Was trying to get a part for my Tesla. A guy came out right away and started helping before I even had to ask anyone. He took the parts numbers down and was back in 15 mins and gave me a totally honest diagnosis. Ended up he said it was gonna be cheaper and faster for me to just drive and get the parts in Atlanta myself. Means a lot when a shop is truthful and helpful instead of just trying to make money off of you. Will definitely be back if needed!

2003 Acura TL Type S (18 yo, I’ve had it for 13 yrs.)- The staff at the Dodds Ave location is Superb.  Tim, especially, is extraordinary.- Corrosion had set in and covered, well over 30% or more of the body’s paint. ... Plus the normal deterioration of a nearly 20 yo car.- The results are off-the-charts amazing; and there’s going to be even more improvement as it cures further. I can’t stop looking at it and admiring how great it looks.- My Acura looks better than when I purchased it!- The results I’ve experienced from this Maaco location can only be the result of expertise, experience, knowledge, skill, workmanship and care for customers.- I’m recommending Maaco, Dodds Ave (and Tim and staff) every chance I get, to anyone I can.

I had a scratch on my car that needed a little touch up paint. Everyone working here was so friendly, helpful and efficient. They were very busy but despite that I didn’t have to wait long and got service very quickly. 10/10 would recommend this place, they were professional and very friendly!

I had an excellent experience at Maaco Collision Repair. I came in without an appointment to get a quote for an radio antenna assembly replacement. George and his team were able to make the installation right away! While I was in the front office, they were very welcoming and friendly. We have used this very professional Body Shop three times in the last ten years. Most recently was for our Volvo xc70. Tim Stoner, the manager, took care of us from start to finish, and kept us aware of what stage the car was at. The building is clean, they have a nice waiting room, and our Volvo looked brand new when we got it back. The staff is very knowledgeable, and you will feel comfortable leaving your car there. I recommend using this business.

Unlike many of the other shops these folks actually talked to me about what I wanted instead of beefing up their list. The guy even suctioned out a small dent for me free of charge! I cant speak to their repairs as I only had a small fender bender, but will definitely go back there again.It was really nice to be treated well instead of just being dismissed because Im a woman.

I needed a plastic bumper painted and they did an amazing job! Quick turnaround and Tim did exactly what he said hed do and at the price he quoted me. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back when I need more work done.

First let me say that Timmy is a really great guy, and just may be too busy. He has a few competent people. I was disappointed 2 times. First when I picked it up after surgery and them having it a week...and it was not completed. Then I called and told them I was bringing it back. I bought a new bumper for the front. Still in box. When I picked it up one of 2 things happened..either it was damaged when they got it...(in that case they could have called me or told me when they rang me and told me that I needed two end caps; and I could have gotten another in two days) or they dented it on installing it. I believe it was the latter. I was told the mirror covers for inside the door were not available. And...get this. Even Nissan cant get them..maybe you can cut some black plastic to put on there...my problem I guess..??? ( I went on line and found them in 5 minutes. ) when I returned it they had found them sometime in the 28 extra days they had it, to fix about 4 hrs extra of work that they had missed. (My father had a body shop for 30 years) and if they would have taken the time in the beginning.... I would not have been without my truck for a month or more. Also they knocked the seal off one of my headlights that I just paid Nissan to fix. They are new headlamps. So now when it rains (all the time in Tennessee)..they are fill with condensation on the passenger side.Making my visibility bad at night. So..if you want painted over scratches that they made jumping it off after the first installment of work, foggy metallic patterns, unfinished work, buffing compound all over the interior doors, Runs in paint, and places left that could have been fixed first time around with very little effort..but still remain unfinished. Give them a generous tip, and enjoy your ride around town. It looks good when you are moving. I just took it and left...waiting a few weeks to write this review until I cooled down. Almost $3,000 for an Earl Schieb job...Guess my generation is the last of the Do it right the first time Son! This is your group!!!!!!They are very polite, and good folks....performance is everything though.

Called ahead and made an appointment, even though I spoke to somebody on the phone when I got there they stated that they were unable to work on Corvettes. They probably do great work but their customer service is lacking.

Did a great job. Girl backed into the rear driver quarter of my car and they did a stellar job. Cant tell it was ever damaged. Fast and also handled the insurance claim for me. Would have Handled the tow bill too but the tow companies fax machine must be to complicated for them.

Amazing value! I got three estimates to paint my 15 year old son Wills 1996 Toyota Tacoma pick up. One was $4,200, one was $4,100. Maacos price was $1, 500, and that price included a new rear bumper as did the other bids. I wish I could post the picture here. Some of these older Toyota Trucks had rust issues, this one was no exception. The Body work, paint, bumper, and even the pin stripes all look amazing. The expression on Wills face was worth the $4,200 price, but the look on my face saving $2,700 was pretty cool as well. Maaco turned an old beater truck into a thing of pride for my son. I almost never give 5 stars in a review. This was a no brainer. Professional staff, delivered on time. You can tell they take pride in their work and in delivering a great value.

THIS COMPANY TOOK MY BLUE NISSAN 4X4 WHICH I HAD SOMEONE ELSE PAINT WHITE ON A WILD IDEA THAT WENT WRONG. MAACO RETURNED IT TO THE FACTORY BLUE AND IT LOOKED SHOWROOM GOOD. AT A PRICE I COULD LIVE WITH. THEY ARE GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO. VERY PROFESSIONAL .I HAD A BEDLINER ,AND THEY EVEN PAINTED INSIDE THE BED. THUMBS UP.
