Super easy to work with. Everyone is friendly and helpful but not so eager that you feel like you are being oversold. I am very picky and when I couldnt find what I really wanted at their store they gave me their contacts at 2 of their distributors and let me pick out whatever I wanted without any extra cost. Dana was easy to communicate with and they even let me pay with a credit card (because 1% back on $$$ is still $).

Great selection of products all in one location. Anna was exceptionally helpful with the renovation of my kitchen and master bath. The install crews were excellent craftsmen and very courteous and friendly. Would recommend to everyone!

A great source of stone

The only reason we used Stone Source is that we had tile gifted to us for a portion of a project and they were the only ones who claimed they could match the tile. Bailey was our rep and every interaction with her was infuriating. She was condescending, never offered information, I had to ask a million questions to get simple answers, and she didnt call when she said she would. I had to follow-up. Additionally, passing through the costs of shipping to the consumer is ridiculous. Never going to use them again, will take my chances with buying online...especially if I have to pay for the shipping.
