Was on Vacation and needed brake pads and rotors replaced. These guys got it done very quickly. They ran into a problem from their supplier and were on the phone calling other suppliers to get the parts asap. Despite that they still got everything done under 90 minutes and used the best quality parts.Also Id like to thank the lady at the front desk for being so friendly and calling the suppliers!There is also a very friendly dog there to pet while you wait.In short. Very fast, very friendly service and great quality. Highly recommended.

Now called Express Tire & Auto!I was so happy that they had 2 of the special sized tire that I needed! I was in and out in less than 30 minute & I spent less than $100! I even confirmed that they plug flat tires here, so this will be my new go-to place for all tire needs.

Excellent repair of tire that needed a patch. The owner did not have any receipt paper for a card payment. He offered not to charge anything. I offered the only cash that I had on me; $3 and he accepted it. I offered to come back with the difference but he said, were good. Great customer service.

I was rolling on a near dry-rotted spare and all the tire shops I tried didn’t have time to help or had a 2 hour wait. I called here and staff was super friendly, got me patched up and on my way. WOW! Excellent experience. I came in a bind after getting overcharged by Discount Tire, paying $700 for my tires. In 6 months, two of my tires were down to the treads. They should have aligned my tires. I called them, & they wanted to charge me another arm & a leg for two more tires & dont even do alignments there. Broad Street Tires took me in, getting me slightly used, like new tires for $35 a piece & an alignment for only $30. I will be returning here for services in the future.P.S. The staff is so welcoming & friendly!

Danger!!! Went there to have a tire replaced and a few daysm and after replacement the wheel came off down the road due to the lugnuts being properly tightened down.. Upon returning to the shop and telling them what happend they refused to accept responsibility and gave a poor excuse for why it came off.

I bought a tire from their Main Street location, previously known as Economy Tire in January. I then have a tire that needs to be repaired. Now Main Street location is closed and I am told to go to Broad Street, I bring my tire and now told that they will not honor the warranty as that is not their service. Well, it is listed right on the image here of your business card with the location and phone number I purchased from! They would not cover a $10 plug for my tire, which is ridiculous if you can’t afford to lose that much money! I know several Chattanooga local friends in need of tires at this time and I will be rest assured they will not be purchasing from this place as they will not honor any warranty for a tire if a location is closed and are so cheap they won’t even provide a free plug as a courtesy!

Nice guys and low prices, but theyre cheap for a reason. i took my car in 2 weeks ago to get my alignment and tires checked because it was shaking. they replaced 1 tire and said the other 3 were fine and adjusted my alignment. it shook less, but still shook when going over 40.today, 100 miles from home, i had one of my good tires pop while on I75. it only had 4 out of 5 lug studs in it and 2 of those 4 were cracked in the middle and able to be screwed out by hand! when i took it in to Wal-Mart to get the tire replaced, they told me my other tires were dangerously low on air. and once they filled them up and replaced the missing lug studs, the shaking was finally gone! the tires were just low on air the whole time! the guys at Wal-Mart couldnt believe that another shop sent me out on the road with such poorly inflated tires. and missing a lug stud on top of that!they were really nice guys, but clearly were not paying any attention and i regret trusting their word and not checking things for myself. spend the extra money and go to a real shop!

My husband and I broke a tie rod. Got the vehicle towed to this place 5pm Wednesday. They had it ready by 9:30 next morning. We are from out of town. They were so good to get it fixed and Reasonably priced. Being from out of town it can be a horror story for many people but for us it was a blessing. Thank you,

I had trouble finding a shop in town that could align my 68 Fairlane. These guys got me squared away and the car drives so much better now. The shop isnt fancy, but they get the job done and get it done right.

The service and great customer service was kindly appreciated from the guy with the long ponytail but Steve the own was very very very rude I have never been so humiliated and felt so sad when I have left a place of business in my life! Although the service was good just knowing that the owner doesn’t have any self respect or respect for others makes me not want to go back! I will pray about him because he is one lost soul that has iqnorant ways and in my opinion may need either mental help or anger management! Although some may not like what I’m saying and some may agree. I was there all but 3 minutes before he initially insulted me I asked the nice guy with the ponytail may I please charge my phone for the couple minutes I was there because I had just came back to town and had no juice he said sure find a plug on the back wall so I looked on the back wall and I noticed they all were filled Steve chimes in and said isn’t she going to be here just a couple minutes the guy with the long ponytail stated yes but I told her she can plug her phone up once I noticed the plugs was filled I asked Steve and at the moment I didn’t realize that he was the owner he iqnored me the first time and then I repeated it again he said I can go in the lobby and find one he guess so I went it and the first plug I saw was beside the desk Steve was watching me and he beat the glass so hard about 4 times and screamed at me as if I was a dog or one of his children and said NO GET OFF IN RIGHT THERE and used his hand and arm and signaled real hard for me to move. Me being the lady and business woman I am I politely did what he requested another guy came in and showed me where to plug my phone so I did after my tire was finished I asked Steve what was his name and was he the owner he then gave me his name and told me he was the owner and asked me why as if he had no knowledge about how rude he had just became! I was nervous and stressed about how he treated me all day and I will never go nowhere near that place to get bullied and treated like a dog! I’m a Queen and I will always be treated as one!

They need knowledgeable staff and better equipment to perform basic alignment. Had to come here 3 times to front alignment.

Do not get work done here. I was caught by the allure of 25 dollar alignments, and had the worst experience regarding my car yet. They completely jacked up my alignment, it went from my steering wheel almost sitting in a correct position to 11 oclock after they got done, so when i straightened my wheel, i was veering very hard right! I made them fix it, while looking at their terrible alignment equipment (using wrenches/metal parts to balance the alignment machine, which did not fix the issue. They then sent me to their other shop, Economy Tire, which they jacked it up even worse. TERRIBLE!!! how can you have such expensive equipment and not know how to use it??? My buddy aligned my car today, and its straight as an arrow now. Save yourself the trouble, and do not use Broad Street Tire or Enonomy Tire.
