Joyce at Daltile did an incredible job helping me with selections for my new home. She was very detail oriented and seemed to know exactly what I wanted. She works by appointments but when you have an appointment that time frame is yours with no distractions!!!Great selection of tiles and friendly service!

This is not a tile store for DIYers. They cater to the home builder contractors. There were few creative pieces and the colors were mostly grey, browns, and white. They prefer appointments when you come in. I was there to browse and when I said Id bring my husband back to look at their tiles the receptionist said, Oh, you need to make an appointment. If Im with a client I cant help you. I told her wed be browsing.I will say, a review from a contractor will probably be better to balance my comment. Daltile could be the perfect place for them to come in and get what they need and leave.

Friendly staff. Quick assistance. Had to order my tile. Not here yet. Been 3 weeks so maybe it will be here any day now.

Fantastic business to deal with... great service, friendly people and great prices

Went by to see what they have, in the store 20 minutes, no one spoke to me. Wife wanted to go back, went in, no one in sight, never seen anyone. Wont every go back.

Rude and inconsiderate. Website says tIll 430 but that was just the contractor area. Showroom closes at 4. We arrived at 5 till 4 thinking we had till 430 and they ran us out.
