Slowly loosing faith. Being a local I only go to two Kwik Trips. Hwy 41 and pioneer in chaska and hwy 101 and 212. These are completely two different stores. 101 is on top of things. Hot breakfast options are mostly full with never being less than 1 or 2 left. Fast prompt service with cashiers not being to chatty and slowing down lines. It’s morning people are rushing. Chaska has the minimal basics for breakfast and won’t even offer the spicy chicken sandwich but twice in a couple months even though they’re on sale weekly. Minimal cashiers known to have conversation while slowly bagging customers items.

Great place to stop when headed out on a trip! Gas and road snacks are a must have and they never disappoint!

Kwik Trip overall is great. Clean store and good selection of items, quality gas. Love that they offer free air for your tires... but don’t trust the machine for air pressure reading. Is often way off and can lead to severe over-inflating of your tires.

You’re very rude staff. The lady asked me if I wanted a bag I said no and put my stuff in my purse. I didn’t even have time to take my card out of the card reader before she was yelling ma’am at me. “I said oh I’m sorry “ she came back with it’s fine lines just formed very quickly here. I turned around and there was one lady in line the other cashier register was open. There was no reason to hurt me like that. That will be the last time that I go to Quiktrip .

Big, spaceous, sales floor with good flow and plenty of space to browse around without bumping into everyone else. Friendly customer service, and reasonable prices. Their milk is really good.

Great employees. Always a friendly, helpful environment. Doug and everyone at Kwik Trip are always fantastic. I also greatly appreciate their support of local charities in our community.

Date of Visit: 6/16/2019 around 8:00AM - Very limited options for breakfast sandwiches or roller grill items. Cashier was telling me directly how he wished he wasnt at work and how working at Kwik Trip sucks - Im not certain why he was telling me all this. Reduced from 4/5 star to 3/5 star due to this interaction.Date of Visit: 09/01/2018 - This location confuses me a bit as its built into a strip mall. The typical Kwik Trip is a standalone building. Horrible road construction around this Kwik Trip right now and its difficult to find your way into the parking lot. I actually watched a car drive the wrong direction, around a barricade, and onto fresh tar. The inside of this store is of average cleanliness. I noticed a lot of their roller items were not rolling, like they were stuck on one side.

If you get coffee before 6am its generally very watery and tastes like decaff that I serve my residents at the nursing home. In the afternoon its good.

Clean store, friendly stuff, and reasonable priced gasoline. Best milk prices in town. The place is getting 4 stars because every time I come, window washing squeegee either missing from the bucket or broken.

Clean store with helpful employees. Ive been here a few late nights and they generally have some tasty warm snacks. They arent the greatest but they cure the hunger pains!

Great Service! I had a small problem with my credit card getting charged twice and Doug the manager on staff handled the situation very professional and efficient. I will defiantly see you next time!

More than a convenience store...the staff is welcoming, the food/coffee is fresh & the restrooms are clean. Milk, eggs, etc are always cheaper then anywhere around

Not all employees at this store are rude, but enough to force me to alter my route to the Chan store from now on. I wont mention names as I dont wish anyone fired; and, I would not complain if it were only once. But this place needs to train their people in customer relations. Sure, everyone has a bad day now and again but, just as often as not, these people make me feel sour. I feel obliged to qualify that this seems to have happened over the past few months as, prior to that and since its opening, this KT has been a regular stop. Not any more.

Kwik Trip is my go to convenience store. However, this location at lunch time has a very limited amount of items on their rollers and no soup options. Come on Kwik Trip, get with it.

I personally love this Kwik trip! I have never been to a gas station that has such friendly, kind, and helpful staff. They are a clean facility and I always find what I’m looking for. They don’t discriminate against anybody, and are always welcoming to anyone that comes through the door! I have noticed one worker in particular that helps me almost every time I’m in there, Summer! It’s always nice to see a friendly, familiar face. I’m to the point she knows exactly what I come in to buy. Great employee, she truly put does herself and always has a friendly face. I would also like to say to others, sometimes people aren’t being racist because they do not ask for ID’s but because they are regulars, like me, and the employee happens to know what they are there to buy and their age, because they have been ID’d before. Overall I would have to say that Kwik Trip in Chaska is my favorite gas station to stop in at!

Corn dogs are delicious. Cigarettes are spendy but hot foods delicious. Always have good luck on the scratch offs

Great place for basic groceries like milk, eggs, bread, bananas, tomatoes, etc. Very good prices. Super friendly staff. F’real machine and decent food, only thing this place is missing is an Icee machine.

Diane is super rude with a poor attitude towards customers and comes off as she doesn’t care about her job or customers. Not an environment I’d recommend to my friends .

Great place with easy West bound access. Trying to go East during rush hours which now extend longer each day is becoming more difficult. Blame City planning & zoning ordinances & Chaska City Council for this.It will become worse in the future as they add a large apartment building on the north end of this site & the fact the street to the north is a Private Street.With the wide westerly access to Kwik Trip, people exit Pioneer Trail and drive thru the pump islands to access other businesses in the development. You need to be well aware of these jerks as they dont slowdown

I was shocked. I am a smoker. yes, a smoker. Recently I stopped in to the kwik trip and asked for a pack a Pal Mall 100 Orange. They cost less than $7.00 dollars every where else. The wanted to charge me $8.21 cents for one pack. I am all for making a profit. However, asking $1.21 for one pack of cigarette over what others are charging is insane. I will never shop this convenience store again. This is highway robbery. When I asked the cashier she just uttered, that is our price.

Im sure Kwik Trip want all employees to check customers ID/Drivers license when buying tobacco products no matter what race they are. Im not happy about the service I received from Summer at the Kwik Trip in Chaska. If youre BLACK stay away from the only Kwik Trip in Chaska theyre racist just like the customers. Summer also told me they do not have a supervisor at this time. Which is horrible news about Kwik Trip and furthermore this pinpoint why Summer can treat black customers as if their money isnt green. This place has horrible customer service. Hopefully Aaron the General manager will call me back about this matter bc Im not happy. Ill be back to let you all know.

Pretty dirty location. First time coming here, and next to the entrance is there garbage and recycling bins which are overflowing with trash and flies everywhere. Gross!!
