Love this place. The people are super friendly and accepting. My boyfriend and I got some hats there and got to talking to them and the place is super inclusive now and they’ve even hired a quite a few lgbtqia+ members. They did a great job designing our hats and they got it done very quickly. Just from our experience their I think people can be a little unrealistic in their expectations from the staff and forget these are just regular retail workers and not skilled artisans. They are skilled and talented for sure, but again, it’s a hat store and most of these people didn’t take this minimum wage job expecting to learn a complex job and machine like that.

Excellent customer service, even when the store is packed. The manager Dakota is incredibly helpful and has a great eye for design and customization.

Had a pleasant experience, staff very friendly and helpful, product ready when promised and well done.

We have been here several times and got custom hats but we went Saturday to get a hat and had a horrible experience. First the assistant manager messed up one part of the hat and kept refusing to fix it without me paying for the embroidery again.. we already paid 52.00 for the hat... not only was one part of it in the wrong place but it was also not even lined up. I told her I wanted a corporate number to call and let them no about this and only then she decided that she would fix it. Made me wait an hour and a half on fixing it and when I went back in to get it she stayed sitting in a chair handed it to me and only said “here”. Super rude!! We will be looking for somewhere else to get custom hats! Only give one star because I can’t give 0.

Honestly I’ve been there before and bought a custom designed hat from there and they were great. I specifically drove the 30 min there to get that same great service and was completely let down. We got their and had to wait 15 min because the guy was out to lunch. No biggie but when he returned I immediately went in and started looking for what I wanted. I found the hat originally but not the size. After I waited for him to come from the back room again I asked if he carried the size I wanted. I asked If they had some in the back. And he said no whatever you see you there BRO!! Is pretty much what we have. My wife kept searching and found what I wanted with no direction from him. Again no biggie. Got my hat now I asked him about the easy design that I wanted for the back of my hat. He then explained that he’s not the best at it and he only feels comfortable designing the front and not the back. So we left. I didn’t go to Walmart and buy a hat and ask him to take a stab at it. I went to the one place that is supposed to specialize in hats and design. Sorry but today was a complete waste of my time. Please teach whoever was working today better people skills and maybe teach Him to do his job better or I won’t recommend this place ever again. Thank you.

As a regular customer, Im on a first name basis with most of the staff at the Hamilton Place Mall location. Heath and Ryan are always great to work; they offer quick and informative service, and are very personable. They always call to let me know when my online orders have arrived at the store, and I oftentimes spend 5-10 minutes talking business and sports while in the store picking up. I would highly recommend this location for any headwear needs.

They have a wide selection and really good prices.

I don’t recommend lids at all. After 2 weeks and multiple calls to the store and to custom service I just found out I will not be getting the hat I had ordered and already paid for. I am extremely disappointed about how poorly this was handled. I got an email saying my account was going to be credited but was not told why so I called and found out they tried selling me a hat that was not in the warehouse...
