I called with a question regarding an item and Jonathan was beyond helpful. He took the time to check his inventory, let me know of available options and their corresponding prices, and had an extensive knowledge on the products his store offers. I am more than impressed with this man’s dedication to customer service and have yet to experience anything like it while shopping for furniture in Tallahasse. 10/10 would recommend. This man will help you to the fullest extent and honestly deserves a promotion. I have never been so well and comfortably assisted when calling any store before. Absolutely will be returning if only for Jonathan.

This was by far the best mattress shopping experience I’ve had! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Malik helped us find the perfect mattress, and was the most attentive worker I could’ve had in this process. The staff even helped us place the mattress on top of the car and secure it. I highly recommend this warehouse and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My friend and I had a great experience while here. We were greeted and helped from the second we walked inside. Rhett was a big help and walked us through the process. We ended up buying a couch and rug that we loved at first sight. Everyone in there was working with the best attitudes. Will definitely be going back for more things.

Came in looking to furnish guest house. Super friendly staff! They don’t hover but keep you informed and help when you need it! Great inventory. Crazy good prices on rugs and warranty plans (for those of you with kids). Adam was super friendly and helpful. We’ve shopped at Turner’s and preferred this hands-down. Can’t wait for delivery!

This was by far the best customer service experience ever! The worker, Shak, was very helpful and even convinced me to purchase an entire dryer. The staff was friendly. They offered me an area in front of the fan because as you may know, warehouses are very hot. Proud to say that this was the best experience I’ve ever encountered. 10/10

Experience exceeds 5 stars! On 10/16 I dealt with Jonathan who provided excellent customer service & informative options which in turn made me come back on 10/17 to get a sofa set, I then met Malik who exceeded expectations in all areas.

An absolutely awful experience purchasing furniture from here. I received everything but the headboard had several items come in damaged and had to take it back it’s been over a month and still no head board they keep telling me the date has been pushed back and they are trying to get it. DO NOT WASTE you time or money here.

I ABSOLUTELY had a five star experience with this company and their workers. The Manager Adam made sure that when my sofa was not in storage for next day delivery, I was given a date to return to browse through fresh options. Malik was able provide excellent customer service as I chose a new furniture with no discrepancies. And the Delivery guys were awesome and respectful. A sweltering hot box with little ventilation or air conditioning if youre browsing for more than 30 minutes. They dont have a spectacular inventory just a lot of mattresses and dressers. They advertise floor samples of televisions for example a 70in TV is $1,599.00; the same set can be bought for half that amount at Walmart. Not all of their furniture is cheap either. The real inexpensive furniture looks inexpensive. The better quality furniture is as expensive as what you would find at Ashley, Thomasville, or Badcock.

I’ve been to multiple American freight’s and this is absolutely the best one I ever visited! The manager Malik was very helpful and made sure I left with a big smile on my face ! I will be visiting again .

Me and my sisters first time here and the service was astronomical. Adam, Rhett, and Speed were of great help, we purchased a bed frame, 2 night stands, and 2 box springs. They were beyond patience and very understanding. Would 100% recommend this to a friend.

So, I think this location has good customer service during the initial visit & even afterwards, they seem pleasant. But, they also tend to give customers the run around. I’ve been waiting on my sectional for a month. I was given multiple shipment dates that resulted in me just asking for a refund because even a month is too long. I just think the company as a whole shouldn’t push customers to purchase furniture when the reps on the floor aren’t even sure when or IF the company will be issuing more shipments of the item in a timely manner. I always liked these stores because the prices are great but I spent nearly a $1000 upfront with nothing to show for it. So, if you plan to shop there, if the item you want isn’t physically in the store, I wouldn’t waste my time ordering.

This is my go to place for great furniture at a low price. The layaway is excellent and it has really helped me furnish my home without a lot of money up front. The staff is great and they really work with me. I highly recommend this store.

They have the best mattresses for the best prices any where around! Great customer service. Prices for furniture just cant be beat! Saw a living room suit i loved in Badcock they wanted 2199$ for it saw the EXACT SAME ONE in American Freight they wanted 1599$. They are a little pricey on the delivery fee.. I live outside of Bainbridge and they are charging more than 150$ (i dont know the exact amount because they havent delivered my mattresses and living room suit yet. But they have 165? at the bottom of my invoice)

Nice store but I went and bought some stuff on layaway and when I came to pick it up 3 days later they had sold it to another customer but they gave me an instant refund which took 5 to 10 working days I wont buy anything else 90 days same as cash from there anymore
