The worst service experience I have ever had in my life. After my 88 year old grandmother trusted this company to do a garage door repair, she then found herself stuck in her home for a full day. I talked to the owner and he was rude and hung up on me. I then tried to go to their location only to find that this is NOT a real business location. Out of frustration, I have given up on this company and had to pay someone else to do what they should have done for my grandmother. After asking around, I have learned that the people in charge are not to be trusted. It was told to me that the owner broke into a suppliers warehouse when he could not pay his past due bill and stole doors. Apparently the lady that works for him was just recently found to have embezzled from another garage door company. This is a fake location and an extremely unreputable company.

The manager promised a garage door in 8 weeks and because of supply disruptions, the factory could not keep this date. That was fine, we wanted to cancel the order because we found another company to supply the door. Now, we are having trouble getting our 3000 dollar deposit back. They also want to keep 20%. It is obvious that they have not started making my door, so they have no money tied up. I should get a full refund. She will not answer calls and says the boss is out. She says that he does not have a desk on which to lay the check to be signed. Do not use them.

Avery bad experience! They installed the garage door in my new home. After about 4 years I had problems so I called them. They sent out a worker who was unable to fix it and still charged me for coming out. I called the office at least a dozen times. I could never get past the woman who answers the phone. She promised twice that the owner would come out. Never happened. No phone call, nothing. I gave up.

Had a great experience with Door Pro Garage Doors. The technician called ahead and arrived at the scheduled time. He was very professional and obviously an expert in his field. He explained every thing up front and the price was very reasonable. Unlike other companies, there was no service charge just for him showing up. Best of all, he did an outstanding job! Thanks again for the help.
