. After trying for years to convince my 86-year-old mother to get her hearing checked, I finally got her in to see Madison Sakaan, who works in the Johnson Audiology location just off Gunbarrel Road. Madison showed Mom that, despite her contention that I hear very well, she had diminished hearing and needed hearing aids. Madison was professional, kind, and worked with my mom, who also has memory issues, to explain everything that was happening. Mom resisted to the bitter end, even as Madison was adjusting the volume in her new hearing aids. When Madison finally clicked her mouse and turned on the hearing aids, my mother could hear normal conversation-level sounds for the first time in probably 20 years.The smile on her face told all. Im not looking forward to the day when I need hearing aids (hearing loss runs in my family), but I can assure you that when I do, Ill be headed to Johnson Audiology, where I know Ill get courteous and expert care and the help I need to preserve the precious gift of sound for the rest of my life.

Dr. Whitney Smith was the audiologist at Johnson Audiology who was assigned to my hearing aid consultation, and she was an absolute pleasure to talk with. She took every question very seriously and was very thorough, even if she may have heard the same questions several times each day. Also, I did not feel at all like she was trying to sell anything as much as she was trying to find the best product to fit the need.There was no pressure, and there were no tricky sales tactics you read about happening with some other providers. Johnson Audiology seems devoted to their patients, not to the products.Even though I already had my audiogram from somewhere else, they still had me talking to an Audiologist instead of a Hearing Aid Dispenser. That, to me, is an important detail of Johnson Audiology. Needless to say, I believe I will be returning to Johnson Audiology to order my hearing aids once I finish researching the recommended options.
