We love Valente fettuccine! We’ve tried several of the different flavors - all wonderful complements to whatever sauce you may use (or not use, since they taste great with just a little olive oil or butter and salt!). Texture is beautiful and silky, even al dente. Highly recommend.
Diagnosed with Alpha-Gal allergy from tick bites has left me scrambling for food items that wont trigger my many food allergies as well as the new ones. I happened across Valente Pasta and I am so happy it seriously makes me cry. I first tried the Garlic Parsley Fettucine -I am hooked. This will be not only my forever pasta but the whole family is switching. For any AG sufferers, this is the pasta to buy- the flavor is better than any I have had, and this girl knows her pasta (ha!) The natural ingredients have allowed me to again enjoy pasta without having an allergic reaction. Thank you Valente family!!
