Good bakery and deli. Nice customer service!

Extensive stock of foods, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Prices seem quite reasonable too. The store seems to take cleanliness and sanitation seriously as well. If had no trouble finding most of the items I was shopping for. Would make a good go-to store for everyday groceries.

Was there today 4-20-2021 between 2:45-and 3pm... dont shop at this particular store. But was on my way home and needed milk and a few other items.Stopped at the deli, I was hungry for the bow tie pasta. Ive had it at my home town Cub and I enjoy it.Well today was ignored. I was waiting and was there before the 4 or 5 other people that had showed up after me, all these folks were waited on as I stand there....in shock. Never have I had that experience. I was so mad I left. Horrible experience. Hope this gets noticed by management and teach your staff right.

The absolute best spot for bakery goods! The cinnamon rolls and peanut butter cookies are my favorite! I also highly recommend the quiches! The staff are always incredibly friendly and informative! I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Will not be returning to the store A cashier name don was very rude didn’t speak he just had a nasty attitude throwing my food as he scanned them.Put better people on the register!!!!

Good, clean, convenient place.Polite staff.But theres always a line even when slow business because the manager wont assign more than one checkout person.(Not everyone knows how to use the self-checkout lane(s)).

I initially got the wrong items in my instacart delivery, but called & everyone was very helpful in fixing it, especially John.

All the things I like to eat. Choices of everything getting back to normal. I find all the Cub stores satisfying for almost all my shopping needs.No need to shop elsewhere.

The produce has been pretty bad lately. Last 3 times Ive returned to end up with mold and slime on my hands from top layer fruits and veggies such as the Roma tomatoes and oranges. Their general variety of items is average but you can count on them for an exceptional hair product section (better than Chaska Target). You rarely see empty shelves here as they keep it well stocked. The staff generally comes off as unfriendly or depressed.

This Cub is in decent repair. The restrooms need a deep cleaning. They have a good selection of meats, cheeses, bakery goods, and frozen foods.

Nice supermarket! Clean and well stocked with a large selection and variety of items. Great customer service among the staff as well as better meat and produce departments than just about anywhere else around.

Pretty sad excuse for a produce selection. Their prices are higher than anywhere else in the area and their produce quality is sub-par. Save yourselves the hassle of dealing with the staff here as well and head elsewhere...

The selection is as wide as some of the larger stores, and they do have everything you need. Plus it is nice shop locally and support our hometown businesses. Recommended!

Date of Visit: 09/15/2018 approx. 8:00AM - I was thrilled to find out that you can purchase stamps here, even if the Service Desk is closed! The cashier was able to go to the service desk to get stamps for me this morning.

Honestly, I will never shop here if I want fresh produce. The raspberries were brown, the salads and lettuce were not looking to hot; and most of the fruit was brown, bruised or damaged. Need something behind the counter for meat or fish? No problem, press the button a few times and hope someone comes to get you. Not to mention the store was preeeeeeeety empty, was very limited to what I could buy. I really won’t be shopping here again.

Large fresh selection of raw produce and the deli is fantastic. The butcher is knowledgeable. On the flip side, the layout makes no sense and its hard to find basic items. There are not enough staff to keep things moving along well.

Clean, well laid out, helpful friendly people. Generally always busy, which isnt a big deal if you know ahead of time. Prices and selection are very good, never had any problem finding what I need so far.

A nice little grocery store. It has a few more items that the target across the street is lacking. Some better prices than its competitors and some not. It is fairly clean and recently renovated when it changed names. The staff is usually pretty friendly and helpful. I mostly go here for the bakery. The vienna bread and amazing selection of donuts are worth coming here for!

Shut her down, 3 strikes, this old dive of a Rainbow should have been put out it is misery. The store set up sucks, Always sold out on specials where is the extra specials stocked like the other Cubs have? Lets not forget the totally unfriendly employees that cant say hi.

The bakery at this location has screwed up two cakes on two completely different occasions now. They spelt my sons name wrong on his baptism cake and now, two years later, spelt it wrong on his birthday cake. No one seems to care. Why write anything down if you arent going to even refer back to it? I used to be a huge cub fan but since going to this location Ive been consistently disappointed.

I went here with my prescriptions and found out at check out my insurance card was an old one so I had to pay cash. The next day I went in with my current card to make sure it was good. The lady at the counter said she couldn’t do it enless I had a perception. I fell the lady was lazy and I will no longer go to a place that I have to wait till I check out to find out if it’s covered by insurance. After words I called Walgreens and they told me over phone the card was good, and I didn’t have to have a perscription to check it.

Go here 4 times a week to get groceries, and has really good fresh produce

It was by far the worse experience at a Cub foods Will never go back will tell everybody What Happened to me.Stay away from there I spent $125.00 There they would rather spend Hrs trying to find what a drink in can cost while throwing out my sale.I waited in line For more than 30 minutes. The other person a head of me only buying less than 6 items by the time I got home.bad deal for me I moved OVER 2 lines by the time I left they were still find out what the can of Whatever cost.?

I have shopped this store for 18 years and I just had such a bad shopping experience that I felt that I simply had to leave a review.Has anybody else noticed how the container sizes have shrunk over the last 6 to 12 months or so? What used to be a half gallon of kemp’s ice cream is now 1.5 quarts for over $2 more.Another example is the Milford Farms chicken cordon bleu are now like half the size that they used to be.And where are the Stockman and Dakota hamburger patties. Replaced by the No Name stuff that I would not eat if you gave it to me.The meat in the meat department looks anemic with very pale color.Bread at $5 per loaf.And the list goes on.It’s sad that Rainbow went out of business and HyVee while a welcome site is competition to Lund’s not Cub.Thus it is no wonder to me that Fleet Farm of all places is able to offer a growing grocery section. It’s amazing what you can do when you treat your customers right and this Cub store has lost all site of doing that.I won’t waste my time coming here again.

I dont like Cub. The prices are far too high and they seem to be in denial of it. I have found the staff to be pretty awful at all locations as well. Unfortunately there are just a couple of slurge items I can only get there.

Staff here can be rude sometimes. One time my cousins and I were using the self-checkout checkout service and we needed help so one staff came over while a few other staffs were talking. And we overheard they were saying something like See, you cannot trust anyone here [at self-checkout service].Otherwise, this place is not too bad to shop. Great variety of products and clean maintenance.

Deli person said the chicken pie pies were homemade and talked me into it. It was great lots of chicken and great taste. Ill do it again.

They are often out of stock in certain things I frequently purchase, like frozen vegetables, so Ive learned to go to the Shakopee Cub instead. Chaska Cub has a very rude, dismissive and cant be bothered to help you guy who works at the deli counter. He always has an underlying tone of hostility that customers find off-putting. Hes worked there for years and I cant fathom why he still hasnt been fired.

Excellent customer service. A grocery stocker helped me to find the item even after I was convinced Id have to make a second trip to higher end store like Buyerlys. The checkout was much better and faster than target across the street too, plenty of real human cashiers working!

Always nice people ready to help you. Deli has even gone to back to see if they could find what I ask for. Best deli around

Avoid on the weekends, over picked & low supply! During the week is great, stocked shelves and helpful staff.

I really like this store. Mostly because I know it well and feel comfortable there. Staff is pretty friendly and produce is great! No complaints.

I have no idea what is going on at this Cub, but they have an employee who behaves totally inappropriately with customers. He consistently takes items from my cart while shopping and generally acts bizarrely.Love the cub, but the guy needs some clarity as to his job and customer boundaries.

This used to be a rainbow, and they didnt change much when they changed to Cub. So, its much smaller than any other Cub Ive been to. However, theyve still had everything I can recall looking for. The bakery and the deli are both good.

One of the better stores in the line of cub chain stores in the metro. The parking lot is an adventure but that is the worst I can say.

Good for a quick stop, but selection and stock are always questionable as shelves are not always full and selection of items are much less then other locations.
