The service in-store was amazing ! I explained my situation of needing durable , kid proof and puppy proof flooring and they delivered!The installers were quick and efficient! Respectful and clean!When a issue arise during the first 24 hours of install and I panicked as our flooring was dangerous for children before , it handled on their end calmly and respectful even though I was panicked. The installers again were in and out very quickly fixing the problem.

This is the only place we shop for flooring. Rachael and Scott and their staff are excellent to work with. They have a great selection of products and are very knowledgeable. The installation was prompt and the installers were very proficient and offered helpful suggestions to make our place even better. Great service from the moment my husband and I walked in the door to the time it was installed and a follow up phone call to make sure we were stastified with the end results. Customer located outside Chatham-Kent and had End of the Roll give me an estimate on a job explained the size of rooms etc. They came out to give me a final quote and the person giving the quote was rude and unprofessional. I explained we had another job that they may like and he said nope we are ok with just this quote. Then stated that because we are located outside Chatham-Kent their policy is to not install. Why waste my time since you knew for over 2 months I was located outside Chatham-Kent. Just say that from the start I cant do it . Its a rental and pushes me out another month now. Would not use this store.

We had a large basement rec room, stairs to the basement and a medium sized basement room carpeted. We are very happy with the job done and process. We’ve had them do our bathroom and kitchen and loved it so much we had them come back to do the carpet on our stairs/landing. Scott and the whole team are very personable and friendly. From the moment you walk in the door someone is there to help and answer all your questions. We had a few concerns with having an old house and large dogs but they walked us through all our options and came up with clever fixes when things were a bit awkward with the layout. They are always on time and keep you in the loop with any updates/changes. Great prices and great service, would definitely use them again for ourselves and highly recommend to friends and family!

Ive been doing business with End of the Roll for 4 years now (since moving to town). When I was getting quotes for carpet, it was Scotts attitude, perfectionism, and professionalism that sold me on using End of the Roll. He, Rachel, and Candy were there for me at every turn. Since then, I have had umpteen rugs cut and bound for my dog, carpeting on my back steps, and carpeting on my front porch. All installed by the Carpet Ninja, who is fast and does an incredible installation job, or bound by the Binding Ninja, who makes every piece look like a million dollars!End of the Roll also did the tiling in my bathroom, so they do more than just carpet and rugs. I love this place! They feel like family now!

End of the Roll did a great job helping us decide which carpet was best for our home. They were very patient with the number of samples we needed to figure out what we wanted. They hired out the installation of the carpeted room and stairs we ordered to very good people. They are kind, courteous and on time. We had to pound down quite a few sharp spots where the carpet was laid down on each step on our own but other than that the service was very good. The contractor hired to install is very accommodating and quick.

Amazing service and fast installation! Mike who works at End of the Roll in Chatham was excited and passionate to help us find a right flooring solution. Never felt like he was trying to push any product and even though our order was only going to be for a small area, he was eager to earn our business, even stopped his lunch and came out to answer more of my questions. He used simple drawings and helped me understand how they do this. He was also able to give me rough quotes with different materials so I can make an informed decision. Owner of the business who does the quote came out to our house smiling and helped us understand all the things involved in installation and how much time it could take. They love their job and are confident about their work. The installation was done by other man who was also very friendly and quick.We will come back to them for any future needs.

Wonderful experience Scott was amazing when he came to measure very fast in responding with quote extremely quick in getting installation time as I was dealing with restoration company due to flooding and installation crew was amazing Im sorry I cant remember their names but so polite and I loved listening to them work downstairs they seemed to really love their jobs and working together as a team I could hear them laughing at times singing to radio and just enjoying being together the second day in my home they stayed till they finished. We recently had new flooring put in. The staff at End Of The Roll were amazing from the start to finish. Rachel and Scott were so friendly. AVOID SHOPPING HERE AND DO NOT DEAL WITH SCOTT.Initially, I thought we made the right choice choosing end of the roll. Rachel was great to deal with in the store, however I have never experienced poor of customer service like Scott showed me when coming back to give me a quote on a second job. Not only did he flat out tell me that he did not want the work (flooring for 3 rooms), but when I brought up a minor flaw in the carpet they just installed in my basement, he became very angry and was very disrespectful by being extremely sarcastic and started using foul language in my home.I would never recommend dealing with Scott or shopping at end of the roll. I will be sure to tell everyone about my experience and letting them know to go elsewhere. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

They kept me within my budget, offered guidance and support when I decided to install the floor myself, and were incredibly detail oriented, checking in with me every step of the way. This is where to purchase you flooring needs folks. We were looking to purchase carpeting for our living room and hallway, so like I usually do, I look online to see who in the Chatham area sells and installs carpeting. I saw Sacwall and Sparks carpeting listed and was already familiar with them, but as I continued with my search I came across End of the Roll, not as well known as the other two. I phoned and described what kind of carpeting we wanted and the owner, Scott , said he would come out and measure how much we needed. He came out the following week, did all the preliminary work of how much we would need, and a price per foot that would be within our price range. He asked us to visit the showroom and pick out some carpeting that we would like, and then would be able to give us a total price for the carpet and installation. We ended up picking out our carpeting, and placing the order. Like I said, this is the place to shop for all your flooring needs. Both Scott, the owner, and his wife are personable, knowledgeable, and make the entire shopping venture for carpeting a pleasant experience. Oh and I forgot to mention, the installer was very professional, personable and did an exceptional job. It only took a week from start to finish to have our carpet installed, and with excellent results. I would highly recommend End of the roll as the choice for your next flooring needs.
