I had a wonderful experience today with Gretchen. She took her time to make sure my double nose piercing was perfectly placed and she was so friendly and personable. She also helped set me up with some new jewelry for an existing piercing and I absolutely love what she put together for me. The shop is clean and everyone was wearing a mask. Just hearing other interactions between the artists and clients while there will definitely bring me back for more piercings and tattoos.

I went here to get my first tattoo and my artist L was above and beyond with making me feel comfortable, she was absolutely amazing it really felt like everyone was a family to them I’ll be going back again

Just got my tattoo done at Inkheart today. Jeff did my tattoo. He is so awesome and talented! I would definitely recommend getting a tattoo by him. Very creative and thorough.

My piercing closed up and Gretchen was SO kind and helpful to me. She helped me try to reinsert it and then re-pierced it for free. If you are looking into getting a piercing I would 100% recommend Gretchen she is amazing.

We did an art review a week prior to the actual tattoo placement, and she was totally open to any type of possible changes. My husband and I went to get memorial tattoos and we had the best experience possible. Jeff was FANTASTIC!!!! The shop is so nice, clean, and friendly! Jeff is phenomenal at what he does. A friend of mine referred me to him and we went in about a month or so ago to get tattoos done together. My friend went to start his cover up but it was my first time getting one done. Jeff was so professional and also so nice that it made it really easy and calming almost to get it done. Chelsea recently did a portrait of my baby, which is a English Bulldog named Boston. Her customer service and attention to detail is Top Notch! She did an AWESOME job and I cant thank her enough for taking the time to make sure he was perfect! I love this piece and cant wait to get more work done by her. The whole staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home. Chelsea was alot of fun to work with and I highly recommend her. :)

For the life of me I could not think about what tattoo I wanted to permanently put on my body. Thats when my tattoo artist stepped in and gave me a few books and showed me some other examples of other clients tattoos. I finally decided on one for my lower ankle and I LOVE it!! It was SUPER painful but the tattoo artist could not have been nicer. Thank you!!

Amelia was fantastic! I dropped in after the shop closed and she took the time to pierce my nose. She was thorough and very kind. She let me take my time as I felt a little dizzy even though she stayed late! What an awesome place! I highly recommend Inkheart Tattoo.

This is my first tattoo, I grew up deathly afraid of needles (dad was a diabetic and I was always afraid of his insulin needles) but after losing my best little friend, I needed to do something to help with dealing with losing her.I called to see what it would take to get a tattoo of her paw print and Mike took me with 15 min heads up and did an excellent job. He was extremely patient and helpful doing the sketch off of the clay print I had and did multiple revisions before it felt right. The shop was super clean, well lit and the rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming.When he finally got me in the chair I was admittedly nervous but he was super friendly and talked me through everything. It was about as painful as I had expected but he worked quickly and even suggested the shading vs the fill in all black like I had initially requested.I think it turned out amazing and may have finally gotten over my fear to add another one in the future. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking, especially if its your first one like mine was today.

The worst tattoo shop Ive been to. I got lettering on my ribs and after a week the ink bleed under my skin and the words are hard to read. I went in for a touch up and it only made the tattoo look worse. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
