I called Roberts at the time it opened one morning to inquire about a cO2 refill for my 20lb tank to make carbonated water. I stopped by half hour later and the staff already had a tank ready to swap out. I appreciated the quick turnaround and strong customer service. The tank also came with a washer for the cO2 regulator.

I work at a restaurant and we ran out of CO2 (because Coca-Cola apparently cant do their job right half the time), I called up Roberts Oxygen and within 2 hours I had my soda machine back up and running. Thank you for your quick help and prompt service!

I have been using this team for dry ice and and liquid nitrogen over the years now. They are always there when we need something last minute. The delivery and shop staff are always friendly and helpful.

Poor customer service. My mother called them because she used all of her backup oxygen during a recent power outage and was told all of the employees were gone home because of the impending snow.....what about their paying customers that depend on oxygen to stay alive? What are they supposed to do if power is lost again? Reporting them to Social Security, they are getting money for no service.
