This store is a diamond 💎! You can literally find just about any medical supplies you need! Super friendly and amazing staff! Comfortable store! Not overcrowded and Del really knows ALL about medical equipment! He can literally answer any questions you have! If Medical Supply Store happens to not have what you are looking for Del doesn’t mind to help you find it! The pricing is amazing! Super clean! They CARE about their customers and quality of their products! You can’t help but to love this place!

The sales associate was very knowledgeable an. very helpful. He helped me find the best walker for my needs without being pushy or following me around the whole time. He let us know that he was there to answer any questions we had and explained the pros and cons of all the walkers we were interested in. The guys are so friendly and helpful. They helped me pick out a lift chair for my mother. The chair is so comfortable and the price was the best in and around town. I have sustained a serious injury to my knee & also hurt my tailbone. I found Scenic City has the lowest prices in town on medical equipment. I first bought a coccyx pillow & went back today for a rolling walker with a basket, because I will have surgery asap & it will be a 6 month recovery. Del helped me see the types they offer & made sure the one I picked was the correct height. He showed me how to use it & helped me with the accessories that are available, to have what will be the best help for me during recovery. I appreciate everything he did & will continue myself to use & recommend Scenic City to anyone I know needing medical equipment.

This place is amazing. They have everything that someone needs for home care!!! I currently use oxygen and I bought a battery operated portable oxygen system from here. They are so reasonable priced and the knowledge of the equipment was excellent. They have made my life so much easier with this portable oxygen machine. Thank you so much !!!

These people are so rude. I don’t know if they are the cheapest, Medicare paying, they do not pickup or deliver wheelchairs. The nursing home my Mom came from gave them the order. There ways to explain your policies, without being rude. I will never buy anything from these people. Of all the customer service jobs I have had, I would have been fired if I had talked to a customer like that.

I am scheduled to have knee surgery next week and they have a lot of different walkers. I got my walker and a real nice designer cover for the seat. If i need anything after my surgery I will go back to see them.

The fine folks at scenic city medical are horrendous!! They pride themselves on high quality customer service....thats a joke! They have zero customer service.I wouldnt recommend them for a dog kennel!
