The quotes that were given to me were outrageously lower than anyone else. The Viper security alarm is back ordered and thats from covid. That alarm was $250.00 less than Best Buy or I would have bought that. Everyone else was in that $700.00 to $800.00 range also.My Dodge Journey 2018 has no port for an alarm, miscolored wires and Dodge gave no tech support. The owner and the technicians got involved, figured out the configuration and to me that is something else when it is a team effort.Definitely I recommend Radio Clinic.Joseph Formisano

Ive got an older six disc cd player in my car. The lights on the screen had faded out and it was pitch black. These guys fixed it up over the course of a day. Very professional and skilled.

Called on Thursday 08MAY20 and discussed what I needed installed with an associate there. He said come in the next morning and it’s first come first served.I showed up before they opened and I was third in line. However someone jumped in front of myself since they have no way to have order before the doors are opened. The guy that jumped the line was able to get his install done but I was not. I was also told that since I didn’t purchase my equipment through them that I don’t have priority on the install and that they don’t have time for me today to install.I did what they told me to do and they knew I had my own equipment the previous day when I called and yet I was turned around because I didn’t buy their equipment.I went to high caliber and they were busy today but they do schedule appointments and I was able to schedule an appointment with high caliber the next morning. Also high caliber prices were much reasonable than with the radio clinic.So if you want a guarantee on having what you need done then I highly recommend calling high caliber and schedule your appointment than wasting time and fighting the lines in the morning and hoping to get in with the radio clinic. You can even save money by going to high caliber as well.

Go see Andy when you walk in. Hes been there forever and really knows his stuff.They installed a whole new upgraded head unit into my beloved vehicle, including integrated backup camera (the car didnt have one at all before), and the whole setup looks factory perfect! Works flawlessly. Andy had to do a lot of extra research to find the correct components and couldnt just pick stuff off the shelf. Couldnt be happier or more satisfied. A+

They were very rude whenever I called about a quote for a radio install. Was told labor was going to start at $150. Yeah, that’s extreme pricing for a radio install.

The management, sales and installation technicians were all very courteous, attentive and informative. I highly recommend this business.

I bought a DVD player and a complete new radio system for my 2012 Toyota. Lee, Mike, Andy and Jeff made a fairly complicated installation process seem easy and understandable. The installation looks and works beautifully. They took the time to make sure everything worked and explained it all to me. These guys are great and I would recommend them to anyone!

Had an issue with my aux. jack and car sound system Andy told me to bring it by and looked at it. He made the observation that the cable I was using from Aux jack to phone was the culprit. Advised to get a higher end shielded cable $10 and I was back in business. Great guy, seemed very knowledgeable and professional. Great experience

I called the store and asked if they could take a quick look at my subs because they went out. Was very friendly and told me to bring it by for a quick look. I stop by and he immediately came out to take a look. Within 5 minutes he was able to tell me what was wrong. My fuses melted together and all I needed was new fuses. He went back inside and gave me a set for free. Didn’t charge a single cent for his labor or the fuses. I will be taking my business here for now on!

After they were done with my car they parked it in such a way that when I pulled forward to leave I ran over a curb with the right side of my car. It was very frustrating at the time and I wanted to get on here and give them a bad review. Then the more I thought about it the more I realized that I was just in a hurry and should have been paying more attention. Ive been meaning to tell them about it so that it doesnt happen to someone else. Anyways... My overall experience since then has been good enough for me to finally get on here and give them a 5 star. They are quick, competent and friendly. Plus, they always have Seinfeld on in the waiting room which I love! haha.

After several calls to arrange my pregnant daughters surprise Christmas present, I called letting them know we was in route, and that getting the car away from her, was a big deal, we had alreqdy traveled 30min, was 15 min from the shop.. When we arrived 15 minutes later they refused to install and said they was bombarded and couldnt do it! So now NO CHRISTMAS for her! So upset and so unprofessional, l was planning on her car and 1 of our commercial vans...$90]+ $$$...I guess they dont need the work! So upset!

Guys there are kinda rude, over priced for car stereo equipt. You could do it yourself or go to king audio and have it done cheaper. Not highly recommended. They do have a few jl audio subs, but grt ready to pay$$$ for them.
