Had some work done on my car, only to have another issue within the same week. Any good mechanic would let the customer know if any other issues were seen while repairing said vehicle. Not to mention the reception never answers phone calls, yet when waiting for my vehicle (FOR 4 HOURS) nothing much was happening, except for buying parts online. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The things that everyone says about this family run shop are true. I will literally never bring my car anywhere else. Josh and Jennifer have the most honest and kindest car repair business I have ever been to. I brought my car here after many frustrations (with another shop) and extensive issues with my car , and despite their constantly being booked out(which should speak volumes to how wonderful they are) Jennifer managed to get me in. They explained everything to me and eventually got me all fixed up and on the road again (safely). Logans Repair is one of the best auto repair places Ive used in over 45 years. Ive known Jennifer and Josh since before they opened and they are a dynamic duo making you feel welcomed and relaxed. The work Ive had done has been top notch and they back their work. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. Josh enjoys my challenging him when I bring in not only my newer vehicles, but my classic 1957 modified Chevy Bel Air.

Simply one of the best places to go for outstanding customer service. We needed our generator for our store repaired and they did a great job at a reasonable price. When Jennifer called us to pick it up, she explained what was done, I dont know much about engines, and Josh took the time to answer my questions and show me some things I didnt even know. They have a customer for life!!!!!

Just had a real great experience at Logans Repair in Chaska. Saved me a lot of money by doing a repair other shops did not even suggest. Jen is super nice, professional and knowledgable. Logans Repair saved me over $3,000 in repairs! The ford dealer told me my truck needed head gaskets, I wanted a second opinion. Spoke with Josh Logan, he asked me to explain what happened and what it was doing. Unbelievably... over the phone... without even seeing the truck... he said its not the head gaskets. So, I trailed it from Mankato to Chaska for Logans Repair to do the work. They even checked out some other things and went above and beyond to fix and or correct other peoples mistakes from prior repairs. I have always trusted their shop and because of this recent experience, I will be driving from Mankato to Chaska for ALL of my vehicle maintenance needs!
