Came in to see how much it would be to fix my daughters tablet. She was honest about the price and explained why it was more then normal price. Then helped me fix the glass till we were able to fix it. She gave plenty of tips on how to keep the tablet safe for the future! I highly recommend them!

Awesome people! While visiting Chattanooga my screen cracked. I had a screen saver on it too. The crack started to run in towards middle at an upward angle but I could feel it so decided to see about a fix before it created a problem. Spoke with Tammy on the phone and she had parts for my Note 20 Ultra and said she would repair it same day. I stopped in and her daughter went to check the phone and get my info since I planned to leave it. With No hesitation at all she said Im going to make your day. Your screen is fine its this screen cover. What a relief as she just saved me $400 plus. I wanted another screen cover and she suggest I put the liquid screen protector on it. I had her do that and since it was her birthday left her a tip. Hope her Birthday was a good as the service I received.

While cellphone repair is rather pricey, the folks at iDevice N Droid are very fair and honest. I thought my iPhone charging port was toast. A tech took it to the workbench. He came back out and it was working great. All it needed was a good cleaning. He could have said it needed a new port and I wouldn’t have known the difference. They have done a couple of real repairs for me and I know of four more repairs for friends and they have always been honest and fair on their prices. Today, I went in with a cracked home button on my iPhone. It wouldn’t work at all, and asked how much it would cost to repair. Instead of jumping right to a repair, I was shown how to get to my settings and open a way to bypass the home button and save a repair bill and still have access to my phone. I wasn’t charged anything and was a very happy camper.

Joe quickly ordered and replaced the camera lens cover on my Android phone. Very polite, professional and kept me from having to buy a new phone! I will return if the need arises.

Needed my screen repaired. Had a broken power button that another repair shop said was in fixable. They got it fixed for cheap. Worth every penny. Don’t go anywhere else!

Excellent service. I will definitely use them again if I need to and recommend them to anyone. I thought I needed a new USB port on my Samsung phone. I called around and iDevice n Droid was the only one who said ya wed can do it but let me take a look at it first. It turns out the port just needed to be cleaned out. They saved me about $70. I will surely use them again if I have the need.

They have done several things for my family over the past few years. Our phones all have the liquid glass protection, I buy our accessories here...they do it all. Plus they are always so polite and helpful. When my son sat on his iPad they gave me an honest evaluation even though it cost them a sale. I trust them with all of our devices, won’t go anywhere else.

Couldnt be happier with these guys. Their work is high quality, so honestly you may have to wait a bit for your product, but these guys are worth it. They fixed an item of mine and the problem returned, probably due to my negligence, but they used a warranty I had no idea existed and did $150 worth of work for free, since they had worked on it earlier. Not all businesses will honor their work at this level. Great work - integrity!

My iphone just turned off and could not find my provider. Verizon told me it was an Apple issue and expect to lose my phone for 3 weeks. Out of desperation I stopped in and Tammy helped me right away. In 15 minutes I was out the door back on the network. Thanks Tammy.

Wow, great prices to repair and amazing turn around! I have been here twice. Most recently I took a mini iPad that was cracked and picked it up the very next day. They added a tempered glass for extra protection and it didnt cost much more to add. Well, it looks and feels great! Much better than the old plastic cover on the Otter Box. This is a family owned business that takes pride in their hard work and giving a great value to their customers. Though I dont like it when these expensive devices break, I do appreciate having a place like this for quick repairs!

My computer was having issues with connecting to websites so I brought it to them for repair. After three days I was told my hard drive was failing and should replace it for a cost of 180.00. I stated I wanted everything that was on my hard drive transferred to the new one. When I got home I realized not everything was transferred including all my pictures. I called and talked but to no resolve. I took the computer to another shop and they tested my hard drive and said they could not find any issues with it now or in the near future. Out of a possibly 25 gig of info only 3.6 gig was transferred to the new hard drive. The new shop I went to put my old hard drive back in my computer and found the problem very quick. I was running two anti virus programs which was causing my problems. They removed one and after eleven days everything is still running perfect. They charged me 35.00 and fixed it while I waited. I called the shop that charged me 180.00 to see if I could get an adjustment on my bill and was told they would get back to me but after a week no return call so I called again on the following Monday and was told the owner was busy on the phone and would call me right back. Three days later and still no call. This is not all about the money, I can afford to lose 180.00, it is about the fact this issue should have been taken care of the same day that I called. I am not asking for a refund or an adjustment. Poor customer service. I would like to add one more statement and that is that the tech did not say my hard drive was in good health he stated that it was failing and should be replaced and once again my old hard drive after having one of two anti- viruses removed is still loading up excellent and performing very well will all the pictures etc. still in place as it was when I brought it in and was told the hard drive was failing. The only thing the other company did was remove one anti-virus and that fixed the problem. I will say that I did have my IPhone worked on there and was satisfied with the repair and the charges.

I purchased a used, unlocked cell phone from iDevice N Droid. I got home a swapped my SIM card to the new phone. I found out quickly that the phone was in fact not unlocked. I contacted them and spoke with Tammy. She was very friendly and ensured that they would get the problem remedied. We tried unsuccessfully to get the phone unlocked by the carrier, no thanks to T-Mobile. Tammy then ordered a replacement phone which arrived the next day. She was very helpful through the entire process. Its becoming rare these days to find customer service like this. Most places wash their hands of you the second the sale is final. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending iDevice N Droid to anyone!!

After having a streamlined experience at another cell repair shop this week, I remembered why I was so hesitant to try to have my phone fixed...it was my experience at this place two years ago. Communication was tedious. Like a crooked mechanic, once they lock you into one repair, they’ve “found” others. I got fed up, ended up junking the phone, paying their restocking fee since I foolishly pre-paid for parts, then hunting them down for the refund - even having to dispute the charge on my card until they finally followed through. Once they had my money, they kept attempting to wear me out by putting me off, hoping Id give up on even a partial refund. They didn’t flat out lie, but always found a way to cleverly shift the narrative. (UPDATE: as you see come out in her response below I do remember it took you a while to decide...ha!....but then goes on to say she cant seem to recall details about the refund. Theres proof of my point). In summary, I wouldnt attempt to use them again, nor would I recommend their service to anyone. Respectfully, J. Mark

My iPad was fixed and works perfectly from what I can tell. The employees were nice, responded to my calls, and had it done as soon as they could. Highly recommend.Edit: Forgot to mention, this business provides a 90 day(I believe is what they told me when I picked it up) warranty in case theres a problem with the fix.

I was recommended to come here after my laptop froze up on an update and wouldnt let me log back into my computer. I was scared that I was going to lose my valuable information as well as my pictures and videos that I have stored in my laptop. This business was able to save my valuable data and do a reset on my computer and I havent had a problem since. It has been a while ago but I think the cost was around $80 or $100 which isnt too much to pay when you have valuable data to save.

I broke the screen on my Moto G4 Plus and they did a great job taking care of me. They did a minor upgrade on the part to shorten the time needed to fix my screen. Every interaction with the owner and her associate made me feel like a valued customer.Depending on your phone they may need to order the part as they did with my screen replacement, but they were prompt and great about communication both via email and on the phone.Im hoping not to need a new screen anytime soon but if I ever need to get my phone fixed Ill be returning here!

Our grandsons tablet couldnt be plug into the charger. We took it to Tammy hoping it could be repaired. Within a few minutes she snapped the casing back in place and returned it to us ready to charge. Tammy also shared several tips on what to watch for with childrens tablets and phones. If you want your screen to work more then 2 months I recommend going somewhere else! We took in a iPhone 6 for a screen replacement (not the glass) 2 months later half the screen quiet working. Us thinking they would do right by their business took the phone back because obviously with nothing happening to the phone in those 2 months it was their mess up! I knew from the get go they wouldnt do right I told my husband it would be a waste of time that they would come up with any excuse not to fix it and sure enough they did! Now they are leaving a 9 month pregnant women without a phone!! Good luck to your business! We will not recommend anyone to go to you!!!

Tammy (the owner) is such a fair businessperson and always has the interests of her customers at heart. She went to great lengths to fix my LG G3 - we thought it was a new display - but after ordering that and doing a lot of testing - she determined that the problem was in the motherboard. Fortunately, I had a spare (backup) G3, so she swapped out the board, and then she processed a refund for the display she had ordered and only charged me a much smaller amount for labor. Originally, I thought I was going to have to fork out over $500 for a new phone, but instead I only had to pay about $50, and my phone is working better than it has for quite some time.

They are always so helpful and informative. Theyre good at what they do and I trust their opinion and work.

They called me with a time update and called again when it was finished. Cost was exactly what they quoted which was considerable less than the other repair shop I called. I highly recommend them.

Only took four days to completely dismantle my samsung s-5 and replace the LCD screen. Price, while not cheap, was worth the brand new condition it was when returned to me. Awesome service and constant updates from the owner herself. May not get the new S8 Note as quickly as I was, since I basically have a brand New phone! Hope I dont have to go back real soon, but knowing they are there is s great comfort. 5 stars and would give more.

Dont replace your IPhone LCD/ Digitizer here, even the premium screen is bad quality. The color is off and the phone is not working properly. After trying multiple premium screens I ended up asking for my original screen to be put back. They still charged me for labor
