I have numerous AT&T stores close to me, but choose to drive the 35 minutes to the Chatham store! I have done business with Nick & Lauren since they started there!!! They are definitely an asset to the company!! Hats off to those two!!! What a great team!!!!!

We went in to get a new phone. The staff was friendly, helpful, and never pushed us to spend more or buy anything we didnt need. My questions were answered honestly, and the staff even helped us save some money. This is the store we will be heading to for all of our phone needs from now on.

Special thanks to Leanne at the Chatham AT@T for helping our family the last couple of days in providing exceptional customer service with answering questions and addressing issues. Leanne was extremely knowledgeable about AT@T services, products and promotions which resulted in savings while transferring a phone to our account and consolidation of individual insurance.

We had to wait a while. We got there one day and the systems crashed and kept crashing. We went home and came back the next day and my whole family got a new phone. I got mine at the store since I got the 11. My other 2 family members got an iPhone 12. The people there were nice and there was a tv there to watch. Overall the service was nice.

I had some issues with the 800 numbers customer service and so I went into the store. Leanne was amazing, assertive, and helped me with the issues I had. Excellent customer service. Started with a friendly smile, a greeting and getting down to helping me (as I was chasing three kids around the store). Just an overall great experience. If I have to deal with AT&T again, I will definitely come and see Leanne.My issues were solved, she was knowledgeable in any questions and/or concerns I had! Thank you for that. Good customer service is hard to find anymore.

Went to this store to buy new IPHONE a couple months ago. we walked in and saw a young man who was very intersted in a young femwle he was talking to. He never acknoeledged us in the store and ignored us as we shopped. we left after 10 minutes and sales clerk never spoke to us. today 5/13/2020 we went to the same store and saw a sales person sitting at table with customer but not talking to him. Clerk did not acknowledge us so we sat at table behind him. After a period of time we got up and left. He never spoke to us. We will NEVER do business with this store. No customer service at all.

Jared and his team were a big help. Got my upgrade taken care of and saw them take care of plenty of customers with various issues even if the person came in with an issue with a phone and not to make a purchase. I worked a long time in customer service so seeing work like that is always impressive.

Second bad experience with this store.Go into the store with 2 must-haves for a phone. 1) Affordable 2) Good battery life. First two phones out of the salesgirls mouth? Literally the two most expensive smart phones on the market. One of those phones has good battery life, the other is meh.With AT&Ts installment plan for phones, you can pay for the bulk of the phone up front. You do have to leave $50 or so on the installment plan, but you can pay the rest. This is how I prefer to pay for my phones. The girl could not seem to grasp this concept.She also REFUSED to tell us the outright price of phones. I know this is a sales tactic to avoid sticker shock, but its ridiculous that you will not tell me the purchase price of a phone.Left without buying anything, and will not return. This is the second time something like this has happened. I will continue purchasing phones at Best Buy, where they are actually helpful and actually listen to you.
