Why do you quote prices over the phone 3x higher than online/pickup in store??? At least Shakopee Store doesnt do this rip-off tactic!! Glad I am smart enough to shop around!! You lost business!!

Be careful if you order online and then they make a mistake and re ring it in the store. I ordered 3 items and the total was $26.60. When I showed up, the employee had pulled DOT 3 brake fluid instead of DOT 4. The guy corrected his error, but said he would have to re-ring the order. When I checked my account, he had charged me $34.48. I returned with my receipt, but was told there was no was to fix it.

Nice staff, clean store

Counter guy was knowledgeable and very helpful. He even got some tools out and removed a piece from my old brake shoes that I needed on the new ones. Well done, NAPA guy! Wish I had caught his name, but I will next time.

In general NAPA is always a good place. Quality parts that are usually on hand or only an hour or two to get. What makes one NAPA different from the other is the countermen. This one always has good, knowledgable people.

I just wanted to say the Napa staff went above and beyond in taking care of my needs when I was in a bind. I had previously gone to other stores due to hours, pricing, etc... but this Napa location has earned my business for life. They have a better selection, better know how, and better customer service than any other shop in town and that is well worth a few bucks more, or having to wait an hour for them to open. I never once got the feeling that they were too busy for me as a customer like I had in other nearby stores, nor did they try to cram me into the year, make model box and were willing to hear my situation out and offer GREAT service and advice.I would come here again and I am happy to recommend that anyone else comes here as well.

Hopefully you dont get Jesika. Her time seems too precious on a tues at 1030 in the morning with no other costumers in the store. From the second I walked in until the time I decided to walk out and go to a different location she seemed nothing but irritated with my presence. 100% attitude with every word that came out of her mouth. I just moved to chaska but I will make the drive back to plymouth napa where I used to buy my auto parts. I dont normally write bad reviews but I was completely shocked by her lack of costumer service for absolutely no reason.
