I did everything required online to find out my down payment. Was going to get the car for my son so he went with to test drive and decide which vehicle. We got a 2017 Kia Optima and he loves it. It also had low miles. Definitely recommend. Ask for Solomon, one of the best and very thorough sales people Ive had the pleasure to work with. Next month will be a year weve had the car.

Showed up in my work clothes because I picked up an extra shift this weekend. Jeans, steel toed boots, and a little dirty from the warehouse. They didnt even want to speak with me. It was beyond aggravating, but also very eye opening. I work in the office in sales but the warehouse work was purely voluntary for a bit of extra income. I have never felt so blatantly ignored in my life.On top of that, once I finally got the keys to test the car I was interested in, I heard a clicking sound when I tried to start it. I asked how they prefer customers to have their mechanic review their vehicles for a third opinion. They said they only permitted people to bring their mechanic with them to the lot. Incredibly shady! I walked out immediately.

Drove 40 miles to go look at a specific car they had on the lot. Had drivers licence, had 4 months of paycheck stubs, had additional income info. But they would not even START the application because we didnt have a social security card with us. Asking for the card is completely ridiculous in the first place. But not even starting the application because of it is absurd and even stupid. We went next door to Auto Simple and bought a car an hour later. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

Went in and tried to talk to him about buying a car for my father who is 70 and on social security we offered a w2 they said they didnt want to see it they wanted to see four months worth of bank statements instead. As we were trying to get a hold of the bank to get the statements printed out 20 year old kid walked in and asked the same question about a different car they offered him paperwork immediately even though he told them he was unemployed and his mom would be financing it for him the only difference between me and him is I am white and he was an African-American as were the two gentlemen behind the counter. basically if youre a Caucasian male would not recommend going there for a car as they will treat you like dirt

Everyone was really accommodating and got me a nice car within my budget. and they let me test drive every car available to me so that I could find the car I liked best. drove home with it the same day.

Well first I love how I could do an online check before actually coming in and was certain to leave with a car. Ms.April helped me over the phone and told me I was approved and then when I got there my paper work was mostly done and I was assisted by Kristopher, who helped me pick out my new car and gave actually what I wanted and needed. Friendly environment and warm welcoming as well.

KD is a great asset to your company. I told him what I was looking for and he made it happen. It didnt take long at all. The transition from customer to car owner was smooth. Unfortunately I was the victim of a hit and run that totaled my car in less than 24 hours. So Ill be a Drive Time customer again in just a few more days.

Was really excited and had to reschedule was on the phone with a guy during work and at the end he forgot to hang up and said something along the line of I hate talking to country people and now Im going to Carvana. Maybe they like my dialect 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

I showed up early for my appointment and looked at the inventory outside. I had narrowed down to 2 SUVs that I was interested in test driving. I was outside for atleast 30-45 minutes looking. No one came out, no issue there but strange when youre at a dealership. So I made my way inside. I was greeted by a lady sitting at a desk a few feet away and let her know I had an appointment. She cut me short to ask where my mask was while repositioning her own. The mask mandate had been lifted prior to this but I understand some places still participate. I let her know I have one in my vehicle, she waved that there were some at the door I could use. At that point I just left.I understand the fear the pandemic has imposed on people, but when it distracts from providing customer service, theres an issue. Apparently she was too concerned about my mask to really listen to me. I received a call the next day from the sales agent I was to meet with saying I missed my appointment. I was clearly there ready to do business. I purchased a vehicle that day, just not with DriveTime.

It all went very well. I was pleased and delighted. Great folk working there today. Thank you. Kim McKenzie was extremely pleasant to deal with.

Reserved a car. It was sold. Reserved another car. It was sold. Was told reserving a car does not actually hold the car. Found a 3rd car. Was quoted a certain amount down and certain monthly payment based an application with proof of income and credit history. Drive over 1 hr to purchase car. Cost is now almost 1 1/2 times more than what was quoted. Did not purchase from them! Will never recommend this business. Shady!!!

Horrible experience with management, solaman was nothing but rude the whole car buying experience in my opinion. the cars already having issues within less than a week of having the car. I would not recommend this dealership. All they care about is making sales. Sadly Im stuck with a car I do not want because its already having issues

I went with my friend to get a car he had been pre-approved for zero down any car on the lot. When we got there he could not get a car because he was working for a temp agency and hadnt been on the job long enough. The people that drive time were very friendly knowledgeable and helpful but they need to change their app because he was all excited and very happy because his truck broke down and he really needed a vehicle and when they turned him down he was so disappointed upset and let down. they do not need to tell you that youre pre-approved on their app with zero down for any car on the lot because they dont know that until they get all your information it was very misleading and Im highly disappointed and I will not go here or recommend anyone go here myself ever again you dont get somebodys hopes up like that and then dash their dreams against the rocks when they get there you just dont do it especially in these times.
