This place has stressed me out for the last week. I originally had Mike to come out to give me a estimate on my inside wall and he gave me a estimate on the inside as well as a outdoor sign. He told me that I couldnt see a mock up until half of the deposit was paid. I paid the deposit and once I saw the mock up I was pleased with how the mock up looked, my logo was too dark to be seen from the street so I asked Mike could they put a border around the sign to brighten it up or should I get the lady that created my logo to recreate the logo, Mike said that he can handle it. After about 7 emails of repeating exactly what I wanted outside of their ideas and Mike talking fast and over me they finally got it correct. Once I saw the sign I not only told them that I needed a border, I ask them could they make it wider I was specific about how wide I wanted it, well once again they made it the measurements they wanted. 3 conversations prior to tonight I explained to Mike that money wasnt a issue he went on to tell me how they paid for a logo for a specific size and I was stuck with what they wanted me to have. Im not pleased I feel scammed I dont think its fair they can take your money without you seeing a mock up and then try to rush and give you anything they want you to have for your business. I will be contacting BBB as well. I dont recommend this place to anyone. People and myself love great quality and customer service when were spending our hard earned money.-------------------------RESPONDING BACK to the owners response to my review, he said that him and his team went over and beyond to help me, thats a lie what they was doing was sending pictures of what they thought my sign should look like because they wasnt wasnt paying attention to what I said I wanted 5 times in my emails. Mike called me on the phone went up on my quote said they would create my banner wider as I requested still didnt give me the length I requested in my email. They finally got the banner half way right maybe like the 7th email. I spoke with Mike the night before, he talked over me like he was a auctioneer to the fact that I didnt get one word in. During the part of going back and forth with them email wise of course I was thanking them for their time and patience thats a part of mannerism. What drove me over the wall is when they emailed me and told me that they was going to send my sign to production without me approving the last mock up. This company may be a good company but they need to get new staff. Customer service means everything and Quality is the key to any type of business. If anyone would like a copy of our emails to prove that I speaking facts about this company is more than welcome to receive a copy.

I havent personally did business with them but I have a friend in the sign business I help with construction issues...hes got supplies here and told me their really great people .
