I made an appointment for a vaccine. When I arrived on time, I was told the SEVEN people, who were walk-ins, would go before me. The teenage pharmacy tech told me it would be about an hour and a half before I was seen. I asked what the point of making an appointment was. He just shrugged his shoulders and said they were swamped. Perhaps they should re-visit the definition of appointment in their next staff meeting. I left. What a joke. Does anyone have a brain any more?

Pharmacy staff are very rude and unprofessional. Because they are busy they don’t have to be polite or give you any kind of customer service. Their attitude is don’t like it go somewhere else.Update: customer service has improved but they have a very inefficient way of handling Rx cards. You will go through three different lines and minimum of 25-35 minutes waiting for paperwork. Why????

Yikes. I didn’t even use the pharmacy and I could see what everyone means by lack of service. Every other Walgreens I’ve been to greets you when walking in. Instead workers were joking around and when I walked up to ring out there was no one at the register. The man saw me and slowly walked up very clearly irritated that he had to do his job and continued to be very short with me.

The pharmacy here is incredibly slow, and most of the people behind the counter lack any customer service skills or empathy. There always seems to be some hold up with all of my family’s prescriptions.

Takes hours to just get antibiotics filled. When you have a sick child you don’t want to spend well over an in hour in a drive thru to be told, hey go back around again and maybe it’ll be done by then...

This is the worst managed business Ive ever had the misfortune to deal with. They are out of many routine items you would expect a drug store to have. It takes 30 minutes or more to get through the drive through. The staff are rude, impatient, snd and condescending. What happened to this store? Not worth the trouble or expense!

The pharmacy was horrible. I went there because it was late in the evening and my local pharmacy was closed. I took my daughter into express care and because i didnt want her to wait all night for her meds i had them call it into this Walgreens. They were very unhelpful. Informed me my insurance wouldnt cover the medicine and either my daughter had to do without it or pay the full amount which i didnt have. I asked why she said i had to call my insurance company and ask them. I asked if i could go somewhere else i was informed no. She said no one would fill the script for me with my insurance. She said i would have to pay the full amount no matter where i went. First thing this morning i called the doctors office asked them to send the prescription to my local pharmacy and sure enough they filled it for me and my insurance covered it with no issues. This is the 3rd time Walgreens has done this to me or my kids i will never go back. I am done with this place.

Went to pick up my daughters medication on june4th. I was told that they were out of this medication and was told to come the next day after 2 and they would have it in. I went through drive through today and the lady at the window needed all insurance info. Why they did not get this the day before is beyond me. Turns out my primary ins. Did not cover and the lady was checking with secondary and said it might take awhile. She wrote down my number to call me. In the meantime I called my husband and explained the situation. My husband then called Walgreens and spoke to pharmacist and said we can replace it with a similar formularies. Pharmacist just said he was faxing it to my dr so it can be changed. Today at 5 Walgreens calls me to tell me my insurance denied that coverage. I explained to her I already knew that and my husband already spoke with the pharmacist and took care of the issue. Mean while the girl on the phone got rude with me saying I was told to call you because you never returned our call. I said I was never to call that you guys were! Please use communication you would be amazed how well it works!

I was treated horribly by Jacob at the pharmacy. My doctor sent a prescription over, I called this pharmacy around 12:30 and asked about it. The gentleman replied exactly what it was for and said they would be working on it, I thanked him and said I would be there later to pick it up. I arrived there after work around nine. I kindly asked for my RX. Jacob became rude and replied the doctor refused it twice very harshly. I tried to explain to him the details. Instead of listening to me he kept on saying I was denied like I was a criminal. Come to find out after embarrassing me in front of another customer that it was in another location. He was rude and uncaring I will never have a prescription filled at any Walgreens ever again!

The pharmacist John the one with the receding hairline and glasses should he fired. He doesnt care about anybody and seems to be pissed off for no reason. Has a terrible attitude Even caught him checking out a female Co worker . Worst service ever will never go back

Store is fine. Worst pharmacy around. Pharmacists have ridiculous attitudes, simple tasks perplex them, in no hurry whatsoever. Transferring to Meijer. I would rather drive a little out of the way.

The Walgreens store itself is good...the pharmacy however likely has some of the highest waiting times in central IL.This is for two reasons:1st-Chatham is large enough to easily have two Walgreens2nd- The staff isnt motivated or doesnt have incentives to work quickly so they just dont.
