I stopped in to the body shop to set up an appointment to fix a noisy door. It was rubbing on the fender when opened and it made a loud screech. Mark came out and looked at, went back in the shop , came back with a wooden tool, pried here and there, voila! success. Mark even touched up the paint. Thank you... and no charge. What a great local dealership!

Mike, Tom and Tori are the best of the best. Always greet customers with a smile - and all are knowledgeable on vehicle issues, so they can provide guidance when needed. Mike also drove me to work the morning I dropped it off, as it was -20 degrees outside, this is a very nice service that Lenzen provides its customers. I recently picked up a used 2020 Malibu Premiere, and had a bunch of work done to it (Installed glowing badges, mud flaps, oil change, air filter, etc). I had noticed that the rear speakers were rattling when certain bass was heard in music being played. The crew at Lenzen examined another 2020 Malibu on the lot to see if it was the same - and it was. Seems to be a manufacturer defect. The mechanic working on my vehicle removed the top panel, insulated the area beneath it, and reinstalled it. The rattle is gone! I love bringing my vehicle to Lenzen, because the customer service - as well as the repair service, is always top notch. Ordering my parts before my service date was also incredibly easy, and the guy who works in parts is always a pleasure to work with (his name escapes me...). I highly recommend Lenzen to anyone who needs a solid expert vehicle team in their life. We also bring my wife Toyota here, and it gets taken care of just the same as my GM. Bought my truck here and this was my brakes. Asked to come back not even a week after I bought it so they could fix my brakes. Denied me that service. I spent 15 grand for this…also when I gave them the check for 15k they told me they couldn’t give me my truck I just purchased because they didn’t have anyone to process the check. Like uh….then give me back my 15k lmao. luckily I work at a mechanic shop so I did my brakes myself. Not coming back

After I agreed to a price (and offered to take the vehicle the same day) and signed over my trade in vehicle I was then informed of a required undercoating, when I refused/balked at the increase in price the deal changed... No one was able to process the paperwork and the owner was uncomfortable letting me leave with the vehicle. If this was the case, I NEVER would have handed over my title already signed. If th dealership needed the full check before giving the vehicle that would be fine. Changing the deal and conditions should be illegal.

If you are selling your used vehicle, steer clear of this dealer. This past week, I took my 95 year old Dads used Trax auto with only 43000 miles & new tires on it to Lenzen. (My Dad has bought numerous vehicles from this dealer & no longer drives so we figured that we would get a fair deal.) I arrived early, and ended up waiting 2 hours to get an offer from John Lenzen. He said No one buys Trax anymore. (They had a new 2021 Trax in the showroom & several used ones out on the lot.) Then he offered me only $3800 & then deducted 125 for tax which I took because my father trusts this dealer & I am from out of town. (We did ask for at least $4000, but the dealer said once again, no one buys Trax) Needless to say, I was ripped off. A day later, my husband looked on line to see how much this dealer was selling my Dads car for & it was $10000! Beware. Do not go here.

This is the first negative review I have ever written. Please let me justify this review.I was working with a salesman via email. I was very interested in a vehicle and agreed to a respectable price. I wanted them to get the paperwork in order before I headed to the dealership so that the process went quickly. I was pre-approved for a loan through my bank and everything was going great. I was told the all in price would be about $17700 and that it may vary slightly depending on my county taxes. I was happy with this and agreed. I was told the paperwork was done and all I needed to do was come in and sign. However, I received a call from my bank telling me the loan was approved for $18600. This is a difference of $900! I called and talked to Jeff who explained that the difference was due to a certification fee. This was never explained to me prior, and it was simply added to the cost unbeknownst to me. I was unhappy, but asked that this be waived and that the car not be certified so that I could get closer to the original price. Jeff agreed. I then headed to the dealership, which is over an hour and a half from my home, when I received a call. The man told me that the owner stated that the certification cannot be waived and that I must pay the $18650 if I want the car. I asked for a break in the price to help get the cost closer to my original promised price, to which he said no. I then told him I would not be purchasing the vehicle, turned around, and went home.I am very upset about this entire experience. First, if a certification fee is mandatory then it should be included in the price on the website. Second, if you tell someone a specific price you should honor it. Lastly, and this is what I am most upset about, if the price changes YOU should call the customer and let them know. The fact that I found out about the price change from my bank is ridiculous.I hate writing negative reviews, but this was too unpleasant of an experience for me not to write one.

Been customers for over 5 years. Bought SUV for my wife 4 years ago their and have serviced my pick as well. It was time to look at a new truck for myself. Called in and talked to a salesman and said he would call back to set up an appointment and never called back. Needless to say I was very disappointed and went to another dealership that took care of me. Service department has been great and always taken care of us and fare. Guess they don’t want to sell vehicles.

I dropped off our 2018 Equinox for an oil change and tire rotation and to receive the Auto Butler paint finish treatment, quite early in the AM.Tom checked me in and discussed exactly what I wanted done. They need my car for over half a day when the Auto Butler treatment is applied, so I had a short-term car rental for the day. They called my cell to say it was done, fairly early in the afternoon, so I was out of the dealership by 3 PM. As usual, getting my car returned to me was a seamless process. The car had been detailed inside and out and looked flawless. The important thing is that our Equinox is performing great and we can rest assured that should the car ever need a repair (it hasnt yet in over 19,000 miles), it will be done expertly by the Lenzens mechanics.

EXCELLENT SERVICE DEPARTMENTTwo decades and four vehicles later, the service department at Lenzen Chevrolet is the only shop that I will allow to touch our GM vehicles. They have consistently gone above and beyond for us, and it happened again today- our vehicle had an unexpected, serious issue pop up on the Friday before a holiday weekend. Tom and Mike got us in on very short notice, repaired our vehicle and saved our weekend plans. Upon pickup, the bill was exactly what Tom had estimated. Outstanding!If you drive a higher-mileage GM vehicle, they are going to break- no question. Take it to Lenzen, where they have proven to be honest, their prices are fair and the technicians are competent.

So I recently had some major car troubles and Lenzens was very helpful. They got my car looked at about four days sooner than they said they would have time and even had all of the service done way faster than they had predicted. They head of service called and explained what the cost was going to be and all the things they were going to do to the car before touching it. The price was even cheaper than what they quoted me on the phone. The only downfall is I had to wait three days for a rental car, but other than that I was very pleased with the service.

This dealer charges a $35.08 anti freeze adjustment fee as part of the titling/delivery process. This is a new twist on the old extra dealer profit scam. They claim it is necessary to ensure that the vehicles they sell are good for -35 temperatures. Now, think about that for a moment --- the manufacturer pays the dealer to prep a vehicle for delivery. Is not checking fluids part of dealer prep? And, do you think someone really performs this check on a factory fresh vehicle? Or, that it would cost that much to do so? Have you ever even heard of a dealer charging such a fee? This is clearly bogus profit padding by an arguably dishonest and unethical dealer. On top of that, they claim that the fee is paid to the state when it is, of course, merely pocketed. You might want to check with the Consumer Affairs Division of the State Attorney General as to the legality of this fee. And, you should certainly refuse to pay it.

Very disappointed. Been going here for some time for my car service needs. About 2 months ago they replaced all 4 tires. At This time they advised me I needed to replace my brakes soon. I actually scheduled the brake service with them but was very turned off by how they treated me when I came to drop off my car... I cancelled my appointment and left.I found a different Service station in town and was impressed with their reviews, so I took my car to them. Turns out my car did not need brakes... there was 90% of pad left on the front and 80% on the back!!!! Shame on you!

I bought a 2011 chevy tahoe from lenzen chevy on 10/25 for $14,995. I noticed the next morning that something was leaking from the front end. Drove for 1 week without heat before taking into a local repair shop to find out the radiator and thermostat needed to be replaced to the tune of $720.00. I then emailed Lenzens to ask what could be done about this. Finally got a response one week later from Jeff stating that John would be contacting me to discuss this. This game went on for the next three weeks. I would email or stop in to see what was happening and was consistently told John would be contacting me about this issue. Finally 5 weeks after purchasing this vehicle John called me. He told me that the price was under blue book value which I was well aware of. He did not mention they gave me $2500 under blue book value for my trade in. He also stated that the vehicle had no warranty which I was also aware of. He let me know that all the parts needed for the repair he could have gotten cheaper but failed to add on his upcharge on these. I am aware that within one year I will need to replace tires. I also realize this vehicle is terrible on gas but as long as I know before buying I have no problem with it. John then stated that he cannot be held responsible for every vehicle that leaves his lot and then he asked me what I expected. I then hung up on him because this was the dumbest question I have ever been asked. I expect when buying a $15,000 vehicle not to have to put $720 into it immediately. I expect a dealership to stand behind their customers and not ignore them for over 1 month. I expect them to just do the right thing. Since then I have received a check for $168 which is a slap in the face. I will never be back to this dealership. A family member was looking to purchase a vehicle from them but is now looking elsewhere, hope it was worth it. I hope others read this and stay clear of them. One more thing – you should explain to the female sales rep that not everyone likes being called hon every other sentence, this could be misunderstood as sexual harassment. Best dealership experience I have ever had. Truck was going into safemode/ low-power mode, called them on a Friday morning and they were able to get me in as soon as I could get there. Nice surprise to find part was under a special-policy warranty, part was replaced and installed at no cost. Was back on the road within an hour or so of arriving. The dealer called the following Monday to check in and make sure everything was performing well. Very impressed with Lenzens customer service, top notch service! Way to go guys! I dont normally leave reviews, but wanted to give you the recognition you deserve!

I looked at a car and was told the price which was on the window tag. I was told that it was certified but that it was an optional $695 to get the extra certification, warranty, oil changes, etc. A second time I was told that it was optional when we agreed on the price. Then when it came time to get the final number with TTL the $695 all of a sudden became required. If it was required why wasnt it on the window tag and included at the start? Why was I told 2x that it was optional? Walked away from the deal. Bush league bait and switch, disappointing.
